I took my disable sister here. She is someone who doesn't even understand this world. The service was extremely prejudice and bias. This is a Chinese building. They only take care of certain people based on who they are. They have favoritism for people based on their background and individual differences. I will never ever step into this building again. Your turn will come one day then you will feel the same way I did.

I recently had a mammogram done at Quantum Medical Imaging Services in Scarborough, Ontario, and had the pleasure of having Ms. Liyan Xing as my technician. Liyan was most professional, assuring, kind, experienced, and patient.. I had the most relaxed mammogram ever. I couldn't believe it when Liyan told me it was finished. Wouldn't mind doing it again. Quantum MIS is most professional, everybody whom I have encountered that day was courteous and professional, including May who answered the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quantum MIS to everybody. Their Manager of Operations, Cindy Tam is doing a great job there. Thanks, Quantum MIS!

Service was good. I went there on a Saturday for my ultrasound. Wait time was 15 minutes. I gave 1 star because of the technician who did my ultrasound. I know we are just a number for them, but they should learn to talk politely. I am aware that the technicians are not allowed to tell the results.She rudely told me to take exit from the exit door. Being a health care worker, I make sure that patient is happy while leaving the clinic. But here nobody cares. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

I've been to this clinic a lot over the years and my experiences have improved over time. The clinic has always been very clean and modern but sometimes I was made to wait very long even after being called in. I went there yesterday and it was honestly the best experience I've ever had there. First, I needed an appointment on short notice and they found me an appointment only 3 days later. Second, when I got there there was a glitch or something with the fax from my doctor's office and the admin staff kindly figured it out for me. Thirdly, Liliana is the kindest ultrasound technician I've ever met and she put me at such ease. I left feeling valued and appreciated as a patient. Thank you for the good care!

We have been coming to this lab for many years. Its location is convenient. The staff are all very helpful and polite, as compared to many other lab chains. I once asked for an image CD to bring to a specialist and it was done within a reasonable time. The wait is usually not long here as they are well staffed and quite efficient. The place is very spacious with several large waiting areas outside + inside. This place is also good especially for Chinese elderly as many staff can speak the language. They don’t always pick up the phone call but if you leave a message, they get back to you quite quickly - for appointments etc. Thank you Quantum for providing good services to the community.

Very dedicated staff, well run and a very clean medical facility that went beyond my experience compared to most medical facilities I've ventured into. They take Covid rules very seriously and again beyond most medical facilities I've been in.

My mom was referred by our family doctor to get bone density exam and lumber x-ray at Quantum Medical Imaging. I agree with other reviews that it's super difficult to get a hold of them via phone. To make an appointment, I kept calling for over an hour. And when finally someone answered, they're extremely impatient and talked with an unpleasant tone. I needed to yell back at them as rude as they were to make them talk normally. That being said, the actual visit gave a complete opposite impression. The receptionist was nice and super helpful, so as every staff and technician we met in the clinic. Some reviewers complaining about this clinic being racist that they put some patients over others. After our visit I sort of see why they have that impression and how it could simply be a misunderstanding. I think people need to understand this clinic offers many tests and exams. If you notice someone arrives later than you but get to do their test before you, that might just be because they're doing a different test than yours.

I was suggested by a nurse to check out this place for Mammogram as they invested a lot if money into their machines and technology. I'm so lucky I listened to the suggestion as I haven't gone anywhere else since. It's super convenient to get to: Kennedy and Sheppard. There is lots of free parking. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart and Life Labs conveniently in the same building. The facilities are very clean and sanitary as they are diligent in their screening and cleaning policies. They have a lot of people working there so you don't have to wait very long for your appointment. Every single one of the staff members I've dealt with have been professional, kind and compassionate. My results are always delivered on time to my doctor. What else can I say but.....go here!

My doctor always sends me here for tests but no matter how early you arrive for your appointment all the Asians get called before the non Asians. Only when there is a lull others get called in.. blatant rscism.

The place looks nice thats about it. Very Understaffed as phone calls are never almost never picked up and there are long wait times for all their services. The manager Cindy gives off rather disingenous vibe. She raised the tone of her voice to come off nice to my Aunt, but proceeds to talk to the staff in a different manner with an octive down. Even my Aunt noticed, Couldn't believe that. I've been there a handful of times and always see the difference from the way she talks to patients and how she talks to the staff. Major red flag. If you're in a pinch there is another clinic across the street that does the same thing as the lesser of the two evils. I'd just avoid this one altogether.

Been with Quantum for years, extremely happy with them. Staff always prompt and polite. The massive facility is bright, airy and CLEAN. Was there Jan 18, 2022, they reviewed their pandemic protocols in details on the phone when scheduling appointment. When arrived, they are prompt, efficient and no wait at all. They are much friendlier or tried to engage with clients deeper this time. Honestly, if I so want to be pampered, I will go to Ritz Carlton instead. I am very comfortable with their equipments, cleanliness, staff, and the way they handle their customers! Bravo!!!

This is one of the worst medical places in Scarborough may Toronto ever! I had many issues before and I wanted to give it a try because my doctor recommended. Again! I came to this place in person to book all the appointments as I didn't want any drama or problems later. BUT problem AGAIN. I came to the ultrasound appointment and the receptionist asked if I had any food. I was surprised as 😳No one ever told me anything about how much food I could have before the ultrasound appointment. There was no record about my appointment, nothing about what I should prepare for the appointment even I brought the paper to them for booking appointments. Forget It! I will never walk in to this place ever again! Enough is enough!

I made my first appointment, specifically requested Mandarin service, but ended up having to communicate in English. If you don't have the capability, don't offer the service. Due to a physical issue, I had to reschedule once, and despite English communication, they scheduled me for 11:00 am and told me to arrive at 10:45 am. I arrived on time, only to be informed my appointment was at 1:00 pm. Even if my English is not at that level, the pronunciation of ELEVEN and ONE is completely different!!! Even if I misheard, asking me to arrive at 10:45 is like a second confirmation of the time. Did I misunderstand again? Without any confirmation or reminder of appts, and what they can do for me is let me wait until 12:45, and regardless of whether I could wait, am I supposed to spend the whole day in your clinic? I drunk a lot of water for this ultrasound! It's unbearable. I have to give a negative review and will never go back to this place.

Terrible experience here. Went here for my dating ultrasound and I wanted to share this precious experience with my husband as this was a first for the both of us. The ultrasound technician didn't even let my husband in the room. She turned the screen away so I couldn't see a thing. As a Registered Nurse, I would like to know what's happening with my own healthcare. She didn't answer any questions I had, and she did not explain a single thing. Never coming back here. Coming from a medical background, that is not how you treat patients. A good looking office is one thing, but good customer service is another.

Quantum is the only practice I'll go for all my imaging that my doctor prescribes. The staff is courteous, very professional and results are prompt! They're also clean and very compliant with covid protocols. I feel very safe when i walk in. Great office!

Nonprofessional service. Phone calls never been answered, neither returned despite their promise of their out going message that they will return messages .They want to give pt hard time, they want pt to come in person to schedule their appointment while others do it online. Too bad.

Professional and clean facility. However, it is very difficult to get hold of them. I have been trying to reach them since 9:30 this morning and it is now past 3:30, they close at 4 ! Even left a voice mail but no response. 2 weeks later…..revising my review and upgrading them from 4 to 5 star. I got a call from someone the very same day responding to my voicemail. Also, manager Cindy called me the very next day. She apologized for the inconvenience and addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service.

New facility and very friendly staff. Multi-lingual staff is helpful for bringing parents/grandparents who don’t understand English well.

Had a great experience visiting this medical imaging centre. We were late by 5 minutes but the easily accommodated us. The facility is very well taken care of and the staff is very friendly and courteous. They even have a play area for children and ample space in the waiting room. They are well staffed with technicians and usually the wait times are very short with an appointment. Quantum would definitely be my only preference if I need to visit again! Thanks guys

i had an ultrasound done here. their services are very efficient and i did not need to wait long. but there was a lack of human touch especially the technican that performed my ultrasound. no smile, no greeting/hello. after the ultrasound was done, he did not say anything what should i do with the gel applied on the body. Not to mention that he did not explain how the ultrasound would be performed. I don't feel any patient care from the techician. . he just completed his job and done, and worked on the next patient. feel sad to them.

Came here with my father for an appointment. We had an exceptional experience at Quantum. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly. The office environment was clean and organized, making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend their services; it's a five-star experience all around!

I called them since this morning, but no one answer the calls. It happened not only today. It is really hard to get through their line. It is struggling to call them. There is no email contact info. provided in their website. What is the solution for this issues? My family doctor didn't receive my report since my exam completed 10 days ago.

We have been going this Clinic from several years. All technicians and staff have been working with patients on time and professionally. I would suggest to implement online booking system as well as telephone to ensure better client service.

The place is nice and warm. My mom wants say "Thank you, Akima!" She is professional and friendly during her examination. We are highly recommend to book imaging services at Quantum Medical Imaging Services.

This was my first time going to this location. It was also my first time getting a mammogram and a ultrasounds of my breasts. I went on a Saturday and it was very busy. I was only scheduled for the mammogram but they were able to fit me in for the ultrasounds later that day. I was grateful as I did not want to delay the ultrasound. For most woman especially if it's your first time getting this done, it can be a nervous experience. I will say the two ladies that did the mammogram and the ultrasound were great. Very reassuring, caring, gentle and kind. They took the time to go over my concerns as to why the tests were being done. They also explained followup steps with how long it takes for the doctor to receive the results back. As for the location, it's convenient and has a lot of parking if you drive. It's also close to numerous bus routes. I highly recommend this location!

I have been going to Quantum for over years, starting at the previous location of Warden/Finch and I am extremely happy with them. Although I moved to Richmond Hill and further moved to Thornhill,  I still like going back to this clinic. It's because Quantum has always been so clean and sanitary, their facilities are modern, the staff are prompt and always try their best.  I like Liliana Erika who is the kindest ultrasound technician I have ever met.  She is professional, polite and compassionate and I felt very comfortable throughout the process.  Thank you for your care! The staff at the front desk today were really nice and helpful even though I was poorly prepared for this appointment. The technicians are good and they’re efficient. This place has improved in the last couple of years since the pandemic. On that note, I just saw a review from a year ago that mentions the touchy door greeter during the pandemic. I know it’s been a couple of years past that, but I can 100% back her up on that. I came here August 21, 2021 and was a teenager, still legally a child. The door greeter stood unnecessarily close and then proceeded to guided me to my seat a bit by placing his hand on my back to do so. Which is always inappropriate, but especially so during a pandemic where you should be limiting contact. The elderly patients who entered before me did not get this same treatment and touch from him. It made me pretty uncomfortable, but I wasn’t confident enough to speak up. I told my friends about this experience right after, but I’ve forgotten it since, until I had to come back. I’m sorry I never shared this here earlier, it just never crossed my mind. This was a while ago so there might not be much to do now. But I hope that man no longer works here. Aside from that, great service.

The young man in his 20s at the door asking the COVID 19 screening questions was very "touchy" towards the younger female patients that came into the clinic. His inappropriate gestures did not go unnoticed. The people that work inside the clinic were amazing, but seeing that happen made me question the professionalism of the clinic.

I went to this facility for bone density scanning today. This is the second time I am here for scanning. I went for Mammogram the last time. Both times I am very impressed with their services. Staff are friendly and efficient. Top notch equipment and professional technicians. High recommend this place for any kind of image scanning.

My experience at Quantum Medical Imaging Services for an ultrasound was a pleasant and seamless experience. I checked in a little after my appointment time but did not have to wait long to get seen. The technician was professional and polite and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. Would come back again!

I will only come to Quantum if I need any xrays and ultrasounds. The plaza has ample parking available and having chinese speaking staff is very helpful! Thank you for providing such great service for me and my family!
