I stop weekly before work because it's clean, quick and delicious. Sara makes my mornings more pleasant and always is friendly and professional. She deserves a big raise! I'm glad I stopped instead of driving by like I normally did. Now it's a regular visit from me!

The attendant was charming and knowledgeable. Greeted us. I had no idea what to drink and she recommended a few. She was sweet and nice. Quickly and diligently make our drinks.

gone lots of times. But the last 2 have been a bad experience. Rude server both times. Maybe because I spoke up both times my coffee was made wrong. Got a chocolate croissant the second time. Was not heated up and was hard. Won’t be going back.

Did mobile order. Ordered a iced coffee (took 15 minutes just to make the iced coffee, and it wasn’t made right). Food order was an avocado toast and biscuit bites (took another 15 minutes to make), only to not get the biscuit bites. When I asked, the employee simply answered “Oh, we don’t have that.” Why would you hand me my order and not inform me that everything I ordered is not in the bag/available until AFTER I checked to make sure my order was correct? And then give me attitude when I ask to either get refunded for a order I ALREADY PAID FOR or to get another item of the same value?! Extremely slow service, clueless and confused employees, mediocre food. I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’.

This place is great. Everytime we're here the staff is quick and friendly. Managers seem to really support and care for the staff.

You always get a good cup of coffee in Dunkin. When traveling I try to stop in places I am familiar with.

Easy access and exceptionally friendly staff. Very convenient location right outside of Shelburne with lots of parking.

Salted Carmel cold brew was gross no flavor just cream ad coffee no sugar no flavor just creamer
