This place is massive nearly got lost🤭 went to look at display cabinets. I had seen some on line but went to see some in the flesh so to speak. What i like is they do the displays so it looks like a room it gives you great ideas. Has a large cafe and at least 2 sets of loos. Upstairs is mostly displays , the ground floor is the shopping bit and there is everything you could want to set up a home and i thought it was reasonably priced. Could do with more signs to find your way out but i suppose the more you go the more you know where to go 😄

This IKEA is my new favourite coming from Lincoln. Easy to get to and their own car park right outside plus restaurant on the top floor and it's next to Meadow Hall shopping center. Absolutely ideal.

Few minutes from the M1 good location loads of free parking space. Everything you would need for your home furnishings. The cafe is mainly self service but well organised and very cheap the coffee is really good. Easy to get a little confused with the layout only due to the size of the store.

Huge IKEA store that is very modern, bright and clean throughout. Good store with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. As per usual the restaurant and the takeaway food offerings were brilliant value for money and tasty. Enjoy coming here.

Great staff, needed a couple of sofa's but unsure were to pick them up . Staff was super helpful and took payment in store the directed me to the pickup area where it was waiting for me on a trolley within five minutes. Another member of staff even fetched me some protective scratch pads for the feet.Top job👍

It's an IKEA. Good for an explore. Nice meatballs (or plantballs). A good indoor walk. Oh yes and some of the furniture is quite good too :-)

We f to IKEA for the first time. I can see why people like it. Really good to have the family card too as you can get free tea and coffee from the cafe. Lots and lots of option

Great store and nicely spaced out! Wasn’t as busy as I thought, which was great!! Actually prefer this store to Leeds. Plenty of car park spaces!

What truly sets IKEA apart is their ingenious flat-pack concept. The ability to transport furniture in conveniently sized packages not only makes it easier to bring home but also reduces the environmental impact of shipping. The assembly process is straightforward, thanks to the detailed instructions provided. It's like embarking on a satisfying DIY project, and the feeling of accomplishment after completing the assembly is truly rewarding. And obviously delicious lunch after shopping

It’s IKEA what can I say. It’s a massive store located near Meadowhall and the Centrrtainment cinema so great location if you want to combine with other things. Restaurant is also great, we had the food and there was so much choice and the price was excellent.

IKEA offers a refreshing experience for ideas, particularly in their kitchen design service. I recently booked a 2-hour session and was thoroughly impressed with the service provided. The designer took their time to explain every detail and guided us through the process, ensuring our understanding. The end result is an amazing kitchen, backed by a 25-year guarantee, all at an affordable price.

My first visit and although I enjoyed it, I found it very disjointed with rooms split, with bits upstairs and down. Overall there is plenty of choice and whilst it is easy to say follow the arrows, sometimes it's a bit hard because the arrows aren't close together. Lunch was good, the meatballs are worth it. All in all an enjoyable day shopping. 1 1

10am on a Sunday morning, the best time of the day to arrive. No crowds of people, everything's clean and tidy. This is the £3.50 breakfast (also served from 10am on a Sunday), absolutely great.

Decent hangout spot to get new furniture for an affordable price. Nice range of selections. However, the food is inconsistent, the meatballs are always good but I tried the salmon once and it came with a horrendous side. It looked like pesto and barley… and I’m still not quite sure what it was… It was so bad, it smelled and tasted like plastic, I could not physically swallow it. On a positive note though, the salmon and the dill sauce were good. So other than expanding my flavour profile, the trip was pleasant.

Enjoyed our afternoon out, replenished pasta bowls, love the design and they are such good quality needed more for guests. Tried the cafe, nice view. Still don't know what to have with the swedish meatballs we brought home!!

Just as you would expect from ikea you go in for a set of drawers and come out with a sofa and a fitted kitchen. The restaurant sells a good range of food I especially like the breakfast. There’s also a little counter at the end selling drinks and hotdogs etc at a very reasonable price. The little grocery shop next to this can be a little expensive but they have some nice things. Self service tills are available as well as traditional tills.

Great value good breakfast... Free tea and coffees, but as usual, spent loads in the store. (There's no such thing as a cheap breakfast!). Good spacious store, easy access by public tram, tram stop alongside.

Big place for our small dreams, needs a bit more organising to make it easy for customers.

They have changed the rooms they have set up so that was really good as it shows more idea. Only allow so many in then the red light outside the doors comes on which is still a good idea. Would recommend

The place is amazing. The only problem is that your force to go right round the whole place to just get what you want. I would like to go and get something and get out straight away.

Staff at this store today were amazing!!! On every level!! Brilliant service despite staff numbers being low due to covid. Thank you IKEA Sheffield ❤

I LOVE IKEA, problem is I want to lift the entire rooms up and drop them in my house! It doesn't help that one of the mocked up rooms is the exact layout of my lounge even down to the position of the bay window, fire and patio doors lol

The shop I hate to love😬 it's great when it's not busy, it's horrible when loads of people are mooching around aimlessly. (I feel sorry for the kids who get dragged along) . Oh, and don't get me started on finding the exit! 'Let me out if here' , is screaming in my head as I gallantly push through the other lost souls. BUT, they do have some useful, well priced stuff. Their staff are polite and helpful, their delivery service is excellent, their aftercare is decent too. 🤭

One of the few stores you can still park easily, and get in (and out again!) quickly!

  • 4/5 David and Jax P. 2 years ago on Google
Parking is easy partially undercover with further open air spaces. It's a large store and seems iggldy piggldy, it's easy to get confused. I prefer the Leeds store layout, it's much easier to navigate. There were big queues in the car park to gain entry during the Covid restrictions which I think have now subsided. The store has a large self service cafe with lots of seating. There are toilets in a couple of places in store and they are clean. Check outs are usually busy but I guess it varies. Some items I wanted were out if stock. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Click and Collect at Sheffield Ikea. Very efficient service - call the number and drive into the allotted bay. Only problem that can happen with that is if some numpty has just rocked up and parked anywhere…usually where you’ve been told to go! Staff are very friendly and helpful and the whole process is very quick. Security is taken seriously and you must prove that you are collecting your order - this is reassuring.

We go hear quite alot, in Sheffield and leeds. Great place fir everything for your house and garden. New project etc. Friendly staff. On site café is allways a favourite. Meat balls are a must. Or poached salmon. And the damebar dessert also.

Enjoyed shopping sticking strictly to the Market place, otherwise it's too long a walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. The cafeteria was operating on reduced staff so there were a few empty display cabinets. The coffee/drinks machine was not fully operational and I ended up with cold coffee. Otherwise, an enjoyable day out.

As always... You come out feeling like you've run a marathon from all the walking, clambering to get what you need and lifting. Good stock availability. Dropped a star due to the dinning service. Very slow, not enough staff on and limited availability of food.

Fantastic place! I went for my birthday and absolutely loved looking at the different furniture setups. IKEA will always be one of my top favourite places to visit.
