Your staff are the best but I can't take the smell from certain people in there I had to cancel my membership it was a big turn off

Another fitness center has been added to the 410 and Steeles corridor. Planet Fitness has been expanding in Brampton, the low cost seems to be a selling point. Other than gym equipment, does not appear to be any other features.

This location is best then other Very clean and staff is very nice and polite Equipments are fully maintained clean shower moreover grocery store and dollarama is very close and bus stop too

this gym is in disgusting shape washrooms stink and floor is sticky guests are disrespectful space is so limited not a soul in the 30 minute express but you can’t just use the machines paper towel dispensers out of order so I presume incompetent staff this place is wild

The gym itself is decent enough. Why did I rate it only 2 stars then? FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD IN THIS WORLD, PLEASE PUT IN PLACE A BODY ODOUR POLICY AND ACTUALLY ENFORCE IT!! I’ve walked into the mens change room on many occasions and was welcomed by a wall of stench that almost made me want to just go home.

This gym is pretty big. The machines are brand new and really advanced. The perks are awesome.

Had a amazing experience I live in states 🇺🇸 but visit Canada 🇨🇦 more often I have been to couple locations in Canada but this location is one of the best I have been to better I would say this location is on 1st spot on my list ,better then states .everything was spotless clean well maintained.Best place for workout .

I would not reccomend. The gym is not clean. The male showers have a large amount of MOLD especially on the shower floor. For that much to form it would mean it has not been properly cleaned in months. Often, the paper towels are not filled and there is no soap. Please hire a dedicated cleaner to come in at least once a week. Also please STOP allowing female workers to be in the male change rooms. It is a double standard and uncomfortable.

The only one personal trainer short brown man they have is absolutely terrible. he doesn't know how to communicate in English and only trains punjabi clients. he's always talking to other people in the gym and never greets or smiles when I come in. I never see him working properly. You can also see he has high ego the way he stares at people

Love it here! The staff is amazing, they are always friendly and welcoming. They greet you and wish you a good workout and they say thank you and bye as you leave. They have all the basic machines and equipment for a quick and efficient workout. Their app is also an amazing addition to their gym. Their locker rooms and showers are clean and comfortable.

Took a tour of the facility before I decide to sign up. The staff was really nice and showed me all the details in order to start. Love the machines and the cleanliness of the facility.

Really nice gym, lots of machines and equipment to use, the facilities are very clean and well maintained. It is definitely a gym worth joining. Even when it’s busy you always have some machines and exercise equipment to use. It’s definitely the best bang for your buck when it comes to gyms.

The equipment might be clean. But the washrooms, lockers and shower stalls are absolutely disgusting. This place need to retile or renovate the change rooms and shower areas. And put more effort in cleaning the washrooms. Honestly, if it was a restaurant, this place would be closed for a while.

Gym is open 24/7 I love coming at night! Staff is great but there are not enough benches and heavy weight. And weight area is too small I love the massage bed and chairs!

This club is superb! I usually workout overnight and the club is always spotless and clean! the overnight staff are amazing Cailey and Sehaj were super helpful, considerate, always engaging with the members, and always meticulous with the cleaning around the facility!

Very unprofessional. While giving out membership, they told us something else when you come to use the services they serve out completely different. Will cancel membership because of their evening staff.

This place kicked me out because i wore an outfit that they found offensive ...nike top and shorts ... they interrupted me while i was running on the treadmill They are very judgemental if i can give a zero score i would have! Planet Fitness' slogan ...they obviously don't follow it. Janet Groux

Too much rush. At evening time. Also not have enough machines.

Got the membership today, probably gonna cancel it tomorrow. Why? Because the weight area is packed most of the time, you can’t find dumbbells, just killing time, home setup is better I guess. CARDIO machines are neat tho.

worst greeting from staff named kerrylee or whatever name she has my frnd new a new sign up membership and she is showing attitude and worst answer when we said no to membership she need to been trained properly other wise I always come to this gym and other staff members are so good! but kerrylee please be polite and respect the customer and be trained please thanks!

Team, you should have proper equipments and equal in numbers, found only 1 piece the one shown in picture.When asked front desk guys they dont know anything.

Very spacious and clean gym. Breanna was fantastic help with my account sign in as previous gyms just didn’t seem to be very helpful with sign in and things.

The place is good for the training and fitness. Health and safety are their priority. The customer service and assistance is great. Excellent services.

Very clean I was surprised at how clean the gym was, up to date machines, friendly staff. I was skeptical about joining as I heard that it's a gym full of machines but there is a lot of equipment available. Definitely recommend this gym.

It has been like a month since I took membership of planet fitness. Though this gym is busy at some times but it is still very good and quite affordable. The staff is also very caring towards the members. I would recommend planet fitness to everyone. They have everything what a good gym should have.

Never been to a gym but wow the staff Bradley and the other great woman were so helpful. It was incredibly clean, the things I was afraid of like not knowing how to use the machines and being confused were a non issue and the hydro bed was insane. Amazing experience and thank you to Bradley for making me feel ok

Out of the 4 locations that I have been at to workout this one is by far the worst,really nice place with new equipment but it's not the cleanest, members dont care about the place as they leave the weights where ever they finish their workouts they dont wipe the machines down after they sweat on the benches and the staff doesnt say anything to the member even when they see them. The staff dont really clean the place themselves either,all they do is either sit behind the desk or walk around . This place should look at how the Dixie and dundas is being ran and learn from them. Love the convenience of having a gym close to home but wish it was getting taken care of better and wish it was opened earlier than 7 on the weekends

The general manager cancel the membership without customer request after deducting the annual fees. Not only that when called to gym the staff do not have ability to solve problems they just committing I will get call back from manager but never received a call back from last 15 days. Moreover another manager was on the gym was completely rude and says that her staff are well trained personally she trained every one but looks like she is failed to give service and Hanged up twice even does not wants to give her name on the call I asked 2 to 3 times and she hanged up.

This is my home from home. The staff is incredibly helpful and genuine. They’re ecstatic to see you when you show up and are 100% supportive of your goals. The fellow patrons here are very respectful and from time to time, offer words of encouragement. I love my gym. Thank you friends!

I like how this one is still 24/7 and I can have some time to relax between sets and the staffs are really friendly and also everyone else are pretty respectful Here I can get some time to myself and focus on myself much better than the one on Vodden

Customer service at the counter is so rude when I was talking to her she just hung up the call on me. Overall experience was average

This gym is fantastic and all the equipments are new. Well maintained and clean. Black card member have more facilities so overall loved it. Worth going there.
