I was recently in the market for a new vehicle and, since I’ve always like Subarus, I decided to go into this dealership. I was met by Gibran Sosa, Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant, who was both professional and friendly. I told him what my situation was and that I was mainly interested in the Outback. Over the course of about three days, Gibran prepared an introduction to the vehicle, a vehicle demo, and comparison to other Subarus. He knows what he’s talking about and I would definitely recommend him. The dealership is crowded, with plenty of vehicles, though limited physical space inside and out. They appear to have a very loyal clientele and I can see why. I liked the ambience at this dealership and the way that all staff treated customers. The manager, whose name escapes me now, was also incredibly helpful. I came thisclose to buying a Subaru Outback, but opted in the end to stay with Volvo, though if I hadn’t, I would definitely have bought an Outback from Gibran. I would really like to see this dealership expand to larger premises, as they definitely have the clientele and vehicles. Thanks to Gibran and everyone at Subaru for providing a top-notch experience. I may not have bought a Subaru, but will definitely recommend the dealership and the vehicles.

Amazing dealership. Friendly folks. Particularly impressed with the way they put customers first which is hardly lacking in many dealerships these days. I got my Outback wilderness from them recently. Basically i am from Oakville but still i choose this dealer for their customer satisfaction. Huge shout out to Steve who helped me in the process right from test drive till i took my Subbie home. Amazing and friendly chap. Highly recommend for anyone in GTA region and those who are stuck with bad customer service seen in other dealerships particularly at Oakville in my case…

My experience with Subaru of Niagara went above and beyond any and all expectations I had for purchasing a car. I am in the midst of organizing a move across the country, and Brayden and Sandra melted all my stress away with their exceptional service. I felt as though I was in the company of old friends with the two of them throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my Outback Wilderness! Particularly with the robust safety and connectivity features Brayden walked me through, and with the added peace of mind with the warranties and protections that Sandra helped guide me through and understand, so that I could choose the best options that worked for me. I am definitely ready now to brave the winter roads of northern BC! I am so happy that what I thought was going to be a stressful process turned out to be so smooth and stress-free. This was my first purchase from Subaru, and it certainly won't be my last. When the time comes, I'll take my Wilderness on one final adventure back across the country to Subaru Niagara and purchase another.

Very positive experience with Brayden who went out of his way to earn my business, and make sure I was happy. He even arranged to have someone pick me up from a different car dealership an hour away when I returned the lease on the same day I was picking up my new Subaru Crosstrek. Sandra in the finance department was wonderful to deal with in reviewing all the details so that I understood my coverages and payment plan. I’ve never had a dealership offer to give me individualized warranty coverage to ensure I’d be fully covered for the full term of the lease, and Sandra did a great job of ensuring I got coverage to meet my specific needs. I picked up my new Forester last week at Subaru of Niagara. An outstanding experience. Everyone was so friendly and upbeat, even the folks in the waiting area—a good sign. This is customer service done right. From the moment I came in to the end I felt taken care of. I came having issues with my car that I just purchased recently from another dealership who couldn't diagnose the Subaru machinery with the equipment they had. However they treated me as if I was a valued customer of their own, offering me a ride in the area to moving up the time frame for me as I came from out of town. The receptionists, and Gary and Eric and Kyle were fantastic in letting me know exactly what went on and what to expect and the fix should it happen again. Very impressed with the team here. Sales experience was fine but service is terrible. Had a dealer installed hitch on my new car. You would think that the dealer would be able to follow the template for cutting the hitch but it appears not. The cuts appeared to be made freehand and the fascia installed quickly fell off. I brought this up to the dealership and noted that there was a new fascia released that used two more pop clips to hold it in place rather than double sided tape. I also let them know that the only true fix is to replace the bumper. They refused to replace the bumper saying that they have a guy that can rework and repair it. They did install the newer style hitch fascia which appeared to be barely acceptable as you could just see where the cut went to the very edge of the fascia. However, over winter the glue they used failed again and it was clear that the cut was so bad and oversized that the extra clips went into nothing. Unacceptably bad workmanship, the pictures speak for themselves.

I wanted to send a shout out to Subaru of Niagara Dealership as a whole and my new Limited Crosstrek itself, which I love. I picked up my first Subaru in July 2022 and after driving it for 3 months I couldn't be happier with it and how it handles. I don't want to quite say I'm excited for winter weather, but I am looking forward to see how it handles in the snow. The symmetrical AWD and extensive safety features are one of the main reason I went with a Subaru. I appreciate the information and guidance I received from Brayden while purchasing my Crosstrek. He provided expert advice, with humour and patience, during the ordering, purchasing and pick up of my Crosstrek. Sandra, from Financial Services was kind and helpful, always available by phone to answer my questions. Phil from Parts efficiently assisted me with purchasing my winter tires and I'm looking forward to having them installed soon. Big THANK YOU to Gibran and Sean! I was so lucky to find a 2021 top trim WRX with only 3k kms on it! G secured the car for me with my deposit over just a phone call and very kindly showed me the vehicle even if I did not have the full G driver’s license at that point. Couple days later when I got my license settled, Sean contacted me and finalized everything. Two days later I successfully picked up the car without any trouble as they took care of licensing and G demonstrated every function of the car to me carefully. Throughout the whole process G and Sean demonstrated extraordinary professionalism and was very helpful yet not pushy at all. The prices were just as shown and there was no hidden cost or any extra charge. The whole purchasing process was very smooth and everything was explained clearly which made me feel like a valued customer. It was such a pleasure doing business with these great people here. Will definitely come back again if I ever need another Subaru while living in Ontario🚙

I’d like to provide this review to note my experience with one of your sales team earlier today. I had called inquiring about a 2023 Subaru Forester $38, 252 as listed on auto trader (as well as on your dealership website) I spoke with one of your sales team who was quick to tell me that the ad I viewed had a disclaimer that this vehicle was not for sale and it was the vehicle used for test drives only. I can appreciate this if it is the case, however when I mentioned that this particular ad did not have that disclaimer and I did see the Ad with the disclaimer for a 2023 Subaru forester at $42, 652. At this point I was cut off with a very condescending “we have no foresters here my dear” then proceeded to tell me that his personal vehicle a 2019 Forrester will be available for sale soon. I would hope that for a company with such a great product and reputation would strive for the very best in customer service whether it be in person or over the phone. I am a loyal and happy Subaru owner with nothing but great things to say about this company’s service until today. Having been spoken to in such a condescending and chauvinist manner will greatly impact where my business is taken. As the manager of this location I sincerely hope you take these manner’s seriously to ensure the very best customer service is given to each customer male or female, in person or over the phone and that nobody is ever left feeling insulted after a call placed to your location.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Outback Wilderness with Subaru of Niagara. Brayden from sales informed us that new cars were expected to arrive in a few months to our surprise and true to his word, almost exactly 3 months to the day, he called and told us it was ready to be picked up. We made the right choice with this brand and this dealership-no misinformation, no empty promises and no pushy sales. Based on my previous review, here are the photos of my engine after using designated pry points as per the Subaru service manual. I was unaware of the ability to post photos at the time. Elaine at Subaru insists that I didn't find this damage but I caused it. Subaru of Niagara was the last place my engine was pulled from the car. I refrained from using anything in-between the mating surfaces as this is OBVIOUSLY going to cause damage. Apparently the technicians at Subaru of Niagara don't know that. Here you can clearly see the damage they caused from their negligence on the upper oil pan and chain cover mating surfaces. There are more gauges than just these in the oil pan, upper oil pan and chain cover. I went about machining these surfaces at a reputable machine shop and have the engine back in working order. And some how it still cost the same as they wanted to fix it themselves. I've heard great things about their sales team, but steer clear of their technicians.
