I recently took my family to The Factory, and we had the most amazing time! As soon as we walked in, we were blown away by the sheer size and vibrancy of the place. It truly lives up to its reputation as the biggest indoor playground in Canada. The Factory offers an incredible range of attractions and activities that cater to children of all ages. From massive slides and obstacle courses to trampolines and bouncy castles, there is no shortage of entertainment options here. Even as an adult, I couldn't resist joining in on the fun! What impressed us the most was the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the facility. The staff was diligent in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, which is especially important during these times. Everything felt well-maintained and sanitized, giving us peace of mind. The staff members themselves were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist. They seemed genuinely passionate about their work, ensuring that every visitor had a memorable experience. Their dedication and enthusiasm truly enhanced our time at The Factory. Not only does The Factory offer an amazing play area, but it also has a dedicated section for birthday parties. We had the privilege of attending one and were blown away by the organization and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the birthday child and their guests had an unforgettable celebration. To top it off, The Factory has a cozy cafΓ© area where parents and guardians can sit back, relax, and watch their children play. The cafΓ© offers a decent selection of snacks and beverages, perfect for refueling between all the excitement. In summary, The Factory is a haven of fun for both kids and adults. With its vast range of activities, meticulous cleanliness, friendly staff, and top-notch birthday party experience, it deserves every bit of its praise as the biggest indoor playground in Canada. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable family outing. We will definitely be back for more thrilling adventures at The Factory!

OMG had a blast. Rock all day passes are the way to go (time of posting) price 62.99 per person 7yrs and older. (For those younger have lil climbers) Gets the trampoline park, warrior course, ziplines and ropes. Escape rooms ( Enchanted Forest, Hatchery and Phobia) and virtual reality are extra but soo amazing. The club house on the 2nd floor gives an elegant feel with a calm quieter atmosphere, but still has mini golf and other games to play. Arcade with all the grest games like skeetball, hoops, wheel of fortune and zombies or lazer maze.

We had so much fun here! Trampolines, warrior courses, dodgeball, etc. The space is gigantic, clean, and well structured. One hour experience costs $29.99 per person and you get 300 points for the arcade. My family and I had a blast.

This place is so fun. I did the two hour warrior and trampoline combo with the arcade. They give you a timer bracelet and special socks. The warrior course was the right amount of challenging and the trampolines were high quality. The jousting pit is particularly fun. Also, the arcade is the best in the area with some unique games. I recommend trying the laser spy room. More adults should try this place!

Great place to spend the day. Something for everyone in the family. The soft play area has a climber, Bounce pad, play houses, slides and a small climbing wall. Lots of space for parents to sit and watch with spots to plug in laptops or charge cell phones. Trampoline park is for 6 years and older so we were able to try it out. The ropes course is very large and looked really cool. Lots of video games to ply in the fames area. My kids enjoyed the Mini golf and shuffle board at the restaurant

Some great little shops inside. Starbucks, Shaw's Ice cream, as well as the Factory for kids. I'm looking forward to when the children's museum moves here. We went during the Merry Market which was great seeing so many various gifts and food. The parking was awkward and a little frustrating, but it was free so I can't complain (The cover charge for the market itself seemed odd as I've been to other similar markets for free, and I don't know what made this different.)

The Factory is a really neat place. It’s huge, with lots to do for kids of all ages. It has lots of sitting areas for adults for them to wait while their kids play, and even roaming beer carts. It’s a bit pricey, though.

The children are very enjoy for this place. They have a lot of activities for burn out there energy and so cool to do the birthday party in here. The staff are highly concerned for us. I has a baby and there has a nursing room for us.Good for everyone and enjoy when they want to play but the price is quite high a little bit if compare with minimum rate in this economic situation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this children's indoor play area in London, Ontario! The spacious layout provides endless room for kids to explore and have a blast. With a variety of engaging activities catering to all ages, from toddlers to older children, the fun never stops The cleanliness is remarkable, creating a safe and hygienic environment. The friendly staff adds to the positive experience, ensuring both kids and parents feel welcome. This play area has it all - it's a haven of excitement and joy for families. Highly recommended.

We drove 2 hours to come here. We paid 29.99 for an hour of trampolines/warrior course, which also came with $10 for the arcade which is a really cool bonus. Also the socks are included in the price. We had lots of fun! The high drop onto the big mat was scary but awesome. The area where the big arms spin was unique, very friendly staff member running that as well. Only thing is we really wish the ropes course was open while we were there. Sucks they arent open mon-wed. They have lockers but you have to either bring your own lock or buy one from them for $5.65. Also fill out a waiver before getting in line.

Great place for hanging out with friends and family. Many arcade games, cafes, shops, restaurants, bars. The VR experience was great. Prices are ok not too expensive. The lounge on second floor is very nice where you can spend a great tike with friends. Mini golf course, VR golf available in the lounge for guests to rent and enjoy. Coming back again for sure. πŸ‘πŸ‘

2022 March 5β˜… Can't get better than this. An awesome experience, lots to do all in one mega complex for ALL ages. If your bored, this is the place to go for excitement, thrills and to let off some energy. Parking is free. There are plenty of spots either right in front or just at parking lots just bedside the complex at 100 Kelloggs Lane. The play all day pass is currently $65 pre-tax, it is a bit hefty, but given that it does include the ropes course, it's still worth it. This includes 1125 credits for the arcade and comes with their grippy socks for the park. Inside, you'll find challenging obstacles on their warrior course, similar to what you might find on TV, but this is certainly not as advance, but still relatively difficult for the average person. There are plenty of trampolines and of different types, made for running, jumping and even dunking. Colorful interactive lights make the experience aweing. On the other side you have the ropes course and quite frankly is amazing. Couldn't finish it myself as it gets very challenging and super high. If you can finish it, I give you my praise. It's just that difficult. There's also a kiddy zone, VR, escape rooms and arcade which tops the place off. The VR is cheap compared to other places IMO. There's 7 party rooms upstairs as well. If you're attending a party, there's a separate registration on the right side after you enter and looks like a little house. There's no outside food allowed, but being your water bottles as you will definitely need them. There's a water dispensing machines for your water bottle. The food here is ok, nothing spectacular, but it's fast food and ok. While it's a bit more, currently it's not seriously price gouging either. A 12" Hawaiian pizza was just under 15$. A corn dog was just under 8$. This is a whole day affair. Free parking. Bring your water bottle. Definitely recommend. Great for all ages.

Lots of great fun to be had here for kids ages 0-14. The negative reviews tend to be around the escape room experience so those should probably be avoided as it's not their specialty. During a visit in May 2023, we did the bouncing stations and the arcade which were both great experiences. They also have VR, a very large ropes course, a play place for younger kids (0-5) and lots of food options. It will cost parents at least $40 per child but it's a really fun day.

Lots of things for kids to do. Food, escape room, mini golf, zip lines trampolines. Great place to tire out your kids so kids will sleep through the night. Drinks for parents. Or bad kids.

This place has much to offer. Went with a friend to see their small mock ninja warrior course and trampoline zone. Both were really fun yet very exhausting. In addition to these, they also have indoor ziplines, an indoor rope course with obstacles, a VR gaming zone, escape rooms, an arcade, and even a floor more for the adults with a restaurant/bar. The floor also contains mini golf, some yard games, and virtual sport screens.

We visited Kellogg's Place in London, Ontario which hosts hundreds of vendors who display and sell their beautiful Creations. It's so amazing and interesting to see people come out to visit this place which was once a cereal factory transformed into an exhibition place. But most people, whether it's raining or snowing, visit this place in droves to encourage local talents and hardworking Canadians.

This is a beautiful place for all kinds of games and recreation activities. We took our triplets children here for their 3 years' birthday, and they had the best fun of their lives.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service here. We had a soccer party to book with only 2 weeks notice. Kira from events was a star! She accommodated us and made sure everything was perfect. She replied to my emails quickly and was always so sweet about late add-ons, etc. The day went so smooth for our boys. They had the best time in the trampoline park and at the arcades. It was a first for some of the boys, and they were thrilled with how much fun it was. Thank you again Kira, you're amazing at what you do! Will return and book future events for sure.

This place is best enjoyed if you start early in the day, they have so many acitivities you will end up staying until its closing time! We enjoyed the ropes course and the arcade room the best. The food is decent and kind of expensive, to be honest. Unfortunately, we were here on the Family Day long weekend, and it was packed with kids, but that was on us. We were also told they have stopped doing the birthday month promotion (1 time free entry and unlimited arcade access during the month of your birthday) earlier this month. Overall, it was a super fun experience, the staff was great and helpful.

Went on a Tuesday not many people. You think they would do after school specials, Groupon to get people in the door. Its disgusting that you charge a parent $30 to go down to watch. Maybe $5 at least you are making money. Then most of the staff where together in the same location. They didn't get involved with the kids or interact with them. The girl at the front desk was snarky and rude. I asked to fill out a complaint form but didn't have any, asked to speak the manager and was told one would come over. Nope didn't happen, I asked 3xs and not one visit. The Poutine was $11.00+taxes and it was good to eat but it's a rip off for the size and amount you got. They are making bank on the food that's for sure. We won't be going there again unless things change or someone reaches out.

Whether you are in the company a young child, teens, adult or senior - everyone has a place to enjoy in this indoor entertainment place. The toddlers, will enjoy the space made specially for them where they can explore slides, little houses and things for them to enjoy right in the sight of their caregivers or parents. The children, who are too old to be at the toddlers area but too young to be at the trampoline area can enjoy the arcade area. When going to the factory and you don’t intend to go on the trampoline, ask the front desk about their unlimited arcade card. This is among the best offers The Factory has. For a minimal price, this unlimited arcade card can be enjoyed by the whole family - toddlers, mom, dad, teenagers and even the grannies. My boys go to the trampoline for unlimited time although they will only last there for an hour, then will look for the other family members who are not with them. If solving problems are your β€œthing” then escape rooms offer various theme for you to resolve. The trampoline area is a hit for children, and physically able youngsters and seniors. Although seniors find joy by just being with their family, then they still should not miss the fun at the arcade and/or the massage chair available at the factory. When you’re hungry, the food court offers variety of selections. If you are of different age group and can’t decide on what to do, try going to the Factory; where you are together with your family but can also enjoy your own thing. TIPS: Be observant while at the arcade, sometimes there are people who give away their unlimited card. The longest time kids stay at the trampoline area is two hours and then will go to the arcade or food court. Need a quiet place in that busy area? Ask the staff if you can meditate or pray in the nursing room, often they allow you to use it.
