Went in there tonight to get a footlong tuna sub. Nobody else was in the store. There were two counter people. I had to wait several minutes as one of the "sandwich artists" was apparently working on a phone-in Order. He finally acknowledged me, and I gave him my order. He put the tuna, cheese, and bread in the toaster oven. When it came out, he let it sit while he and his fellow employee worked on the 2 footlongs apparently ordered by phone, ignoring me. I finally lost my extreme patience, and told them that my order was, apparently, not important. I then walked out. PRIORITIES?!?!? I've been a loyal Subway customer for 40 years...but I think I'll try the Cousins Subs just around the corner on North Avenue.

Food was made exactly how we asked. But the service was EXCELLENT. The lady working had the most positive attitude! She was so friendly!

Last few visits at this location the lettuce has been brown and other veggies close to expiring (tomatoes, etc.). Workers try, but you can tell they don't want to be there. And the prices are ridiculous. Just a few years ago I could get a footlong for $6. Now they're $10 after tax? Nothing changed or improved yet Subway decided to double the cost of a sandwich. Not worth it anymore.

Just got a flat bread sub sandwich from here I got home and my first bite I bite down on a black olive pit and damn near broke a tooth. Called the store and the employees there didn't even care. The least the could do is replace the batch and let there vendor know

This subway has to be one of the worst locations in Sheboygan they are individually owned and operated but I guess what do u expect when they can't even pay their employees the same as most of the rest of the subways around here the manager who runs it is very unprofessional and all u have working are kids who have no work morals or values

The staff was very friendly and the sandwiches looked like the pictures. When prices go up, it's nice to see the quality stay the same.

I was disappointed that I wrote my order down, ordered 5 sandwiches, and she still got it wrong. I only wanted banana peppers on 2 sandwiches. And she heaped them on everybody's sandwiches.

Customer service was amazing. However I asked for a sub to be toasted with the peppers and onions toasted and the sub was not toasted at all!! Thank you for remaking it right a way!
