So glad to back at one of my favorite restaurants in Sheffield and to spend my happy time on their happy hour!! This place serves a great variety of cocktail in Sheffield and I think it's actually one of the best in town. In this happy hour deal, you'll get to choose any 4 house cocktails or mocktails and any 2 sides, which I got mac n cheese bites and ribs. TBH M&C is extremely delicious and unique. Ribs are EXTREMELY TENDER and will just MELT IN YOUR MOUTH!! Cocktails are, not to mention, perfect complement to British late evening vibes. Caribbean also? Yes, but I really felt like home sitting, drinking, enjoying the warmness despite cold English weather outside. Although it was late in the evening, I didn't miss the chance to order Turtle Bay's famous main dishes (which I totally recommend!!) Try their jerk half chicken that has been grilled to be the most tender & juicy ever. I think rice+pea goes really well as its side. I also got a second ribs dish because it's too good, and had chips as delicious side.

The food was really nice and full of flavour as you would expect. The meals had a good spice and were well cooked. The meals were well presented when they were brought over. What let this down was the poor service, the staff were just standing around chatting to one another or on their mobile phones. The manager/supervisor seemed to be the only one working and rushing around.

First time visit at Turtle Bay Caribbean restaurant. Oh! absolutely delicious 😋 .. 4 of us have really enjoyed it. Definitely worth it n will recommend to everyone.. Will definitely be back again in the future. Thanks so much..

We went to Turtle Bay to celebrate my sons birthday and I have to say the food was delicious. I ordered the jerk chicken wings for a starter and the curried goat for a main and could not fault either. Everyone said that their food was very nice. The only thing I could fault would be the speed of the service. I know its supposed to be the laid back Caribbean feel but it it did seem to take a little too long to get the table service. Having said that I would highly recommend Turtle Bay and will definitely be making a return visit.

I got to celebrate my birthday with friends here and we had a wonderful time!! After going to one in London, my expectations were low… However, this restaurant exceeded those expectations and we all had a wonderful time! We were looked after by the amazing Ali who provided top notch service! Thank you!!

Exceptional. Very well priced and the food was delicious. Vegetarian options are hard to get excited about but the sweetcorn fritter wraps were unreal. The sauces included were also varied and tasty. First very tangy and then a shock of heat. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Recommended which rums to try and hit the spot. I know it's a franchise but it really didn't feel like it. Felt very homely. After being drenched and coming in cold I definitely left warmed up. 5 stars.

I absolutely love this place!! They’ve got really good menu. We tried the coconut espresso martini which was really smooth, the new rum wings which had a nice kick to it and the mixed platter because the squid and jerk fries called to me. A lot to try. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Next time I wanna try the punch and Kingston solero! The music is chilling and not too loud so you can actually talk without shouting.

This is such a good venue! I've been to many Turtle Bays up and down England and this one is the best by far. The staff are very warm and welcoming. Always greeted with a smile and excellent service. The food is top tier. I highly recommend the Jerk Salmon! 😀 Cocktails at 2-4-1 are a no brainer... my favourite has to be Ting-a-ling. Thanks to the staff for making my night out great!

One of the best and most popular bottomless brunch offers in Sheff. This bottomless offer entitles you to any brunch meal, roti wrap or burger plus unlimited drinks off the full menu for £31.50pp. Plus, you get 2 full hours to eat and drink. Do get booked in ahead of time because it fills up quick on a weekend! We received great service , our waitress Elisa was super attentive meaning that we had 6-7 cocktails each 🥴and a brunch dish all for that price which I don't think is bad at all. The food is Carribbean themed, vibrant tasty and often spicy 🌶️! I chose the chicken stack that is their version of chicken and waffles with tasty roti pancakes tangy hot sauce and a drizzle of honey and watermelon chunks. It was super tasty but the chicken was a bit dry. Would still order again though 😂. I loved the authentic sauces on every table too. My friends chose an egg dish and a roti wrap. Great for a Valentines meal! My girlfriend and I have only ever been here for Valentines, this year and the last. Last year we did just the regular Valentines booking, this year we did the Bottomless Valentines booking. Each time the food, drinks and service has been impeccable. If you're on a regular booking I'd recommend taking advantage of the happy hours! This year we decided we didn't really want to be against the clock for ordering drinks so we did bottomless, it definitely seems cost effective when you see the cocktails are all pretty much £10 each! Before coming we thought we'd have to be fighting for a waiter/waitress to take our drinks order so we don't order lots of drinks but it really was the opposite. We were approached by our amazing waitresses at perfect timings asking if we'd like to get another drinks order in. They would come roughly just as you're starting a drink or when you're halfway through it so by the time your other drinks are made you'll have another at the ready. We tried many different cocktails, we had roughly 7 each, all were super nice, special mention goes to the Koko Kolada, their version of a piña colada, an unbeatable drink. A special mention to Bahama Mama, the banana flavour in that drink was awesome. The food was amazing also, salt fish fritters to start, really tasty and the pineapple salsa that was smothered on top went with them perfectly. As for mains we had Trini Curry Chicken and the Kingston Fried Chicken with Mac & Cheese, both of which were absolutely delicious. To finish we both had poached pineapple which was a very nice, light and fruity way to finish the food for the evening. Special thanks to our waitresses that night who were lovely and really brought the whole experience up a notch. Maz, and a young lady with dark hair and a butterfly tattoo (we didn't get her name unfortunately but I hope she'll know we mean her!).

Pretty cool place. Food was good, drinks were very good - especially loved the happy hour. Too bad nobody came to tell us it’s the “last call” for the happy hour, or told us about it in the first place. Would go back.

We had an incredible experience with the bottomless brunch. Food was not only quick but also delicious, the cocktails as always we on point and we did not have to wait for staff to ask us between each. Our experience would not be as fantastic as it was if we did not have Stacey as our sever. From her promptness, knowledge, humour and downright great personality we really enjoyed her and is such a credit to the Sheff staff. We'd come back every time to be served by her.

Was an amazing experience, great ambience n vibe. Some really good cocktails I've ever had. Our hostess Holly was really good n we had some really fast service with great recommendations from her. We ended up trying many dishes from the menu n they were all good n lip smacking. Will definitely come back again.

Came here to celebrate a college's 40th Birthday, loved it, they came every 10 minutes to take orders for cocktails, food is 😋 but would advice to order extra side orders if you enjoy a good portion but ya can't complain because you get ya moneys worth with the amount of cocktails youre able to consume when you go here for a bottomless brunch , overall I would highly recommend, lovely staff and great choice of cocktails 🍸 thank you :).

This was an amazing bar to go drinking at, letting off heavy Caribbean vibes with the lights and decorations! Menus were given to us and we were seated upon entry, sitting comfortably next to the window. The table was clean and well-styled, where we enjoyed a 2 for 1 cocktail offer served by friendly staff!

Nice concept. Nicely decorated restaurant with a good vibe. Being from the islands myself, I would call the food a twist of Caribbean food. Not bad, but it's not the real thinh though. Still I had a nice dinner.

First time visit but not the last. Fabulous food backed up by great service. Shout out to Kate for her welcome and service, a real credit to Turtle Bay. Thank you also to the Chefs producing stunning dishes.

1st visit, ordered curry goat hash with a side of sweet plantain. The goat was well cooked, just the right amount of heat and not too spicy, served on top of fries and topped with 2 fried eggs cooked with the yolk just runny, generous portion and everything tasted great wasn't disappointed at all with the main course. When it came to dessert, I wasn't impressed, 3 small scoops of ice cream for £3, ordered vanilla and coconut neither of which had any flavour, others, ordered the brownie which went down very well. Cocktails were 2-4-1, I enjoyed a Kingston Solero which was much like a Pina Colada. Venue was clean and bright, nice quirky decor with some great tracks playing in the background and friendly service.

Our first time at Turtle Bay and it won't be our last. We received the warmest welcome, we opted for the bottomless brunch which our server took the time to explain to us, service was fast and efficient, food was really enjoyable as were the drinks, really good selection. Special shout out to Elisa, who made our experience such a positive one, her knowledge of the drinks menu was really helpful when deciding. We look forward to our next visit

Absolute amazing place. We had bottomless brunch, and for the money, it's just perfect. Food is 10/10, and the drinks keep flowing. The cocktail selection is devine. A restaurant chain that serves Jamaican food which is probably popular because of bottomless beverage option. Good selection of alcoholic drinks. Food is decent but portions could be bigger. Service is friendly and good.

Staff were lovely, just got in in time for cocktails at 2 for 1. Had to send back my food as it was stone cold, wasn't much warmer when it came back but was very tasty.

Went for our daughters birthday and had the brunch deal 28.99 with unlimited cocktails. We paid the extra 3.00 to upgrade for a choice off the main menu and my god it was worth it. I had salmon, my hubby and my other daughter had half chicken which I thought was more half of a turkey (huge) they were and absolutely delicious. Drinks, well I tried almost every one on the menu. I recommend giving Turtle Bay a visit, well worth it.

Lovely restaurant. Staff were really nice and fast with service. Kristee was happy to explain the different burger choices. Had both meat and vegetarian meals in the group, couldn't fault the dishes. Ginger pudding was definitely the best part.

Went somewhere different to eat out rather than the usual suspects !!! The Food was good and the atmosphere was great,the only complaint is that everything was spiced up including the Salad which was annoying as some people can't do spices,yes it adds flavour but it's not everyone's cup of tea. Would love to see the dishes with the option to have it plain or marinated

Good selection of vegan meals. I had the Motherclucker Burger which was really nice and not too spicy. You literally just get the burger so make sure to order sides. The 'Virgin Colada' alcohol free cocktail was very coconut-milk-heavy, it needed more pineapple juice. But overall a really nice evening, very reasonable and tasty.
