We
stayed
here
for
3
nights
in
November
and
had
a
pretty
awful
experience.
Our
neighbors
were
very
loud,
and
had
children
running
down
the
hallway
screaming,
slamming
doors,
and
making
noise
all
throughout
the
night
(up
to
like
4am).
We
tried
calling
the
front
desk
from
our
room,
but
no
one
answered
the
phone.
In
the
morning,
we
went
down
in
person,
and
talked
to
someone
about
the
issue.
They
mentioned
they
would
talk
to
the
guests.
Next
night
was
the
exact
same
issue.
Repeated
the
process
downstairs
with
the
front
desk,
but
luckily
that
room
was
checking
out
that
day
so
it
didn't
matter.
The
third
night
was
much
better.
When
the
front
desk
asked
how
our
visit
was
during
checkout,
I
explained
the
issue
we
had,
and
was
told
that
they
would
take
care
of
it,
and
left
a
good
message
for
the
manager.
The
front
desk
attendant
especially
seemed
to
indicate
that
the
room
next
to
us
had
other
issues.
The
manager
never
ended
up
contacting
us,
but
we
did
get
a
survey
in
an
email.
We
filled
out
the
survey
honestly
(several
high
and
low
numbers),
and
the
manager
emailed
us
with
a
generic
apology
and
a
couple
points.
I
called
the
manager
and
asked
for
a
bit
more
considering
we
were
unable
to
sleep
for
two
nights.
She
treated
me
with
complete
disrespect,
saying
that
we
were
lying
about
contacting
the
front
desk
and
only
complained
about
it
after
we
left
to
try
to
get
some
money.
Additionally
she
said
that
since
we
already
filled
out
the
survey,
she
had
no
incentive
to
try
to
make
things
right
for
us.
Mariam
Tonapetyan
was
the
manager
responsible
for
this
bad
visit.
While
I
can't
say
the
hotel
itself
is
bad,
their
customer
service
under
her
is
awful,
and
I
could
never
bring
myself
to
go
back
to
her.
