I've ordered a customised wrap. But they didn't customised it at all. Since I'm a muslim and I don't eat bacon, I customised it in that way. But when I started eating it, I got bacon in it. I didn't yell at them, I simply left without any arguments. But they needs to be more serious about this.

This was a fantastic restaurant for me and my friend to dine at, where our orders came at a reasonable speed with my employee offers working properly! The staff were really helpful when the meal deal I initially ordered was unavailable, explaining that it was the burger out of stock. My friend was fully satisfied with his McChicken deal though and I enjoyed my white coffee, which came at a proper temperature! The counter is lit up well by the red lamps above and a nice setting is added by the graffiti-style drawings on the wall, one of the many areas that had cleanliness maintained!

Poor Management. Was waiting 20 minutes for a simple milkshake and had to eventually go up and ask if my order had been lost or if there was an error. When asked, the staff member turned around and picked up a drink I had seen had been sat there for 18 minutes. To no ones surprise the drink had melted and was very disappointing. I would begin to understand this if it was very busy but considering I was the only person in the queue I’m really displeased. On multiple occasions the abundance of managers had looked at me standing there alone for 10+ minutes but instead of offering help in their downtime they decided to chat and laugh amongst themselves. I don’t blame the server for this as she looked new to the environment and was doing 80% of the work while the line manager didn’t offer any help nor conduct things as she should leading to unfulfilled customers. By the time I had received my drink (Order 63) they were serving Order 84. Like I said it was very quiet and over the course of waiting many managers and staff members had time to look over at me waiting for ages, but instead decided to laugh amongst themselves. Extremely disrespectful.

Good service. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. Toilets were available. Central located is always good 👍. Down stairs had nice classical music 🎶. Would go again.

Food is always cold and stale, drinks given out that have been sat on the pass waiting for ages so the ice has melted and the drinks are watery and that's if you're lucky enough to get your complete order, both via delivery and collecting in person, equally as bad. We've given this place a good few chances because my son loves McDonald's but it's absolutely rubbish every time. Won't be going back and definitely wouldn't recommend.

Actually decent for lunch time. Got my order in just a couple of minutes.

Found a hair in my meal, I asked for a manager for a refund as I wasn't best pleased. He told me because you ate the burger I can not refund you. I didn't know there was a hair in my burger until I ate the last bite and pulled it out of my mouth. I'm blond the hair was brown. The manager told me it's was my hair. I think you need to hire better managers. I feel bad for the staff because he wasn't even polite to me and got very defensive. I wonder if it was his hair because he didn't have a hair not on.

Yeah—love this place. Always high quality food served fresh. Loved the Breakfast here before I went to work. There was a homeless guy there occasionally. Just offer him a fry! I recommend it.

Food was great and staff friendly, got the breakfast after seeing Doug Stanhope the night before whilst suffering from a hangover. Unfortunately after the coffee kicked i spent 15 minutes of my life stuck in a toilet stall being force fed Cold Play and David Grey at full blast. I cannot describe my palpable hatred for these artists, it goes beyond words.

Firstly, the girl named Megan on the front counter was very helpful even though the store was so busy. The brown lady on DA was very very very kind! She even noticed that I didn't have any sugar for my coffee and offered me some at my table without me even having to ask! A dining assistant that considers the little details is a dining assistant that deserves many flowers. THANK YOU! Your service does not go Unnoticed.

The staff here were very friendly however ordered a sprite and got sparkling water.

Handy McDonald's to grab breakfast when working in Sheffield. Speedy service. Usual McDonald's fayre. Decent sausage mcmuffin, but the hot chocolate tastes watery

I stopped to grab breakfast with my partner. The service was quick enough. Mcmuffin was really good but the pancake was chewy. We had Bacon & Egg Mcmuffin, Pancake and syrup, Tea and Coffee for about 10 quid which is not bad. It's located at a prime location in Sheffield.

Advertised as being open, however upon going there late. Was closed with a misspelled sign on the door. Nothing updated online, many other who just come along for food, seeing it as open online and also on the app, finding out it's closed. Some more advertising and visibility would be useful. Also, for "fast food" I've waited up to 25-30 minutes for a single burger here. The service is really terrible. Many other better options if you're going in the day or evening, this is a last minute resort sort of place (if it's even open!)

A great place, strategically located. The environment is kid friendly and wheelchair accessible. Not sure about the parking space as we went via public transit. The service time is good and the atmosphere quite warm.

It's fine....It's McDonalds they're all pretty much the same. The floor staff are lovely, there is 1 particular team member behind the counter who acts like are an idiot if you ask any questions. The toilets are usually filthy. There is a good disabled toilet near the front counter, it is usually filthy as well. They often forget the included sauces in your meal (like the one you get with Mozzarella sticks) and getting their attention can be hard....they are always super busy though so I understand. The blatant drug dealing / drug use/ aggressive begging outside the front of the restaurant can be intimidating, but isn't really their fault I suppose. They do have security guards, however I did once get threatened for not giving a crack head my cheeseburger...after I'd given him a couple of quid and a cigarette!

More than 50% of seats are high stools, which disabled folks can't use and able-bodied patrons don't appear to use either (based on 2 visits) because they're awkward & uncomfortable. So no tables free for disabled customers as there's not many. There's also not a table set aside specifically for wheelchair users who might come to the restaurant. We weren't even an afterthought. Why are those high spinning stools even there? Just to make the space less accessible? Because that's what it looks like. Now onto what everyone cares about: Some items cold when you receive it which is odd, and my filet o fish had no sauce. I wouldn't have been able to go back up to have it fixed myself, luckily my partner was there to do so. They weren't especially happy about it tho did give new one with plenty of sauce. Other than that it was fine, however they don't regularly clean the tables nor empty the trash so it's quite dirty the times I've been. Is that because they're not putting enough employees on each shift, as I suspect? Or someone not doing their job? Some unruly young men in tracksuits were causing trouble, shouting and bothering people. The entire place could hear. They were insulting the employees - which knowing how hard fast food employees work (at least back home in America), is despicable - but the security guard and an employee remained professional and got then to leave after not too long. Employee laughed it off then said, "Always a good time at McDonald's" which gave me a good chuckle. I give the security & that guy 5 stars! I can't imagine what they have deal with day in and day out.

The place was a tip, chips luke warm and soggy, same as the Big Mac. Staff couldn't be bothered. How can you charge the extortionate price. Totally not good enough.

So my kid did not get his happy meal toy (First Issue of many) Staff were extremely rude and insulted my lovely blonde wife. I paid for a big mac and got the big mac small, it was one single patty with no cheese. While claiming my monopoly they just ignored me and decided not to take any action when I asked for service several times. My biggest positive was the clean toilets that you could have drunk out of and used as a plate. Overall very angry sort this out NOW!!!!

Not bad, but on delivery fr the past 2 times they just didnt give me any sauces that i ordered, not even with the mcnuggets. Please please follow the order.

Food is fine (like all McDonald's) but if you go in here after dark it doesn't feel very safe. Drunks/addicts in the doorway. Security guards stop them coming in. But wouldn't want my kids going in there after 8.30

I’ve ordered chicken nuggets, dipping sauces, fries and chicken burger on just eat. Delivery was fast, driver very friendly but when I’ve opened bag there was no sauces, no chicken nuggets. Looks like they are very busy and just forgot to pack it. I’m really disappointed .Chicken burger was good but fries were soggy and not really fresh.

Ordered a double sausage and egg and bacon roll with ketchup and 2 drinks. Only the drinks were right. But it was busy and it was still good so I never complained

Popped into restaurant on a whim. Enquired with a member of staff if you had to order on line at stand points. Friendly member of staff advised me what to do. Ordered food, waited for order call and returned to my husband who was seated and chatting to another customer. Whilst chatting to other customer felt restaurant atmosphere was very relaxed. Enjoyed our food order but food should have been hotter.

Typical mcdonalds setup. Obviously being a town centre venue there's no drive through and parking is difficult, but otherwise service is easy using the machines in-store, the staff are friendly and the food is prepared as it should be. There's ample seating and toilet facilities including disabled and baby changing room. If you're shopping in the town centre it's an easy quick way to eat at any time of the day 👍🍔🍟🥤

Food is what you would expect from McDonald’s however this particular branch is very busy especially during peak times so expect a fair wait before being served as the staff always have their hands full. Very convenient if in town.

It's a busy, city centre Mc.D's. If you expect your food to be fast, fresh, correct to your order, or hot, this is not the place for you... If you desperately need something to quiet a hungry rumble once everything else in the area is closed, then you might consider it a necessary evil. Just give the staff a little slack. They're not paid enough to do their job right, and we all know they're only going to be there until they find something better!

Usually has a queue but the lines move quickly. A couple of self ordering stations to make things speedy. They have sitting areas on 2 floors. Upstairs and downstairs.

Easy order and still mess 🙄 medium fries, cheesy bites with tomato dip and banana milkshake.. Not straw for milkshake 🙄🙄 how? No tomato dip for cheese bites 🙄🙄🙄 I'm not sure what will missing with bigger order 🙄🙄🙄 Delivery driver briliant, friendly and fast (because he not work for McDonald's 🤣🤣)

My easy walk, always very fast and clean

It was absolutely rammed when we went as it was the Xmas light switch on, managed to get a seat as someone was leaving as we entered so bonus. Food took only 5 mins to say how busy it was. The only niggle I had was the staff. Of the 4 we saw, their uniforms were disgusting, too tight, dirty and un ironed, have a little pride please.

Yesterday the 2nd of January 2023 I’ve visited this Mcdonald’s to have a dinner with the kids and the experience was just horrible! It was about 20:00 o’clock when I placed the order to it in and we had to wait for 30 minutes to get the food, when I went to check what was it taking so long the employees where just having fun with each other and the foo sitting on the bin waiting for them to take their time to serve them to customers! Their screen only around 3 to 4 orders and my order was the first one that should be served but they were more worried about the delivery order and forgetting about the store's orders. There were 2 managers on floor and 3 crew members at the frond counter and another 4 at the dressing table. They were just completely ignoring me and the kids and having fun while doing nothing. when I spoke to the Female manager if we could get out order ready, she asked the male manager to serve me, he gave me a bad look and start serving me on a bag when I've paced an order to it in. I've asked to at least have a tray, both managers said they don't give trays to customers after 8pm. The male manager just placed a bag at the collection point and turned his back without saying a word and kept doing what he was doing before so I didn't know if my order was ready or not, so I asked if the order was ready they didn't reply so I asked again. The femele manager made a sign to the security to take me and the kids out of the store with the food we payed to eat in, so I asked to geve me my money back so we would live and go eat somewhere we could sit wile eating. They refused to give me my money back and the security was forcing me to live without my money or they would call the police. I did't move until I got my money back and had a lovely dinner with a 5 star service service just next door! Resuming, customer service at this Mcdonald's is 0 stars and the training managers that where on floor are just not ready to run shifts! They need to be reevaluated, I'm sure they would fail because they've already forgotten what was on the exams!

I've never been very keen on McDonald's or any fast food places. But I can for certain say McDonald's is as good as it gets. There are lots of options to choose from, even on busy days they manage to prepare food very quickly and it still tastes good. Would definitely recommend if you want a quick bite for a reasonable price.

Restaurant was very dirty. Food as cold even though its cooked to order. I had to go back as drink order was wrong. I ordered diet as I am diabetic and was given full sugar drink. Was advised by staff member I was wrong. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BEING VISITING AGAIN

Average McDonalds, located on the Main Street in the city centre you will find it hard to miss. The food was severed fairly quickly (despite it being a fast food chain) and was of good temperature. The table was clean upon arrival although that can not be said for all the tables. The wrap of the day meal is very good value, includes fries and a drink. Good value for that, probably not the best quality though

Delivery driver didn't give us our drinks and mcflurries. Half boxes of chips. No way to complain on the app or get a replacement sent, had to drive to the maccies.

One of the better McDonald's. Food was very fresh and hot. Only issue, with it being in the city centre you do get the usual city center rabble!

Food was cold not even warm paid for fast delivery 15 to 30 mins 1.40mins late only eat burger that was cold left 2nd burger and chips my friend didn't eat anything embarrassing don't order from here. when asking for my 1.49 for priority delivery back no response. Use a different mcdonalds guys please this place needs to close

Rude teen on order, enjoy the rest of your life, is this company policy talk , ithink not, you expect professional conduct toward customer s at all times , come on macdonals you can do better , front of the house reflects your company .

I ordered 20 minutes ago on the app to make sure I’d get some breakfast before work, I told them about my order when I got there, the guy at the counter didn’t know what an order on the app entailed and didn’t check with anyone how I’d get my order and then it took so long I had to leave so I could start my shift and wasn’t able to get my breakfast. Very annoying as I’ve now got to work 7 hours without breakfast when I’d even planned in advance to make sure I’d manage it.

I've not had much here, but the Mc Spicy nuggets is the best. Twirl along with ice-cream is a good combination and tastes good too! But the service takes quite a long time as it's crowded sometimes.

Very busy place but good for deliveries as there is always plenty of drivers for deliveries on just eat and Uber eats.

20 mins wait for food, McNuggets and fries. Fries were cold. Only got half the food. Manager couldn't careless. It's no longer even fast food. It's not even good food. AVOID.

Beef burger tastes like rubber in my opinion. But personally I hate McDonald's, everywhere else was closed I so I had no choice but to go go there. Staff seemed to be working hard, got my order quickly but would rate the food 2 out of 10 so the 3star review is down to the staff

We all know McDonald's is unorganised and messy but this one is just plain bad. There were 2 workers who were arguing about some stickers whilst customers were waiting to be served. There was a woman who was also just standing there when people waiting to say their order. Half the time I was there, the workers didn't even know what they were doing!
