Hot Chilli Restsurant serves northern chinese spicy foods and all foods are very delicious and good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. The dinning areas are comfortable with convenient parking outside the restaurant.

I recently ate at hot chilli. Food, great. Service, fast. Unfortunately, I had a seriously AWFUL experience from the waiter/boss. During our meal, he casually went up to my Chinese date and told her (in Mandarin) that she should "be careful on a date with a white man"...right in front of me. Unfortunately this old fool didnt realise that I understood every word!! It's safe to say, I won't be going back there ever again. If you don't look chinese, or traditionally East Asian, maybe be careful when coming here! Unfortunately, some Chinese restaurants are actually just meant for chinese people :( What a shame.

Authentic Chinese food, mostly from Sichuan and other areas of China known for spicy dishes. Catering mostly to Sheffield's Chinese student community, but also with a clear English menu. There is a good selection of vegetarian dishes sprinkled throughout the menu, with both spicy and non-spicy options. Interestingly, the spiciness of dishes is indicated by the number of chilli peppers shown on the menu. This ranges from zero (no chilli), to one (medium), two (hot), and three (hot-spicy). There is no "mild".

Came by during my visit to Sheffield and found this place by chance. What a hidden gem. Amazing food. Best chicken wings I've had in my life.

Bought a takeaway from here, the food is fantastic. I will order from here again.

Very generous amount of lamb pot, after having this, I skipped dinner coz it was very filling🤤🤤 definitely worth a second visit there. A reasonable price range too

PPL WHO LEAVE 5 STARS AT THIS PLACE ARE 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 I went there the other day and they took a looong time to bring us to a table. And then we sat down at a table we saw there was alot of food around the floor and the tables werent clean it was horrible. we looked at the menu and we wanted to order some dumplings and some drinks they didnt even come to our table to ask us if we wanted something they just didnt care! We were there waiting for them to order our food or drinks but they never came and we were waiting in that restaurant like 1h THE WORST PLACE! 🤡🤡

Very good food for Chinese restaurant and nice atmosphere. Some dishes are a little bit expensive but that is standard in England. Would recommend.

Not my first time here and it's really good as usual. Kung Pao chicken is one of the best I've ever tried.
