I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. I simply ordered extra bread, and the staff member responded disrespectfully, rushing me with a tone that left me feeling unwelcome. Such poor customer service ensures I won't be returning.

Nice restaurant but the prices are more than the average. I strongly recommend the warps rather than tray.

Unreal falafel wraps! Great selection of salad and sauces to go in, the tandoori chicken wraps also definitely worth a try! Wish I’d popped in sooner now! Will definitely be back!

Not sure what the fuss is all about. Portions are big there's no denying, but quality... Shredded chicken which is a bit dry, a "falafel and hummus tray" with loads of salad, loads of falafel and a single spoon of hummus. Falafel were dry and lukewarm. For £11 for two wraps and the tray, I'm selecting okay...any more expensive, considering the fairly unfriendly guy the shop, and that would have been a 2 star rating only.

The gold standard of food on-the-go! Taste and over food quality is great. Good vegetarian and vegan options. Price wise, you can get a large falafel wrap for £6-7 and I highly doubt you would need anything more for lunch that day. One thing to remember, it's cash only.

Great lunch stop off joint if you fancy something different. The queues are out the door most of the time. I went for the Chicken and Spicy Potato, and a Falafel and Halloumi large wrap. I also ordered a portion of meat samosas. All the staff are super friendly and despite being busy busy, still took the time out to chat to every customer. The gentleman manning the till was literally flying around allover the shop. Was impressive to watch! The wraps were amazing…. The sauces we added were, Chilli, mint and Tahini. The large option will have you well and truly stuffed. The samosas weren't great if I’m honest. They were tiny and made of filo pastry, not of proper pastry as shown on their own menu board. If I’d known they were filo, I’d not have ordered them. Their great service and expectional wraps made up for the samosa.

Best wraps in Sheffield, a bold statement I know but they are also not stupidly priced. If your looking for a hangover cue this is the place, it brings you back to life. Amazing every single time! I drive 40 minutes just to go to this place. I've tried a few others around but none compare to the quality and freshness of the food served here. Very reasonable prices and good customer service too.

I couldn't give more than one stars as I didn't get any food. We ordered through deliveroo on a Saturday before 9pm. The order would arrive between 9.30 and 9.45. However the order would not be moving and they wouldn't answer the phone. We eventually cancelled the order but by that time it was too late to order or even drive elsewhere to get food

Had the falafel and spicy potato wrap and it was one of the best wraps I’ve ever had! Great taste with fresh ingredients, good portions and reasonable price.

One of the best takeaways in Sheffield. Generous portions for the price, I get a large wrap everytime. Great vegan options. Not only are the wraps delicious but they get the texture right everytime.

Tbh it's okay, kinda mid. The selection is abit limited. The portion sizes are largeish. Price okay. It's cash only, I don't like that. Every thing seems fresh. The taste is decent but some people hype this place up too much. Its good but not great. I'd recommend trying it, you can't really go wrong, but don't expect the best thing ever.

Great, classic falafel wraps at a good price. We had one with halloumi, one with aubergine and one with hommous. Less vegetarian options are also available. We got via Deliveroo but will call in person next time for better customisation options - the standard wrap had too much delicious pickled chilli for one of our number.

Visited for the first time today. I had a falafel with aubergine wrap (small £4.50 - cash only). Was tasty and filling. I ate in, they didnt give me cutlery, but you can eat it with your hands. Service was good, will go again :D

Iconic and best falafel in Sheffield. Genuinely amazing tasting. Only takes cash though so heads up. But there is a cash point across road.

Food OK. Not best falafel I've ever had. And better options is Sheffield. Staff not particularly friendly. I guess they mostly serve hospital staff on lunch breaks and students. Try the Malaysian cafe called Zurol which just 2 doors down.

The felafal wrap is nice and its bid. If you like chicken instead - Go for the tandoori style not the chicken steak as the latter is a chicken burger, the tandoori is shredded breast meat. Very filling, a side of salad and a mint tea to round off. The good stuff

Brilliant place to go for a quick lunch that isn’t a chain or supermarket. Fresh ingredients made on demand & a very sizeable portion for the price of £6 for a meat filled wrap with salad and sauce. Customer service could have been slightly better as the communication wasn’t great and slightly messed up my order, but this was quickly rectified.

Speedy service and really good food. Perfect to nip up the road and get a hot wrap at a good price. Plenty of variations of veggie wraps as well as halal wraps !

I came here many years ago and remember being amazed. Now I am at the University of Sheffield, it is around the corner from me. I will definitely be going more on my lunch breaks! I came here two days ago and had an amazing falafel and halloumi laffa. I am not Egyptian myself (I have partial ancestry though), but have lots of experience with Middle Eastern cuisine and can safely say the falafels here are in the top end of quality. It has to be the best place in Sheffield fo get falafel, even better than Fanoush with my experience the other day. I'm coming again soon!!

We only moved here 2 weeks ago we have taken over the pub across the road the doctors orders and omg the food is amazing i didnt think i would like falafels but they are amazing. We have tried the wraps and they are the best wraps ive ever tasted and we have just had falafels chicken and spicy potatoes in a box with salad and that was also amazing. The food is fresh and tasty. I want one everyday lol
