My son Akiva and I moved to the area from Chicago recently and had choose a reliable dentist for my son's aching gums and teeth. The reception area of Lisgar Park Dental was very meticulous and the women were very patient and helpful. Dr. Hesam's overall demeanor was very kind and empathetic to my son-listening to him as he told him what bothered him. We definitely consider ourselves new clients of this practice, and will return again.

Started coming to Lisgar Park Dental when I moved to the city, I had a great dentist in my previous city and was worried another finding another good one. I’m so glad I decided to go with Lisgar Park. I found them online initially and have had 3 appointments since. They always starts on time, I’ve had a different hygienist each time including a temp but they’ve all been very skilled, fast and efficient. When the dentist comes in he answers any questions I have and tells me things to watch out for. Very happy this is my new dentist!

Highly recommended! I always have this uneasy feeling every time I visit my Dentist/hygienist. For the first time, I didn't feel that way. Julia made sure that I had a great experience, by turning the seat on massage mode while she is doing my teeth😊😍 And assuring me if I'm comfortable in every way. Dr. Hessam Doust is very kind and gentle in doing my filling. He made sure that I am aware on whats going on and that I'm comfortable during the whole operation. Lisgar Dental Clinic indeed gave me a very good and unforgettable experience from the reception and the whole team. which is why i highly recommended it to everyone.

I spent very little time in the waiting room. I've had two appointments so far, the first one I waited maybe 2 minutes while I filled out new patient forms. The second appointment was for a filling. I was there early and didn't have to wait at all. The procedure was fast and painless. I'm a little anxious about dentistry and have felt very comfortable. All the staff is very friendly. They even offered me a discounted rate on an extra cavity they found and filled that same day. I was in and out in about 40 minutes.

Great dentist spot. I went in for a checkup and they found some issues with my teeth and we managed to book another appointment quickly and get it sorted out. Staff and doctor are all very friendly and calming. They constantly ensure you're doing ok during the process. Fully recommend.

I had to come in for a emergency procedure and the staff were very quick to find me space that worked on my schedule, even moving it up with an opening last minute which I was very thankful for. I am a fairly anxious individual and the doctor was extremely patient and kind and made what could have been a very uncomfortable experience go as smoothly and quickly as it possibly could. They were also very understanding of my financial situation and were very willing to help within what I could afford. Genuinely, this place is great and I was treated with immense respect and kindness. Thank you guys.

Wonderful experience at Lisgar Park Dental! Was nervous due to some poor experiences in the past with dentists and I was completely put at ease here. They explain all the steps in the process to you and all my procedures were quick and pain free. Reception team is also great with booking or rescheduling and answering any questions.

This is by far the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming, and you can feel that they genuinely care about clients. Dr. Doust always takes time to personally greet everyone that comes in, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Grateful to have this awesome team in my neighbourhood!

Have had many different dentists in different areas and can say without a doubt this is the single best dental experience I have ever had. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. You won’t be sold on something you don’t need, they will work directly with your insurance and they are excellent at accommodating rigid schedules. Book with confidence.

The best dental clinic I have been to so far. Very friendly staff - always on top of things. Anything you ask for, they will find answers quickly and revert. Dr Doust goes above and beyond to ensure you get the right treatment. I haven’t seen such a concerned and engaged doctor till now in Canada. He treats patients as patients and not customers. Go for it without second thoughts.

Excellence is the word to describe Lisgar Park Dental. The receptionist are friendly and polite , the hygienist is meticulous and the dentist is skilled and perfectionist. Appointment are available at a reasonable waiting time. If you want to take good care of your teeth, it's the place to go!

In the short time I have been a patient here, the whole team at Lisgar Park Dental has provided me with the best and most thorough dental care I have ever received. I was referred to Lisgar Park by my brother after a series of extremely frustrating dental appointments and mishaps at another clinic and came to them with poorly filled cavities and awful tooth sensitivity. The first thing on the agenda was a very thorough and gently done X-ray. Again, I have never received such a comprehensive scan before and was very pleased with the caliber of the equipment used. When I met Dr. Doust, he listened to my concerns and walked me through all of my options which helped me plan my future dental visits and feel like we were on the same page. I’ve since been back a few times and Dr. Doust and his team have been kind, patient and very transparent- a quality that is so important with any medical service provider! I cannot recommend Dr. Doust and his team more - one of the best dental experiences possible even in dealing with previously poorly done dental work. Very professional and organized dentist, office and team - I’m so glad I am their patient. They’ve provided me so much relief.

If I could give Lisgar Park and their team 6 stars I would, but google will only let me give 5. Dentistry has been a source of deep traumas and anxieties for the full course of my life, where every visit culminated in more and more devastating news and costly procedures. Through equal measures of sympathetic yet pragmatic information delivery, as well as an efficient approach to the actual procedures, Dr Doust immediately earned my trust in both him and his practice. Because of this I have been to the dentist more times in the last two months than i have in the last 15-20 years. Unfortunately, those of us with a history of anxiety over dental procedures will never be fully comfortable in the chair, but my experiences here have been the best in my 40+ year life.

Dr. Hesam and team have built something truly special here. A calm environment, polite helpful and kind staff, easy booking (phone, email, or text), always on time, highly professional. That’s all before the actual dentistry! I had a crown/tooth break in the late evening, during dinner recently. My old dentist that had performed the work, which only lasted a few years, has since gone out of business so I was stuck. I took a chance on Lisgar Park Dental as I live close by and they were able to book me in the next morning to have a look. Dr. Hesam patiently, but efficiently diagnosed the problem and with a skilled hand was able to add a post and temporary crown right away. He was also transparent about pricing, worked with my budget, and made me aware of the options and likelihood of success depending on my path. This was a welcome shift from what I’m used to, which in the past has felt like I was at a used car dealership, being upsold and mislead. The feeling I get is that the Doctor is providing the best care possible and expert advice when making difficult decisions. All of the equipment/tools are modern and in perfect shape, as well as a super clean environment with soothing background piano. Once we came up with a plan, within a few days the permanent crown was installed. I have lots of anxiety as I have spent thousands of dollars on critical work in the past and the dentists have always let me down. The crown that broke from my old dentist had multiple problems and I had to go back in 3 or 4 times for adjustment over 6 months. It never fit no matter how hard they tried. I cannot emphasize enough how perfect this crown is! It feels like I have my old tooth back and that was immediately. I am so grateful to Lisgar Park Dental. I was given a generous discount on this work. I also did a full exam with X-rays and have been back for more important work. I was given a significant discount on some important fillings as well since I do not have insurance. I also received a discount on cleaning, which has been done expertly by one of the dental hygienists. The whole staff is compassionate, and empathetic to the stresses of dental work, and collectively create a soothing and relaxing professional atmosphere. The Doctor’s kindness and exacting work puts my mind at ease. He is a perfectionist and his work is absolutely impeccable. We also enjoyed friendly banter about a collective enjoyment of cats, so he is an animal lover as well! Can’t go wrong with this guy! I highly recommend this practice and wish I could give them an extra star for their stellar work and kindness.

An amazing experience! Everyone was so understanding and patient with me. I was really nervous coming in giving that I haven't been to the dentist since 2016, thankfully my nerves quickly subsided when I met the staff. I 100% recommend Lisgar Park Dental!
