Stopped in for my first ever visit to a Scooter's because I had a coupon and now you have a customer for life. I got the fall seasonal caramel muffin and a Pumpkin caramel blended coffee, both were amazing! Especially the coffee, I can tell its brewed and blended fresh and it's a nice strong coffee you can still taste with the other flavors unlike some places that just taste like sugar. The cashier there was also super nice. Will be back

Coffee is great but the last time I went in I got the coffee great i sat down for two minutes and then they say we don't want you hanging out here. I just walked 4.3 to get to my job. Not good for business I should know because i have a coffe shop over seas I will not come again

It was 5 stars for the past 4 years, but the removed their community board. Right when it's most needed. The board was up all pandemic, but just as events are about to happen they remove it March 2021. We need to do all we can to jump start the economy and get events happening as the local health directors approve. This removal harms that effort to a restoration of normal life

My favorite Scooter’s in the area! Just roomy enough for studying and always very quick on getting my order. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Drive thru is also quick, got order almost immediately after pulling up. If you’re looking for good coffee, friendly staff and quick service, this is the place to be.

Great coffee, no overly-l oud music like "you know who". Super comfy living room feel. Enjoyed all my visits during my stay in kc. Highly recommended

There was only one person working this morning when we were there. We went inside. She was very busy, but kicking out the drinks / orders very efficiently. It was quite impressive how well she was keeping up. Very clean inside, nice atmosphere.

If I'm going to pay $7 for coffee I expect the cup to be full. This happens to me a lot here. The consistency of the drink is never the same.

If this location had 1 more barista it would run so much smoother and take stress off of them, it took about 15 minutes to make 4 coffees and had a rush of people. My coffee tastes good though.

OK coffee, terrible location. I would consider myself a scooters “regular” but stay away from this location. My drinks are consistently wrong at this location and when you tell the employees, they treat you as an inconvenience. The high turnover rate at this store raises a lot of red flags, and getting a drink that was made wrong re-made should not be a painful process. At first, they didn’t even offer to remake the drink. Then they made it wrong AGAIN! No biggie, stuff happens. I ordered a large and got a medium. Easy fix. But to them it is an inconvenience. “Do you want me to just dump it in a large cup” NO!! I want what I paid for… this location is not worth the hassle.

I ordered ahead on the app. The store failed to have what I purchased. I have contacted Scooter's customer service and have yet to have the charge refunded or explained why the store was unable to fulfill. Multiple emails and messages without simple reverse of a small charge. When I contacted the App they told me to follow-up with the store for a refund.

This is my favorite location. All the employees are so nice and talkative. They always compliment my hair and give my kiddo some candy❤️ You all deserve the world thank you guys

Almost all of the Scooters Coffee places I have been to I’ve been to are exceptionally nice and efficient. But this one, on Shawnee Mission Parkway in the bank building, is the absolute best! All of the people who work there are sweet, friendly, and good at their jobs. I have not had an incorrect order there. What makes this one my favorite though are a couple of the employees that I have had the pleasure of chatting with back-and-forth! I’m not sure how they knew, but today one of my favorites must’ve suspected that I was not quite myself. She wrote “have a great day” with hearts on my cup in addition to the smiley sticker. It really made my day!

I came here to reconnect with an old Army buddy and thought it was a perfect spot. The coffee was delicious and seating area was clean as well as a comfy place to sit. We may have been in there for a couple hours just talking and most likely have been in there even longer if time allowed us. I was glad the staff on duty had no problem being there that long and didn't rush us out. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Everytime it’s an excuse why they can’t make the drink. Or they make it wrong

I get the caramelious and peanut butter blended, its so good i get it before work makes my day happier.

Got to blenders and both of them tasted like with a little bit of coffee water. Best scooters is 135th and Antioch.

Always great service, but I discovered that they don't like putting whip cream on decaf orders.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a drink. The guy hands me the drink and says heres some napkins. Didn’t think anything of it just thought he overfilled the cup.I sit it in my cup holder until I get home. Get home and take it out and it’s coffee everywhere. I finally figured out my cup had a crack in it from the top to not quite halfway down. I called the store and the guy asks what did I want him to do after I told him what happened. He said he had to contact his manager. There wasn’t any mention of replacing my drink or nothin. Poor customer service

Our girls coffee dates are here....great coffee and a patio to sit and talk and laugh...staff is always super nice and welcoming!

Very cozy location. Breakfast served all day and breakfast sandwich tasted fresh and served hot. Drip coffee refills available for extra 25 cents.

He made sure I got exactly what I ordered, and it was amazing! I’ve never seen him at this location but I’m so thankful for the experience! As long as he’s there I’ll be a loyal customer! Where does management find these awesome people? I don't live near here, but I had some time to kill and went here for a quick iced latte. The staff is the most helpful and friendliest I have ever experienced in service. I make a point to come in now. Management/corporate needs to allow tipping through the card transactions. Hardly anyone carries cash these days, and your staff definitely deserves their tips.

I love Scooter’s coffee. The two ladies who were working here today (April 10th at 3:05pm) are the best. They listened to me and gave me a free coffee and milk for my daughter. I would rather drive farther to go to this Scooter’s than have to deal with the attitude of a new employee at the Scooter’s near Crestview Elementary. She always sent me to the window and didn’t even attempt to understand my accent.

After come here from Nevada was looking for a replacement for my dutch bros. This place is really good. Smoothies are yummy.👍

Always friendly staff. Quick and accurate service! Tasty breakfast sandwiches!

The staff is consistently nice and engaging. And the drinks are well made and haven't lacked in flavor or quality. Oh, and their chocolate chip cookies are best warmed up, buttery and full of melted chocolate chip goodness.

Best coffee, great service. Love the mocha latte with oat milk.
