Love this gym its big spacious and clean. They just upgraded all their cardio machines and added rowers, bonus staff r great.

I cancelled my black card membership in 2020, but they still charged me a fee of $44 in 2021 and now they are shut down. Their billing is so incompetent and unprofessional. There is no robust customer service experience so there is no way to submit an inquiry that has any accountability or talk to a real human. This organization is run so poorly. NEVER get a membership here. Pay the extra money to go to another gym, it will probably be more cost-efficient long-term since these people will rob you even after you cancel you membership.

I've been going to gym for nearly 5 years now I've never seen such disrespectful people in my life Some of the people in the staff I think are usually high on something or they are not mentally fit for the job. They are so disrespectful and treat you as if you are there for free. We as customers deserve some respect if we are paying you people.

The employees over here are very very rude. They don’t know how to treat people at all. This evening i had a very bad experience with the person name andrew . He is so rude , he saw my friend without mask and ask him to leave the gym but the way he talk that was very disrespectful . He hold the rope while my friend performing exercise.This is just not acceptable. I hope some actions are taken for this. But just a request to people who are planning to join this location, do not join these people will be rude everytime and make your day worse

The gym is suppose to be 24hours open but remains closed between 1am to 2am everyday for cleaning as told by the staff. Even after this the washrooms are mostly closed because of some cleaning going on. I cant even believe the washrooms and the bath section to be closed in a gym environment for this long just because of some cleaning even after these guys close the gym for 1 hour just because of the same thing. I have been to many planet fitness locations but have never seen this happening. I personally will suggest everyone to go to some other location or gym because you will definitely face trouble here. I know the management and planet fitness is not going to take any serious action so I am going to withdraw my membership because of these issues in this location.

Sorry to say but staff is being too rude to people specially tall guy with long hair. He has no sense to speak to customer, better he get some training to how to talk to clients. I am closing my membership because of him. And after reading your reviews you guys better not cut more money now from my account.

Good equipments available. Its a big gym area with lots of machines to use. Not too busy early morning around 5am to 7am. They do not have a weighing scale in the gym which is funny cz they should have. They have the black card membership program which includes massage on a chair that is quite relaxing. Spa for black card members and allows 1 guest per visit. So we took the membership and 2 of us hit the gym together. Its very cost-effective. The spa, massage etc are not available to guests though.

Very rude staff, employee’s name Andre don’t know how to behave with customers as we are paying not coming for free. Must be trained properly to give proper customer service. I have been to 3 different locations and the Kennedy location is by far the best one! Clean, lots of equipment to get a great workout.

Today I went planet Fitness in Brampton on Vodden. I was looking to get their black card membership. They ran through the membership really quickly then told me to go sit down on one of there chairs and sign myself up. It felt like I was a issue for them. I had to verify some things on the app process. Once again it was not very good customer service but I continued to fill in app. Finally I asked a question about payment page that they had already taken my credit card info but wanted my banking info as well. The lady behind the counter just blurted out well if you don’t want to give it you you can’t come here and just turned her back on me. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I would give a zero but google doesn’t allow me. So disappointed in such big outfit like Planet Fitness.

WORST GYM EVER, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT SIGN UP HERE! My father joined planet fitness at this location since 2015. He had went into the location and cancelled the membership over 2-3 years now. My father doesn't really check his accounts so it wasn't untill i was looking over his accounts that I realized that they are still pulling money out of his account! He tried to call/ contact them mutiple times, as well as have me email them and the head office and no one picks up or responds. During this pandemic they wont even allow anyone to cancel. They can even see as proof that he never went back to the gym since he thought he cancelled it. He only visited the gym 3-4 times in the span of 5 years. I guess they only respond when they want you to sign up and grab your money, but when you want to cancel they hold onto your money and won't respond back. I would give this location zero stars but sadly thats not an option.

Never been to a gym that doesnt let you bring in a certain size water bottle. I was working out and an employee took my gym bag without asking. They tell you to wear a mask but the employees dont wear it properly themselves. Ruined my workout and i left immediately. Dissapointing experience. Hiring team definetely smokes crack before interviews.

I recently joined Planet Fitness. I haven’t explored the whole gym yet. But I am in love with the 30-minute EXPRESS CIRCUIT sessions provided by them. If you are a beginner like me and don’t know where to start and what to do, Just don’t feel out of place and book your session ASAP.

I am member at planet fitness but recently lost my key tag and came to get it today and the lady was so rude at the reception today vodden location. And worst thing is waiting in que for just getting key tag.

I like the friendly atmosphere and the facilities. What really bothers me are the people who are just sitting around on their phones. If you want to play on your phone, you'll have to play elsewhere. Recently, I heard someone say he was sitting on his device for 20 minutes, just sitting there, working on his phone. There should be signage indicating that exercise equipment is available and that phones should be used away from the equipment.

Allot has happen since covid, during the pandemic there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to cancel gym membership. I called all the number even the US sent emails no reply. I checked my bank account and I’m still being charge... I’m the modern day world we live in only we I can cancel, is in person or register mail!!! I’ve moved out of province so now I have to probably drive in to cancel because I don’t trust register as I feel they would say the didn’t get my letter. COMPLETE nonsense !!!!

The gym is clean but something is always broken. They only have 5 bars and one is broken. This is a very popular Machine at the gym. There should be at least 6-7 so there is less wait time. The last 3 times I’ve been here. I’ve had To wait over 30+ minutes just to use the machine. They should have a time limit or more machine to decrease the wait time!!!! It’s not fun paying for a membership and you have to wait to use the machine!!! Please do better thank you in advance!!!

Good location and equipment’s are in good condition. Gym is clean and staff is friendly as well. Sometimes when it is over crowded have to wait for our turn but if you manage to go off peak hours it should be fine. Some people in the gym need to learn to clean equipment after each use not sure if management can improve this behaviour. Recommend this PF location.

Really nice gym, lots of machines and equipment to use, the facilities are very clean and well maintained. It is definitely a gym worth joining. Even when it’s busy you always have some machines and exercise equipment to use. It’s definitely the best bang for your buck when it comes to gyms.

Worst service and bad behaviour of the front desk team ( specially there is a lady she doesn’t know how to behave with customers ,moreover she was so loud and she laugh on customers I will not recommend anyone to go in Vodden location

Email communication says the gym will reopen August 11th which is fine. I went to the gym first thing in the morning at 7am August 11th and its CLOSED. There's no further communication advising of new hours of operation or if members have to book a spot before coming to workout or if its first come first serve plus nobody even picks up the phone, just crazy. Please provide more details so members know what to expect, your Facebook page doesn't help much either.

I have been trying to get information on when they plan to reopen. No notices. People inside yet will not pick up the phone. This is concerning.

I have been a guest at PlanetFitness, Centennial Plaza since Feb 2023. This center is spacious yet at time crowded. No complaints. A lot of varioss equipments that well placed. The centre adequately replenishes sanitizer spray bottles and paper towel, and remove the garbage, too. Most of the time I see Porush and Vidya doing it, and a few times Stephanie, too. Stephanie, Vidya and Porush are pleasant to deal with. They always greet guests with smile when checking in and checking out. All these three staff are pleasant and polite, but a special mention about Stephanie, who, according to me is "just" and "unbiased". Keep up the good spirit because staff members like you keep businesses afloat!

Awesome they have distance each machine. No more Corona i like it not so many people (*-*) as like b4 only 50 at a time. Safe for us

Very clean gym. I have been to the YMCA and Goodlife and i really do feel like PF is clean consistently. Also staff is kind and informative.i always have a great time going in here. PF is the place to be (especially if they don't up their prices).

Great ambience and whole workout vibe in the gym but the most important thing is the staff behaviour. Maisie, Andre, and Stephanie all are so humble and friendly. The best part of the day is that 1-hour workout with full dedication at gym 🏋️‍♂️ ❤

It’s my first time going to a gym and I’ve never thought it would be such a positive and lovely environment. The employees are amazing, they support you with whatever problems you have and are very polite. The gym itself is very clean and has a good cleaning system. Super beginner friendly. Highly recommend!

Planet fitness needs to give this guy, Joshua, a BIG raise. He's absolutely amazing! He's always smiling. He's always greeting you and he always helps you around. He made an effort to know and then remember my name, and greets me every time he sees me with a big smile. This guy literally makes my morning. Love it!! The space is so cleanly, organized and functional. Since I am a black card member, ive used all of the additional perks and I am satisfied with those as well. The employees here kinda give off distracted/not good social skills and prepare for the stare from other members at the gym 🤣

Planet fitness has everything I need to do a proper workout. I come early morning, around 4 am and the whole gym is almost empty, giving me access to all the machines and weights 😎 The staff is very nice and courteous. Thank you Planet fitness.🎉🎉

There’s nothing wrong with the gym or any equipment. The front desk staff is very rude. Especially the lady with very short short blonde hair. and the girl with short red/ ginger hair. if you hate your job so much why work here? you don’t need to take your anger out on the customers. You ask one question and the time they give you is so rude, and they never help with anything.

Pathetic customer service. They don’t care about customers at all. A place that kills the reputation of planet fitness!! A friend of mine got injured while working out, none of the staff came for help. They just looked at him until he was carried out by others in the gym to the car. Unbelievable, this place needs some serious customer service lessons. And when I called to cancel the membership, the guy on the phone was so rude and disrespectful. Terrible terrible experience!!!

PF has come a long way since I originally joined back in 2015. I am beyond impressed with how clean their facilities are and how well kept all their equipment is! Love the easiness of the app usage and the fact that they're still able to keep their price point so affordable makes it the best gym option out there in the market at this moment. The two locations that I am speaking about directly are in Brampton (Kennedy road & Vodden) & (Steels & Resolution).

Me and my brother have been going to Planet Fitness for about a year, and it has always been a great place to workout. There is a large variety of machines which make for a good workout. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making our gym visits more enjoyable. Overall, a great environment to workout in.

Very good place for work up. I just signed up this week. Stuff are very friendly. Gym is always clean. Workers keep cleaning all the equipments continuously. 100 % recommended.

The gym app and the gym appliances are so good. PF has almost every kind of machinery required for the gym. I’m grateful that I took the black card membership. Thanks to Pourush and other members of PF team who helped me with starting the membership.

It was detailed list of options to select and start with the payment process with your opted membership plan. However, the website do not give an option to select the start day of membership which would have added more flexibility. Overall, a decent gym with courteous staff and all equipments.

Staff is great, the place seems very clean. The "spa" like amenities are great! And I can't wait to start working out. A close friend of mine works out here already and she says it's great, no complaints.

Very clean and organised the staff there are very friendly it is good for $10 month, but i had this morning one of the staff saying that we can't have the bag ( exercise stuff that we use) out with u it has to be in the locker!!!! what's the point from having a small bag to carry all these stuff ? do we have to carry all these stuff in tow hands ? she clearly said ( this bag it has to be in the locker cause i don't want to rip/see the bag in middle of the gym) If these are new rules..i hope they change it very soon

The best place for a fitness workout ..clean friendly and the staff are very respectful..take it from me John Melich the owner of the Champion Boxing club ..I've tried them all pound for pound Planet is my choice.. since Rina took over I see complete organization .She orchastates a clean gym a respectfull gym and I don't see people using up a machine talking on their cells .??

My first time at this location, and my last. I did not even start my workout because the front desk is not helpful at all, very demanding and unwelcoming. Her name is Ashley, thanks for nothing. All I asked was to keep my locker keys safe while I work out but Ashley has no interest or duty to accommodate customers. And here I am writing this review while going to another location which will help for sure. Ashley never again.

Very big place and cheap pricing!

i cancelled my account 4 months prior and they still took our $24.85 from my account 4 months later. So for 3 months they didn't take anything out and thought they're slick taking money out 4 months later. I spoke to my bank they couldn't refund it because i have a positive balance on my account (my bank sucks for this). This is full out fraud on their behalf. I'm not rich so i noticed the $24.85.

Totally horrible customer service Nobody knows how to talk. Totally rude behavior 😤 of their employees Also team workers do know follow social distance, i had 2_3 of them not following social distance. Please close if can't provide any customer service.

The Management is really bad. I don't know how lazy they are. They don't even take responsibility to clean the equipment and always there is big line-up outside the gym. We all know there is a covid but they don't count the capacity in every 30mints/hour how many people are in. One time I was in the gym and I count only there is 35 people inside doing workout and outside there is 25 people waiting to let in.

I can't believe this "gem" is for only $10 plus tax monthly. Washrooms are always clean. Very wonderful and friendly staff. Place is big and equipped with so many high-end professional machines. Place is not too busy either. Always open which is an extra. They are so generous to offer pizza and bagel days once every month. Really amazing place. Will be upgrading the membership really soon. Thank you Planet Fittness!

Good and peaceful environment and also staff is amazing and cooperative

This location isn't the cleanest in terms of staff wiping machines down due to Covid, but they are relying on people who use the gym to do so which not many that I have seen while being in the gym have done. I feel a little rattled thinking that with people coming and going and no scheduled time slots to use the gym, I'm at a greater risk using this gym.

Inexpensive and lots of good machines EXCEPT the treadmills aren't great here. A lot of them slip under weight over 200lbs making them unsafe to use. Not 1 or 2 of them, multiple. Otherwise very clean place, lots of variety in exercise rooms and the free classes are a fantastic bonus. Recommend to everyone!
