Zia is great a guy and Zahid is exceptional with his service aswell and will make sure you walk out smiling with some bling. Fixed my wife's ring for no cost which was very kind of them. Definately recommend anyone with any budget to check out this spot. They carry a wide variety of products aswell.

My family has been getting jewelry from Sony jewellers for the last 3 years for all our weddings and we’ve always had a pleasant experience with the owner, he is always very kind and helpful. However when my mother and I visited Sony Jewellers a few weeks ago the owner was not there and we were treated very poorly by one of the employees. There was one set which we really liked and originally he told us he would lower the price of it because what he weighed included pearls/beads in the set but when it came time to finalizing the set he kept telling us the same price as before. When we expressed our concern with this he was very condescending. He kept telling us to tell him how much we were willing to pay but of course as customers we don’t know the proper pricing of gold so the price we thought was low and he seemed to get very mad and said that was ridiculous and physically walked away from us mid conversation. We left right after that and ended up buying a set from one of the shops next door. Truly very disappointed with this experience and I don’t think we will ever be back at Sony Jewellers.
