Here
is
my
honest
feedback
on
a
recent
trade-in
&
purchase
of
a
new
vehicle.
What
went
well:
Harman
(sales)
was
great
in
terms
of
answering
questions
and
working
with
us
-
did
not
seem
sales
centric
and
was
customer
focused!
She
kept
us
informed
and
followed-up
throughout
the
buying
process.
Stefanie
(finance)
answered
many
of
our
questions
and
provided
information
related
to
warranty
coverage
and
details.
Christine
(delivery)
provided
an
overview
of
the
new
vehicle
and
took
her
time
in
guiding
us.
Good
trade-in
amount
provided
for
our
vehicle!
The
facility
is
nice
and
kept
in
good
order
and
majority
of
the
staff
are
friendly
and
easy
to
deal/interact
with.
Why
we
didn’t
give
5
stars:
The
explanations
for
charging
“admin
fee”
&
“tire/rim/theft
protection”
cost
to
us
were
not
satisfactory.
I
was
told
by
the
Sales
Manager
that
“he
will
not
sell
the
car
to
anyone”
without
these
costs
being
excluded.
In
particular
I
was
concerned
about
the
“tire/rim/theft
protection”
fee
which
we
were
told
that
it
cannot
be
removed
irrespective
of
whether
as
a
customer
I
wanted
it
or
not.
I
can
live
with
paying
PDI
&
Admin
fee
even
though
after
speaking
to
someone
who
worked
in
the
automotive
field,
I
was
told
that
these
charges
are
non
value
add
for
a
customer
and
essentially
a
way
for
the
dealership
to
make
extra
money.
We
were
in
a
need
and
had
to
get
a
bigger
car
so
we
went
through
with
the
purchase.
The
dealership
is
in
the
business
of
providing
exceptional
customer
service,
and
in
fact
not
selling
cars
-
overall
a
good
experience
however
the
explanation
for
additional
costs
did
not
leave
a
good
taste.
