Great hiking area! The landscape here is beautiful and surprisingly diverse with a view, some lower river areas and farmland. Especially beautiful in fall! Parking is somewhat limited but there is parking on the road into the park. I imagine Boyne is overshadowed by popular trails nearby but from experience I can tell you this is a great a place as any. If you are looking for a less busy hike with great scenery Boyne is a must go

Beautiful place to hike and spectacular view from the top. Small parking lot at center road that is off 5 sideroad. Free entrance and parking (atleast from this side, not sure if it has any other entry point). walk on the bruce trail, there are three splits on the way, just stay to the right. On the third split it has sign saying Murphy's Pinnacle side trail, again keep to the right and you will be at the top of lookout point. Total around 10mins walk to the top. I haven't seen any washroom facility on the way.

Two thumbs up trails with brooks, cedar tree forests, meadows, valleys, and the Murhphy's pinacle, the highest peak in the area. Diverse eco system with stunning views. We went there in the middle of April and discovered patches of beautiful early spring flowers. Some parts of trails are pretty steep, meaning trails are medium to difficult courses. It is a must visit spot for serious hikers.

What a hike! The bugs were a bit intense at the entrance but subsided once we started moving. There is a lot of growth happening right now and it's looking great. There were 6 or so people off the path forging. I'm hoping they didn't take everything. Lots of man-made bridges as you make your way back. We hiked for just over 9 km in 3 or so hours. It was very beautiful and there was a great deal of terrain. It started spitting then hardcore showers halfway through but I still enjoyed it. Definitely will be returning as it was perfect!!

Finally a park that’s not rammed with people! Tempted to give it a 1 star so it stays that way. πŸ˜‚ Lovely park, narrow trails with lots of tree roots and stones hidden underneath the fall leaves.

Wonderful place to hike. I really recommend it. Make sure you hike up to the Lookout point. The view is well worth it.

Such a nice trail, it goes through a few different types of hiking areas, some fields, some woods, some valleys. There are some elevation changes, so don't expect to hold a conversation the entire time.

Challenging trail at least on the north end of the park and with all the snow. Lots of hills and very slick. Recommend good boots and walking poles.

The landscape is really beautifully and was really surprised with a diverse view about long tress and farm land. Went their last week, there was partial fall. Amazing hike and great workout. I went to Murphy pinnacle point and the view there was really stunning with so many colours. Highly recommend hike. #besthike #falladventures

Very beautiful trails and well kept. I'm unsure if it happened to be the entrance I chose, but their were no distinguished map detailing the trails. 8/10.

Disappointed that the park borders so much private property, it takes away from the natural setting to see houses peppered all over. But the area itself is unique and worth a stop if you're driving by. The hike down into the valley is the most secluded.

Very nice trails - both Bruce Trail and the side trails, but the snow is up the knee, still, even though it's spring everywhere else! (Went on Apr 1). Will be another month or a couple before sprong arrives to Boyne Valley! Lots of ups and downs, not for inexperienced hikers.

This place has a gorgeous lookout and connects to the Bruce Trail. Alot of forest and fall colours were amazing. I would say it is moderate but difficult in some areas. It was indeed a great workout!. *parking is limited* saw some folks on the side of the road. Not sure if there are restrooms didn't see any where I was hiking.

Excellent park with superb views of the hills and valleys. The trails are well groomed

If there is an official entrance, I did not use it. Myself and a bunch of other cars parked on an expanded gravel shoulder then walked a trail that wound up a hill beside a farmer's field leading to a tall grass meadow of rolling hills and a long forgotten, easily overlooked, orchard. I liked it, but it may not be for everyone, especially for those who tire easily. Not particularly great for strollers either as it was just a worn dirt path. There was more path on the opposite side of the road (the left side of you're driving north from hwy 10) that I did not walk yet.
