Here is my honest feedback on a recent trade-in & purchase of a new vehicle. What went well: Harman (sales) was great in terms of answering questions and working with us - did not seem sales centric and was customer focused! She kept us informed and followed-up throughout the buying process. Stefanie (finance) answered many of our questions and provided information related to warranty coverage and details. Christine (delivery) provided an overview of the new vehicle and took her time in guiding us. Good trade-in amount provided for our vehicle! The facility is nice and kept in good order and majority of the staff are friendly and easy to deal/interact with. Why we didn’t give 5 stars: The explanations for charging “admin fee” & “tire/rim/theft protection” cost to us were not satisfactory. I was told by the Sales Manager that “he will not sell the car to anyone” without these costs being excluded. In particular I was concerned about the “tire/rim/theft protection” fee which we were told that it cannot be removed irrespective of whether as a customer I wanted it or not. I can live with paying PDI & Admin fee even though after speaking to someone who worked in the automotive field, I was told that these charges are non value add for a customer and essentially a way for the dealership to make extra money. We were in a need and had to get a bigger car so we went through with the purchase. The dealership is in the business of providing exceptional customer service, and in fact not selling cars - overall a good experience however the explanation for additional costs did not leave a good taste.

I visited Lexus On the Park today to checkout the NX 350. I was greeted by Catherine Park. She is a really great sales person. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about the car. She was very patient in answering all my questions regarding leasing and financing. I hope the management notices this feedback. Please pass on my appreciation towards Catherine Park.

I bought a used vehicle with this dealership. I worked with the sales agent, Mindy, who was great to work with, the process was effortless, and I felt we were well looked after. I asked for a number of things to be checked with the car and the dealership went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend ppl to come, thanks to Mindy, Zafar and the entire team.

By far the worst Lexus dealership in Ontario. Complimentary Breakfast is nice but that's about it. Service staff cancelled my appointment without notice and did not provide service. Also had a complimentary car wash for another vehicle weeks ago and the vehicle came back even more dirty. Do better.

Had such an amazing experience at Lexus On The Park! Tom Homewood was my sales rep and he made me feel comfortable, let me take my time, and answered any questions I had. I told him what I was looking for and he found me my perfect car!!! Everything I wanted. He made the process smooth from finish to the end. I am so happy I came here for my first car. I bought a pre-owned and Tom and the staff treated me so special I felt like I was buying a brand new car lollll! Anyways beautiful facility. Highly recommend Tom and highly recommend this dealership. The dealership I went to before Lexus On The Park was so awful and aggressive. Do yourself a favour and come here first and ask for TOM :)

Had the greatest experience working with Connor Houston. I can't say enough great things about him, and would only request to work with him in the future. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my purchase, and was never pushy only supportive as I was deciding on my car, and options. He promptly answered all my many questions and calls, and went above and beyond any of my previous experiences I have ever had at any dealership in terms of caring about the customer. He didn't sell me my car, rather he assisted me in purchasing it. I really appreciated the whole team when it came to picking up my car. Andrew the finance manager was great, and having Christine walk me through the car features and set up made the whole pick up experience smooth and easy. I’ve never left a review for a dealership before but I think my experience warrants one. I don’t live in town so I decided to give Lexus on the Park a call on the hunt for a very specific combination IS300. Stephen answered and worked with me from A to Z on how to get the ball rolling. Gave me a fair equity on my trade in, and a solid price. It was a long weekend but turnaround was total 2 business days. Stephen was amazing to deal with, great guy, very helpful and didn’t once get annoyed with my many phone calls. I will always recommend him and the team. A special shout-out to Josie who I know wanted to give me the best delivery experience but I was in a rush. You were amazing!

Gelyn Mercado who is a Service Advisor is the Reason one should buy a car there. As you are going to have to bring in the car for service and need honest people like her ! Kevin Fam and Service Manager are both great people as well ! Now I can relax on the Balcony !

Fantastic customer service! Very knowledgeable staff, and everyone working together to ensure a great buying experience! I need to get a vehicle ASAP after my car was written off and the team at Lexus on the Park very quickly helped me find a vehicle to meet my needs. I was in and within 24 hours. I had a car in hand. I came in for the training session with Josie, who was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership for the fantastic staff and focus on client experience!!

I usually hate dealing with dealerships and their sales associates who waste time and play games but this was not like that. Eric Loges was a pleasure to deal with he didn’t waste any time and gave me the deal I was looking for. I have never had such a smooth transaction. This is the 5th time I have purchased or helped a family member purchase a vehicle through Lexus on the Park. Peter Da'Costa is my go to salesperson as he knows what I tend to look for in a new or used car and that helps to cut down on the time wasted sorting through cars that just don't fit. In this case I was helping a family member find a reliable SUV that had low mileage, excellent comfort and safety and also incorporated a good mix of technology and options. Once we settled on a 2018 VW Tiguan, we test drove it and Lexus on the Park did a great job of detailing the car, having a Delivery Specialist make sure we were comfortable with all the features and had it ready to drive off the lot just a day later. It has been a pleasant experience shopping for a car ay your dealership. I was expecting a long wait for a new car but to my pleasant surprise it only took a few days. The sales representative, Alex Thomas, is a wonderful chap. He is very knowledgeable about the Lexus product and always eager to help. I was looking to upgrade my 2019 Rav4 so Me and my Grandson browsed a number of showrooms across toronto. However, nothing matched the positive energy and salesmanship that exists in Lexus On The Park… especially salesman Robby who did an excellent job to show us a number or cars and explain every key element to us. Stephen made my experience with Lexus simply fantastic! He makes you feel very comfortable and at home. Puts in the hard work to make deals happen that satisfies both parties. He is very friendly and professional and humble and takes the effort to get to know you first which I believe is very important when investing in one of the biggest expenses of your life. Our experience with Lexus On the Park has been fantastic. We couldn't find a suitable vehicle around Ottawa, so we expanded our search across all Ontario and Lexus On the Park had some of the best deals. We found an amazing 2018 RX350 with the Executive package at a much lower price than pretty much everywhere else. And being a Lexus certified vehicle, we know it is in top condition for peace of mind. The purchase process was all done remotely. The whole team was extremely polite and helpful. Stephen De Silva, Sherriann Raynor and Kathryn McKenzie were very quick to provide detailed answers to all our questions through emails, texts and phone calls. It was very effective. After that I just had to show up to pick up the vehicle. Everything was ready upon my arrival. Christine Nam spent time to do a proper vehicle demonstration. We went through all the functionalities together. She was really great at explaining everything clearly and concisely. She even helped me paired my phone to the vehicle and made sure that everything was setup to my liking. Overall the entire process couldn’t have been better. The drive back to Ottawa on a sunny Saturday afternoon was awesome. We will definitely start with Lexus On the Park at our next vehicle purchase.
