Probably the best customer care I've received from a dental practice. I was in an unfortunate position trying to find a surgery having moved to Sheffield in the middle of a pandemic. Every practice I phoned turned me away, and some very rudely too. The team at Porter Brook were the sole exception: friendly, professional, welcoming and informative. The dentist was excellent. Let's face it – for the eye-wateringly high price of dental care in this country, you should be getting top service, rather than moody receptionists, apathetic hygienists etc. I'd highly recommend Porter Brook. At least you'll be treated like a human!

I was involved in an accident 30 years ago and lost my front teeth I had a bridge fitted. Then I was at work and had the bridge knocked out. I rang Porter Brooks and Rasa made me an appointment immediately for consultation with Priyadarshan. I was given details of what to expect and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish, I never had any pain when having the work done. I cannot praise them enough Priyadarshan is the best. I am so happy with my implants and regained my confidence and my smile. I would and do highly recommend the Porter Brooks Dental Surgery.

Excellent dentist. Had last been to another dentist in the area and knew I was being sold things I didn't need. Not these guys. Very friendly and professional staff, dentist clearly knows his stuff. Straight to the point- this is what you need and what we recommend you do. I attended privately (do NHS appointments still exist anywhere?) and can recommend.

I finished 6 sessions here in total, including examinations, cleaning and extraction. The experience was very good and professional. They are all patient and always explaining every step for me! Also taught me to take care of my teeth well. After the extraction, my gum is healing very well now! I believe I’ll still go here when I need to see dentist again.

This was the first time going to this practice and I was very impressed. I wanted a check up and clean and was able to see the prices on the website, although all of the charges were explained to me when I booked; I paid for the consultation upfront at the time of booking. On the day I was seen immediately and was given the choice of also having an open jaw x-ray and again I was told the price before proceeding. The hygienist was very gentle (at the moment they are only doing hand scaling and no polishing). The dentist was professional and thorough and took me through my x-ray explaining what we were looking at. Overall I was very happy with the experience and I would recommend this practice.

When my dentist closed down because of COVID I had to find a new dentist. I had my first appointment with Porter Brook Dental today. I was very impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail at my first consultation and treatment. They explained everything clearly to me and have advised me how to look after my teeth and gums. I feel confident that I will be in very good hands in the future.

Just finished my Invisalign treatment at this dental practice and I’m so thrilled with the end result. The staff have been so professional and helpful throughout every step. They’re all really friendly and have made it so easy for me to have the treatment, even when it came to booking appointments around my work. I looked around at a few different dental practices before choosing Porter Brook and I’m really glad I went with them. The cost of the treatment was also a lot less that some of the other places I went to.

Best dental practice! 👍🏼 Staff is always friendly and understanding, making sure that you feel comfortable (especially if you're like me, who has a 'phobia' of doctors, hospitals and dentists 😄) No problem getting advice over the phone or getting in for an emergency appointment. Atmosphere in practice very welcoming, were you can relax while waiting for your appointment. 5 stars ⭐️!!!
