Very unprofessional! I placed an order at about 8:40 the online the tracker told me my pizza would be delivered to me in an hour. I got a text claiming that my order had been sent out at 9:36. At 10:24 i called the store and was greeted with an employee saying “yeah cause i don’t know who she was yelling at, yeah but anyway can i get a phone number” i expressed that i was calling to see where my delivery was and she told me that the driver was “10 minutes“ away. A half hour passes and still no pizza. I call the store back to see if they can make the order fresh and I’ll pick it up from the store. I then was told no because there doors lock at 10:30 but the driver was on the way. I got a missed call from a unknown number i called it back no less than 5 minutes later and it was a female driver telling me that she pulled off because she could not get in the gate. She told me she would bring it back in 10 minutes at around 11 pm. Another 30 minutes passed and i still have not received my food which I’m sure is cold and inedible by this point. Someone answered and told me they would refund me my money but i will still receive my food free. It’s is now 12:22 and i don’t have anything. Worst experience ever. I was consistently lied too and greeted by unprofessional employees. This location may as well shut their delivery services down if they are not going to fulfill delivery on time. 0 stars!!!!

Not for the first time, well before closing time, can't make an order online. Says the store is closed, but we can try again another day. Yeeeeah, we want pizza right now, not later, so say bye to our business. And yes, like many others, we live only 2 miles away and the delivery time has been atrocious in the past. They have also completely beaten up a box before delivering our pizza (the more likely scenario is the genius driver picked up several pizza boxes to deliver and put them under their arm or something, squishing the life out of them and sending the pizza to the edge of the box). Also in the past (obviously, since Domino's is getting our money tonight), pizza has arrived undercooked. I don't even know why I said this place sounded like a good idea tonight, I guess their failure worked in our favor.

I looked on line as saw that this location was closer to where I live and also closes at 12am. I drove 2.3 miles to this destination, when I go in the man ask how can I help you. I told him that I wanted to place and order, he repeated me and I say yes, his reply was oh were closed right now. I'm like how and I just walked in and open door. This is pitiful and it is 5:30 pm.

Stuff garlic knot pizza. Looks like someone put cheese sticks on the pizza and let it bake. Terrible. I wish I could post a picture on here so you could see. DONT ORDER IT PEOPLE ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PIC

Unacceptable. Service is disappointing but consistently disappointing so there’s that. We’ve given them way to many chances to correct their issues but we are always let down. This past attempt my husband ordered a meatball pizza and a cold, old, sausage pizza showed up. He also ordered one of the pasta options and it tasted terrible and dry. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Management is awful.

This location has consistently performed below my expectations as it relates to the preparation of their food and customer service. My pizza has been uncooked at times and on other occasions over done. They also lack consistent delivery drivers and often have to cancel already paid for orders without a real remedy for the client. Unacceptable!

The pizza was good but it took to long to get the food and the bread was cooked right but not cut up

I did curbside pickup. When I got there I texted waited 10 min texted again so then I finally called on hold for 5 mins hung up called back she hung up called back on hold again i called back and intild the soft spoken female ive been waiting for 20 mind could some bring my food out please. A very terrible experience 😢

They are horrible!!!!!! Mistakes were made and never got a apology! Set an hour and a half waiting for food that never came! Never will I ever order from Pizza Hut again!

I've been going to this location all the time but due to the covid-19 I have to give them this rating the employees we're not wearing a mask or gloves and the one employee that did have a mask had it under their chin this goes for the employees who were greeting the public and the ones who were preparing the food

Ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza. Received a pizza with one pepperoni per slice. The pizza was also undercooked. Not the first time this has happened.

Food was okay (I feel like Pizza Hut has gone up in prices but maybe I’m just cheap, whatever), but the customer service (surprise, surprise) was pretty much nonexistent. Sad part is that the manager took the order and tended to us. An ok Pizza Hut but probably will skip past this one from now on.

Don't bother ordering from this location. Their average delivery time is 2 hours and take even longer to refund your money for the cold food. They seem apathetic to the inconvenience.

It was delicious..

I ordered 2 pizzas on today and requested extra sauce on my pizza because the pizza is always so dry with barely any sauce on it. They put the extra sauce all over the top of the pizza and the toppings. They didn't even bother to put it under the toppings and the cheese. I will not be going back here. They give all Pizza Hut's a bad name.

This should be zero stars: - Ordered online for delivery with pizza hut - Was notified they subbed it out to door dash for delivery - got a notification that it was delivered... it wasnt - called pizza hut and after they redirected me (to a very nice young lady who was utterly professional) I was told to call.. door dash. No thanks. - No dinner for us, and I can expect my money back in 5 business days Don't order from here.

Had to wait a longggg time. Manager was nice and kept us informed on why the delay and how long it will take and offered to cancel the order if would want to in a polite manner respecting and valuing our time and offered compliments for delay.

Please staff accordingly. Pizza Hut should be pleased that the employees did not walk out. I ordered online, and was told my order would be ready in 34 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told they were backed up and it might be another 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, I got my pizza. Very disappointing

CUSTOMER SERVICE should be a WHOLE LOT FRIENDLY. Just because they messed up our orders that is not our fault. We know you are short handed we are patient but do not get irate because we tell you that our order is not right and that the pizza is burnt. If I am friendly then you should be too. There were other customers that had orders wrong.

This is the best Pizza Hut. The employees are always polite and quick to help you. The food is excellent here.

Terrible attitude up front on 11/6/22. Stop taking out your frustration, whatever it is, on the customer. Then after she handed me my pizza with the same funky tude, I asked for parmesan cheese. Then she gon tell me you have to pay for parmesan. Horrible. Just Horrible. Will NEVER be returning to this store.

We were just passing through. Very tired and hungry. Service was fast and the employees were so nice. Pizza was great.

This place seldom has it's orders ready. The smell of weed turns me off. Pizza is good when you get it.

Very rude and unprofessional. We picked up our order and got home realized they did not give us our wings. We called in and just asked to be refunded because we didn’t want to go back in. The employee that answered the phone was rude and told us they would do the refund. Never gave details on it and simply just hung up on us.

Was on hold for 5 mins and I hung up waited a couple of mins. I called back and now I can't get any one to answer the phone.....

They are always timely even on busy nights and will quickly fix any mistakes its best to pick up because they tend to be short on delivery drivers all the time its also best to use the app they prioritize those orders because they are prepaid and more likely to complain to corporate

1) Lady at front was building boxes without gloves while touching money and her cellphone. She was only wearing her mask around her chin while talking to a very old man. 2) Order stuffed crust pizza online and when picked up, realized it was not stuffed +small issue- no marinara with cold cheese sticks. 3) Worst offense of all, RAW boneless wings. This is so dangerous! iT appears this place hasn't had a recent health inspection in over 6 years- I think it is time for this place to be reported and shut down.

None of the employees had their masks covering their nose and ignored the curbside pickup instructions so after waiting 35 minutes I had to go inside and get my then cold pizza. Won't be back!

Seriously THE WORST pizza hut location ever. The workers are terrible and rude, the pizzas are always over cook, and deliveries are always super slow. I gave the one star simply because I had to put something but honestly this location doesn't even deserve the one star. I wouldn't recommend

Ordered a delivery for pizza which was never delivered. I called the store to ask for the update and the lady put me on a hold. After holding for 45 mins, there was no answer. They never refunded my money either.

Took a while to get food but was ok

Ordered 3 Garlic bread and they gave me wait time of 20 mins for pickup. After 30 mins of ordering when I go... they said they didn’t do it and after 25 mins they delivered ...The person on front desk was not responding properly on what the issue was and kept us waiting...
