    I thought this was 24hrs, but at 4:20am. 3 cars were not served. If the two guys working were on break maybe a sign would help. I took their pictures, but that doesn't really help. Sunday May 4th 2023. Maybe it's not 24hrs??. I am from out of town. I assume the 2 other cars were from this area. If it is 24hr store busted!!!!

    Went through the drive through for a large cup of coffee ☕. They tried to give me a small. Then said that they had to brew more. I pulled up and waited....and waited. Finally I had to go inside to get the coffee. After at least 10 minutes I Finally got my coffee. Very poor service

    I went to this McDonald's today to try 1 more time will never go back to this one. Every time I order I do not get want I order have called this McDonald's today and they said that I need to check my order before I go and not very nice. Staff at drive thru need to learn how to communicate Or at least say hello.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to go through earlier for drive thru and waited at least 5 minutes with nobody communicating. Honked my horn after attempting to try to get their attention communicatively first. Was told "please hold on a second" to which I waited 5 minutes longer and finally left. I was the only one in line when I first arrived. Three other cars waiting behind me had left during that time, too. Horrible service. Even if you're short staffed, communicate with your customers.

    At 11:30 this morning, I ordered 3 LG Frozen Cokes, was given the total and preceded to the pay window and paid. At the pickup window you are out of that flavor. So, I asked for the Manager. I complained that this happens frequently and why customers are not told at the order time. The Manager said that the order/payment person doesn't know. Why not??? It should be posted at the entrance as this location has Norway to leVe the line even if we re told that you out of tbw.product!

    This place is a nightmare. Trying to get someone to help you at the counter is a lesson in patience. One guy working the drive thru window and one lady working the sandwich build stations is all I could see. Stood at the counter repeating "hello, is someone working the counter?" for several minutes before just giving up. I had tried to call ahead as I was wanting to place a larger order for my office staff for breakfast. No one answers. Waste of time.

    I have mixed emotions. Their I've cream machine is always broke. Then when it "wasn't broke" they served me a super runny shake. After seeing how it poured out, common since would be to not serve it to the customer. Food is wrong about 75 percent of the time. Buuuttt... Food usually always send fresh

    Absolute rudest customer service ever! I had a problem with my order at the drive thru. They got a manager who couldn't care less. Both the cashier & manager were extremely rude and obviously couldn't care less about rectifying the problem. These women shouldn't be in customer service at all. Won't be going back to this McD's.

    Don't normally give multiple bad reviews to a place, but just placed another mobile order (normal hours this time vs the last time i placed a bad review was for bad late night service). Mobile Curbside order and sat for over 15 min while at least 10 cars just passed through the drive through. Finally went inside to ask about my order and they gave me the food (cold fries, semi warm but not hot mac) and blamed it on "being busy." When I showed up, there were 1 or 2 people in the drive through, so that's a lie.

    Horrible location, more than half the times I've visited the app shows them open but they have signs saying they're closed for one reason or another. When they are open it's often some of the slowest service, delivering incorrect orders. Avoid.

    It's ra r e to get hot fries anymore that's what I want but now they are usually closer to cold and already getting hard and spongy to eat. No one cares how the food is that they are serving. Nobody cares what they serve to someone isn't going to make a place have good food. Even if food was good those types will ruin it. Get more personable staff and maybe serve hot fries and burgers not ones sitting around awhile. It's getting SAd and price is too expensive the quality of food is horrible but now we pay a minimum of 10 dollars for a single meal that's gross now anyways. They need to get better work ethics throughout the entire company

    It has been a very long time since visiting a McDonald's and had an issue free visit. The service was fast, staff friendly and most importantly order was correct and food was hot. They are doing something right at this location.

    The food was hot and fresh and fast. The service at the drive thru was curt but not unprofessional, which is nice, but I'll never understand why managers tolerate people who barely speak English working at customer service stations... Whatever. The health violations however... Asked for no onions, and someone tried to SCRAPE OFF the small diced onions, or maybe their workstation area is dirty and the onions and pickles got mixed together (big problem at sub sandwich shops), but yeah... 2nd bite into the sandwich, couple onion bits and I spent the next 15 minutes puking. I realize here in the Midwest people aren't as aware of food allergies, chemotherapy or physiological sensitivities that come from different medications, but Kansas is at least trying to grow up and join the modern world, stop being one of the poorest states in the nation, improve public awareness and generally crawl out of the mudpits of the past... But to visit so many restaurants and grocery stores around this area - where food is such a major and important part of our lives - it's literally disgusting the lack of concern so many businesses have for their paying customers' and clients' welfare. I'm not going to give a 1 star rating, because some of the employees might be conscientious enough to care, and they have bills to pay too, but I'm not giving a place that could involuntarily kill or injure people more than 2 stars. If you don't have food sensitivities or allergies, nice little McDonalds here. But if you expect to get what you ask and pay for, stay the hell away from this location.

    Poor attitude with the girl that handed me my food. No hello or anything. If she could just throw the food into my car I believe she would have. It's fast food and I don't normally complain but come on man.

    Love this location. They are 100% reliable and prompt to get things done and I can count on fast drive thru every single time for years now. Which is why I'm posting a review. The place is super clean inside and out every time I have been there and go often for my kiddos happy meals or breakfast/lunch for myself. The staff is super quite, but not to where things are unclear. So really never bothers me, plus they rock at implementation and staff training cause when the app rolled out they supported it b 4 I knew about the app, and I love how easy it is to pay with my card using 4 digits and getting points for free food, and let's be honest. We all will be back lol.

    Took 3 times thru the drive thru to get a burger without cheese & ketchup. With only 1 drive through open, dining room not open, it took almost 45 minutes to get a hamburger made with no cheese & no ketchup. Drive thru line was out to the street. Excuse was they did not have enough help. This is not a corporate location. It’s a franchise. Not sure how much longer there will be a McDonalds at SMPrkway& Quivira. Beyond disappointed. Never will go back.
