For a small town their shopping area is superb. Great design and lots of different types of stores to choose from and great restaurants. I was really impressed

My first visit to the mall but it seems to have everything a person could need.

3rd time isn't a charm here! Let me explain; we were seated in the minority section. Yes, I said that! The host was horrible, wouldn't smile, and had a don't care demeanor. Two tables came in after us and received their food before us, and no, it wasn't because we were undecided, or our waitress was new or what we ordered took more time! There was no communication with the server until we asked for the ticket. Asked for an FOH manager, they sent the BOH manager. So that sent another red flag. Eventually, the FOH manager spoke with me, and I explained the situation she smirked and played it off. So, I then knew that the manager with her leadership skills reflected with her host!

Decent mall. It's clean has plenty of items to look for or buy. Nothing stands out from this one from others!

Went to Zales and hung out and played in the arcade. No crowds on a Friday afternoon.

I enjoy the mall. Haven't walked through the whole thing in years. I'll try to get back over there.

Under construction because of tornado that came through. At the moment it only has one entrance. Two entries for the restrooms. Not every store is open, but they still have a wide selection of stores to go through. Very clean on the inside. Not a wide range of restaurants though. I didn't see a play area for children, but they did have a few coin kid rides. They have alot of kiosks, a massage area, and pay massage chairs. They have an arcade, They also have a theater under construction for re-opening. It use to be an AMC. A fairly new company called Golden Ticket Cinemas has taken over. I've been to their theaters before and they usually have reclining seats in their auditoriums. Those are the best! I agree with other reviewers as far this mall needs toy stores and attractions for the young customers. Outside of mall is not most appealing, but I blame that on the tornado that came through.

It's okay. Nothing special. It has a few popular stores remaining. The decor is nice. It's kept clean. It would be a nice place to walk around in

If they got more stores that I like then I would go more. The kids like to ride around on those animals on wheels but they barely have them there they should have them all the time available because it's a lot of fun for the kids and it'll make people come more.

It's pretty big and it has a lot of good food places in it, Most of it is relatively cheap and it's the perfect place to go to when you're bored.

Grew up going to this mall, even though it’s not at its height or peak anymore, somehow has managed to maintain its anchor stores. Still walk down the mall reminiscing over the glory it use to be, but it is way better off then a lot of other malls throughout the U.S.

Not that great. Not very many good stores in it. No clothing stores for men except buckle and kohl's and maybe dunhams if you like their clothes. Other than that it's catered to women. Be nice if that bright in that pretzel place

There are a lot of stores closing. The food court is almost non-existent. It's quiet. It's a safe place to walk. There is still Bath and Body Works, Dillard's, Kohls, Victoria's Secret, and Ross. There is a big shoe store and a Master Cuts. There are 2 manicure places, and a bunch of little stores. I'm sad to see all the malls slowly closing....😢

We like all the different shops, we miss JC Penneys a great walk day to visit all the stores and find some good bargains

Went to Valir physical therapy. They are great! Very friendly and professional.

Needs some better stores.The mall needs a store that has toys and other stuff for kids.Also the mall needs more area's to give interest for teenages.

Surprisingly excellent place with so many brick & mortar malls becoming less and less due to online shopping. I will be going back.

It’s just terrible compared to 10, 20 years ago when it was under different management. The grass outside is a foot tall. All the stores use to have to be open by ten every day now they just open whenever they want, close whenever they want. It’s a Saturday and the Arcade isn’t even open. Some of the stores open you have to exit the mall get in your car and drive all the way around to get inside. I went to the bathroom one stall had a lock but the door wouldn’t close the other stall didn’t even have a lock I had to stab my knife in there to keep the door locked. It’s just sad to see this mall now compared to twenty years ago. Sorry, I led on for so long it’s just been a long time coming.

An excellent place to shop or go for entertainment, insurance, etc. It seems more clean than most malls.

One of the last smaller malls I've been to that still had plenty of life and a great variety of stores. Had a great time.

At the Anthony & David Salon, I went there with my fiancé and he asked for a fade, but the girl who did it did layers and not a fade, and do they not clean their clippers because we ended up finding this bump that wasn’t there when we went, and it made the back of his ear swell as you can see in the picture wouldn’t recommend them

It's a nice place to spend some time, and it also has great staff and a pretty good arcade.

I was there for Joe Cooper and if you want a pleasant after the sale experience then I cannot state Loyd enough, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!

Not a bad little mall. It has a few cool stores and some empty spaces. As an 80s kid, I hate that malls are dying off, but this one still has a little bit of life left in it.

It was a smaller mall than expected but we had a lot of fun and got great deals.

Dunhams Sporting goods store is off the chain. Great selection on fishing,hunting, and clothes. While Academy's selection is decent Dunhams selection surpasses it and I'd say most items are at least 20% cheaper than their competitor stated above 👍

I like going to bath and body to get my smell goods and see what good deals they have there's always a sale on something there. I highly recommend this place for the body sprays and well whatever you need.

We just got new phones at AT andT store and got excellent, fast and great service by Dylan. He was so good and knows the products and efficient. Thank you for wonderful customer service Dylan.

I don't do much shopping, other than at Ross. I generally go to the mall to walk, when it's too hot outside. It's honestly a great space for walking. Never too crowded, and the people (Staff & Customers) are friendly.

Clean. Easy access, from inside or outside the mall. It's nice that a new business is coming in. They're a name brand mattress store. They are doing some remodeling. It'll be an asset for the Mall and the City of Shawnee.
