If
there
was
an
option
for
negative
rating,
I
would
have
selected
that
instead
of
giving
1
star
to
this
hospital.
My
suggestion
&
humble
request
is
to
please
stay
away
from
this
hospital
at
any
cost.
My
15
year
old
nephew
was
complaining
of
extreme
pain
in
abdomen.
We
got
him
admitted
to
Lyf
hospital
on
Saturday
morning.
There
was
no
gastro-specialist
in
the
hospital.
They
assigned
a
general
physician
to
check
the
patient
who
kept
assuming
that
it
is
a
case
of
acidity
and
indigestion.
The
hospital
did
not
bother
to
arrange
any
gastro-specialist
to
check
the
patient.
The
results
for
the
general
tests
conducted
by
the
hospital
are
also
not
shared
with
the
patient's
family.
We
had
to
continuously
run
after
the
doctor
and
staff
to
look
for
information.
There
was
no
doctor
available
on
Sunday.
When
my
nephew's
condition
did
not
show
any
signs
of
improvement,
that's
when
the
hospital
arranged
visit
from
a
gastro-specialist
(from
outside)
who
suggested
to
get
the
CT
Scan
done
immediately.
The
CT
scan
showed
that
my
nephew's
appendix
had
ruptured
3-4
days
ago.
This
is
when
the
hospital
asked
us
to
get
the
patient
operated
asap
and
we
had
get
him
discharged
from
Lyf
and
get
him
admitted
in
the
emergency
in
another
hospital.
The
careless
attitude
of
the
doctors
&
administration
at
Lyf
costed
us
3-4
days
of
delay
in
getting
the
right
treatment
for
my
nephew.
This
could
have
been
life-threatening
in
our
case.
Lyf
hospital
does
not
have
the
required
specialists
and
they
completely
failed
to
understand
the
symptoms,
perform
the
right
tests
and
diagnose
the
problem.
