    One of the worst rogers center. They donโ€™t even know how deal with a customer. Seems like they were not got hired they owned this place. One of the girls ( Forgot to see her name) was too arrogant.     I recently went to the Rogers Store at Trinity Common with my son, who is very knowledgeable and wanted to pick a new phone for me. After we decided on the phone, we sat with Rimpal, a young customer service representative. I was very impressed with this lady. She was courteous, polite and professional in every way. She helped me make the right choices for the best pricing.

    It's not even 6 and the sign and online says it closes at 8 I came for some help with my account and stood outside several minutes in the cold and pressed the button to get let in multiple times and not one staff had the decency to say they won't serve me or even put a notice on the door they are no longer serving customer today....they only care about new customer not the existing ones. At least they could have 1 person helping existing customers with issues and not all doing sales only.

    The store employees are soo bad and don't even know how to talk. Girl at the store is so rude some Indian girl. Worst experience at the store as well as with customer service. Please it's a humble request not to get trap on their insurance plan coz when it comes to claim they don't help or even take charge to help the clients. You will see them when they are selling something the behavior, they will show they are out class but when it comes to help no they don't. My phone has protection and got cracked when I went to this store none of them helped me properly and keep saying we let u in at the store we are not repair center..I mean first they should get some proper training how to even open the mouth in front of the cx. Please go to other companies out there BELL, FIDO I know fido is with Rogers too but amazing customer care Can't wait to finish with my contract with Rogers and throw this phone on them. Please please don't get the insurance from them.or listen to anyone. As you can see old reviews on the site too

    I had Very bad customer service with this store. I recommend not to go to this store and there is one fair skin woman so nasty and very unprofessional. She treated me like as if I am her husband. So rude. I wish I can report to some one to get this woman fired. She deserves it and I have a voice recording as to how she behaved.i don't even know why Roger's has this store open.Very bad.

    Very poor service by harsehaj told me i am not getting approved. I came after two days rimpal attended me and gave me the device and plan in 5 minutes.

    rimpal works at trinity commons, and she honestly was the best helper ever. although i didnโ€™t the device i wanted the first day, she made sure to do her best when i came in the next day. and honestly she deserves a promotion. literally :).

    Rimpal helped us out today. It was a really good experience. She came over to us within 2 minutes of coming in. Her greeting was very friendly, and welcoming. Usually, I donโ€™t like going there because they always push the most expensive thing on you. She answered all our questions and helped us find the best deal for our plans. I wish all rogers employees were like that!

    There were just 2 people inside and it took them more than 30 min to help them. Keeping customers waiting outside in long queues is not good practise from Rogers.

    I was greeted by Mya at the door with the most pleasant smile and the rest was history. Mya was super helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She explained everything in detail. The phone that I selected is very sleek and cute and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Mya even took the time to help me set up the new phone.     Hey! I visited the store today to pickup my new iphone and had to say the service is top tier. Rimpal was super nice and professional. She managed to get additional 30 gigs on my $70 plan. Highly recommend!!

    Worst place to go in. Lock the front door and never letโ€™s you in. I ordered something and went for pickup. They made me wait for so long. At the end i had to go back.

    Worst experience in every regard, in store and online too, they have employed people who know nothing, one guy will be telling you something else and other one different thing too for the same issue, and in the end no solutions, network quality and coverage is poor, Bell is so satisfactory.

    This rogers was horribly understaffed. There was numerous people waiting outside in the heat for over an hour because of the incompetency of the staff within the store. We waited over an hour and a half to be told they couldnโ€™t help us and we had to come back tomorrow and continue the process then. Rimpal was unhelpful, and rude.

    This store never answers calls. The call will ring and ring and then it hangs up. So unprofessional. I can't pick up a phone I had pre ordered online because they don't respond. As a rogers client this is unacceptable 2 days later and they just don't answer calls. I would fire all the staff and get people who understand what customer service is.

    Worst experience ever. I waited 1 hour in line just to reach the counter. There were 3 staff members at the desk and out of them 2 were attending the same customer from past 40mins and chatting with each others. When you know you have 15-20 customer in the line waiting for their turn, you should focus on your job and know how to manage the crowd . Make separate rows for separate things, not by just putting everyone in the same line and letting them wait because your staff doesn't care about customers' time. I thought I should try Rogers, but what happened to me today at the store? I have to think that it is worth it to waste my time there.

    I went in with my mother to change my phone plan and we had the pleasure of dealing with Mya, the Assistant Manager who was patient, kind, and very helpful in answering any of the questions we had. I was able to switch my plans seamlessly and we will be going back to the store to purchase a new phone with Myaโ€™s guidance!
