The society, it's location, the amenities are really good. It's clean too. One big problem is the management. They don't listen to bachelor's at all. They just enforce things that are not even present on paper because they know it's actually not ethical. They have made rules which doesn't even make sense. Will suggest you go for other gated communities in the area.

This huge Army Housing Society complex definitely rates as one of the better run that I've ever visited. Anywhere. Very Very effectively administered; premises are C-l-e-a-n, no dog litter despite many pet lovers residing inside, arboriculture and greenery is aesthetic, facilities include a well equipped Clubhouse with a swimming pool, a shopping complex including a pharmacy and several doctors, tennis courts. Many activities are organized, including skating and other sports classes. The Security set up is excellent and sternly managed; needless to say discipline abounds all round. The place has an aura and vibrancy. The superb Bengaluru weather is the cherry on the cake. Wow! Simply WoW!

The place has its own charm but to make it livable you need good people around. It's a place for retired army oldies, not for civilians. And there are big problems - society management and security. Anyone can damage your parked car, cameras on the wrong sides, to protect, I don't know what. Maybe they want to see the parked cars to charge a heavy penalty. Grass is green but needs lots of trimming. Lawn mowers work like horses, like they need to sleep on the grass, always running with noisy machines. Trimming the trees, we can all understand, but cutting the upper half of good healthy trees in the hope that birds or flowers will come next season too, is just foolish here. Society management has no sense, they can ask to remove your car from the stilt parking to give it on rent for weekend Mela shops for a day but don't let your kid play in the park after 12 noon because society park closed at 12 and reopens at 4:30. If you need to know what's the height of hypocrisy, you just spend time in the management office or talking to any guard. Also, I kinda studied robotics but what I learnt is that it can be applied to the security guards of this society. They have no sense of security, and they'll stop you from doing basically anything other than security reasons. If you're a strong person and know human rights or law, come over here because they don't know anything about it. You can easily teach them. Good society but filled with wrong humans. Last but not least, they charge extra for pets monthly and tennis courts additionally, apart from high maintenance charges. And they call themselves the army, where they have never paid for anything. I laugh everyday after speaking nicely to people around here because I know they can't change me, neither can I.

The abundance of open space allows for delightful moments of running and playing, creating a vibrant atmosphere for residents. The complex boasts numerous towers, each contributing to a diverse and well-planned community. One standout feature is the ample parking space, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience for residents and their guests. The attention to detail in creating a spacious and well-designed living environment is evident throughout Sandeep Vihar. From the expansive running areas to the thoughtful arrangement of towers, it's clear that the focus is on enhancing the quality of life for everyone within the community. I find Sandeep Vihar to be more than just a residential complex; it's a thriving community that values open spaces and thoughtful planning. Living here provides not only a comfortable home but also an enriching lifestyle. Highly recommended for those seeking a well-organized and enjoyable living experience.

The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities, it is a Cosmo society so all festivals and events are celebrated here... nearby many schools, quick access to most of all your needs that make this place convenient and comfortable. Now coming to the dark side.... Pets, most of the pets owners taking care their pets like their kids but few 🤢 just to show off, very unhygienic common area due pet litter. Not recommended for rental, You can refer to the Google reviews, many greedy flat owners duped tenant' deposit Unreasonable rules/process, Very bad construction quality, plumbing and sepeegae problems are never ending. If you are non Army personnel then you will always be treated as an outsider and that hurts.

Amazing place to stay . It has a lots of open space and even the houses are very spacious. Recently the swimming pool and gym were also opened. It has a in house restaurant , convenient store, stationary shop, dry cleaning and others. Maintenance is very high but considering the facilities it provides it's bearable. Security is very good and it uses My gate app for visitor management.

It's an Army Welfare Housing Society, all of the flats are own by ex-army officers and servicemen. Society is pretty good and located in Kannamangala on Whitefield-Hoskote Road. Locality is good..you would find almost everything around it..For fitness and all, Cult fit is near by, for shopping- multiple shopping complexes are there. Mac'd is nearby. But apart from all of that, you would find flats in decent rate...flats are good and spacy, maintenance is also good in the society. Also, it is equipped with closed badminton court, basketball court, lawn tennis court and Volleyball court. Festivals are joyously celebrated in there!!

The area is good but you cannot get food after 11pm especially, Vincent ( from ( Alert security company) the guard is on duty. He says that he can allow street dogs who can bite humans but cannot allow humans who deliver food even after getting approvals from humans themselves.
