Went on Monday with my son who loves these kind of places . Couple of the games were out of order when we went but we still managed to spend £20 . Not as big as we expected and could do with getting rid of some of grabber games because there’s far too many of them . My son really enjoyed it and we will probably go back but could do with a few more games .

Great place for an arcade session. There card based system is great especially if you travel as one card will work at all of there locations in the uk. Tickets are held on the cards and the card will remain active for 1 year unless you use it again at which point the timer resets and you have another year. Plenty of games to place at this location and the tickets to payment ratio is good for most of the games. Prizes at the time we visited where good and reasonable price.

Went in here over the Easter weekend. Half the games we played were faulty. Plants v Zombies aim was faulty so couldn't shoot anything, the bowling lane sensor was also faulty so wherever you bowled the ball it went straight down the middle) The coconut shy (around £1.25 a go or less) that in other arcades my son and I average around 500pts a go on, scored us at 140pts (very short with only 4 balls to throw) and the prize was 5 tickets. At the prize shop, the quite clearly labelled 15p Refresher bars were 70 points. Our local arcade does those for 30 tickets and the games give out more tickets as well. That would mean at our rate of success on the coconut shy, that Refresher bar could cost you roughly £17. There is a newsagents just across the balcony. You'd be better off getting one at its retail price from there. We ended up spending £15 in less than 10 mins and left with around £2 worth of sweets. Daylight robbery. Avoid.

Incredibly rude staff. We were waiting like everyone else but the girl serving kept by passing us for over 10 minutes before we walked out. I hope it’s not a race thing and she’s just a rude person!

We celebrated our son's 10th bday @ Funstation Meadowhall. It's a challenge every year what to do for kids bday party trying to do something different. Got in touch with Funstation they offered a great deal & all 20 kids loved it. Special thanks to Adam ( Manager) for looking after kids ( 20 ) & explaining them how it all works. Each child get's a lanyard with card which includes unlimited games for 50 mins & in the end 500 points to choose from. Amazing experience highly recommended

Went in today after watching a movie, the place isn't too big has a fair few arcade games however you can easily spend a lot of money quickly if you aren't careful. The claw machines use up 2 tokens per go and you have to swipe your card each time after one go so you can quickly lose token if you have a lot of gos, will have to come back and try my hand at the other games sometime.

Yesterday, my family and I visited an arcade where we encountered a manager named Chelsea who exhibited rude behavior towards us. It felt like she was being discriminatory, and her attitude suggested a lack of enthusiasm for her job. She was abrupt and made it clear she didn't want to be there, which was disappointing as we were about to begin our game. When we tried to address her behavior with a senior staff member, she refused and even called security on us. Due to this horrendous service, Will not be returning back!

We came in and there was no one to be seen we had came in at 2 pm. 20 minutes later someone came and help us . Me and my partner saw how the woman and the man kept going to the private rooms 20 minutes at a time and we heard moaning when we were passing the door. When we went to collect points it took another 10 minutes for them to come out and help us . Both of them very red . Not something that should happen if ur working in this job as there was schoolkids that came in and walked right back out.

Everytime we come here the staff are always so accommodating and lovely to talk to. Even if it’s busy on a weekend, they are still extremely patient with the kids while they decide what to spend their tickets on, no matter how big the queue is. My children love it here and we will be coming more often as we have finally moved into the local area.

The staff at Funstation today went above and beyond to make our visit just wonderful. Such kindness and a real want for my children to have the best time. Smiles all around. Thank you so much.

Got a prize worth 12000 points (around £250) that was bad quality. Don't get the drones from this arcade.
