Dunkin donuts are not like they use to be. Not fluffy nor fresh actually awful. Do not waste your time stopping for them. Coffee is still okay just not the donuts. Yum donuts are the best!!

Ordered coffee as usual and when she handed it to me, I could already tell ot wasn't made correctly, I asked her to add more cream and when I tasted to check it, there was no liquid sugar like I ordered and the cashier got an attitude towards me and said it automatically has 5 sugars and I advised I ordered liquid. After the 3rd time of my drink being made I just took it an left because the workers were giving me looks and getting an attitude.

It was SO SO SO bad they were very slow and the place was disgusting 🤢. I don't think I will ever be back. There was no manager there when the person in front of us wanted a manager. Order was wrong, they had no silverware and the workers were having a conversation about wanting to leave so bad and not caring if they got fired. To be honest I'm surprised I didn't have hair in my food. WILL NEVER BE BACK. #dunkindisapointment

Dunkin is just not what they used to be.. today it was, we have no bagels, no croissants etc.. so I settled with sourdough toasted.. We live in a busy city! Order up on supplies! It’s every week. Then it was topped off with the pic attached.. sigh. Like if I wanted untoasted bread I would have went to Ingles and bought a loaf!

Nastiest, dirtiest restaurant I've ever been inside. There is literally trash, dirt and nasty stuff everywhere I look. I can't even sit to eat in here for feeling dirty. They say they are out of napkins, ketchup, and anything frozen. (Said same thing 2 weeks ago in drive thru). Great food but I'm not sure how they could ever pass inspection. Very unsanitary and disgusting.

Went to this Dunkin’ Donuts store this morning to get breakfast for my family (fyi, was at the hospital all night waiting for a new family member to arrive). Got our order and went back to the hospital just to find that the breakfast biscuits and hash browns (3 combos of both) were completely inedible. All three biscuits were rock hard and burnt as if they were five days old and reheated. And all three sides of hash browns were a greasy mush pile, like they had been thawed, soaked in cold grease and then served. The absolute ONLY reason this is getting a one star is because I have to leave it in order to share this experience. DO NOT waste your money coming to this store. Absolutely ridiculous in serving food like that. It’s very obvious the workers don’t care, including management and they should all be ashamed! 100% will not ever return to this store and I highly advise no one else to either.

They were out of everything and refused to sell me a muffin that they said was for the next day. Service was slow. It was just some teenage girls working but it took 20 min to get a hot cocoa.They were out of coffee. I'm hoping it was just an off day.

We placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago, and the food is now cold and the drinks still aren't made. There are 4 people working and none of them are in a hurry to service us. There are only 2 people in front of me in the line and its almost like everyone is talking and walking in slow motion.

Extremely rude manager named "Brittney" I ordered an order with a dozen doughnuts and 3 coffees, some hash browns and sides. We weren't given the dozen doughnuts and it wasn't until we got home that we realized they didn't even hand us our doughnuts out the window. So I called stating this and Brittney told me it was OUR fault for not asking about the missing item at the window. I am a general manager of an LLC in SC and this is ABSOLUTELY the most rude behavior I have ever experienced from a "manager" I asked for corporates number, then she stated she doesn't know corporates number and hung up on me I would like the general manager of this location to contact me via email please

Very good coffee with a good variety to choose from. Doughnuts are very good as well with a good variety. Staff is very nice and professional. They work hard to make your visit a pleasant one.

Got there at 10:00 in the morning and got a couple donuts. I don't know what time these Donuts arrive but they definitely weren't fresh. The coffee was done very well and the customer service was good. I wish they still made donuts fresh. I could have went to the Walmart bakery section and got a donut that was probably better.

No napkins out. No sugar or stirs out. Packed all separate orders into one bag. We ordered separate for a reason. Sticky countertop.

This was the worst experience I've had at an establishment. They were out of everything we originally asked for (*drinks and snacks); so we revamped and did "another" order of our second choices... I hate to leave a bad review, but even after we asked them to correct it, they didn't. It was extremely disappointing. Next time we'll go to cookout rather than get a snack and coffee drink. I do not know how they stay open. I will revisit it In a couple of weeks to see if it was a fluke and I can update this... if you look at my other reviews, I love giving kudos when someone does good. I've been to different dunkins this week alone and the other 2 were excellent all around... different counties though. 😆 🤣 I'll update if it changes my next visit here.

always out of things , hard to get anything you want. also theirs always attitude. you have to choose a second choice when their out of everything than a 3rd because they don’t keep this store stocked. most the time they give us the wrong orders or forget the donuts. Dunkin you need to get in here and fix this one. you turning customers to other stores.

There's a couple nice people that work there. That's why I gave them a couple stars. Whoever is running that location is not stocking it properly. There have been several occasions where they've been out of every single thing I tried to order. Even basic menu items. I see others have posted similar reviews. The place was empty today when I arrived. If the girl in the drive through hadn't been so preoccupied with her conversation with other employees, maybe they would have got my order right.

Monday morning @ 8:45, no line at drive thru one car at the pick up window. I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato with two extra shots of espresso and a chocolate, glazed doughnut. And I get to the window she’s in my doughnut. It’s an original glazed doughnut then I get my coffee. She hand me a hot one as it is supposed to be and large, iced coffee with two extra shots of espresso at the time I hadn’t looked at my donut yet, so she goes to make another coffee and I’ll look in my bag I see the regular glaze doughnut. And then see her making my drink. She brings it to the window finally and I say does it have two extra shots of espresso? As she hesitates a minute she goes yes, well sorry to say no it did not!!

I don’t eat here much, was given a gift card; decided to use it! Ordered some kind of special sweet bacon sandwich but they didn’t have that bacon. The girl said she could do bacon egg cheese. This what I got! I see the egg and cheese, where the bacon???

Terrible service. Took so long I drove off due to being cut off constantly from the other entrance. They need more help so they can work more efficiently.

If you've read my reviews then you know im a fan of Dunkin'. This one was bit of a disappointment mainly because it took about 20mins to make a drink. Otherwise their service was par the course.

Being the only coffee stop that's not Starbucks, I come here frequently. Despite the always long wait to be served inside (hate sitting in the drive thru, especially when I order something & don't find out they're out until I get to the window 🙄) I do love their coffee & donuts (my waistline is proof lol). I did arrive 1 day & an employee was parked in their 1 handicap spot & she wasn't handicapped. She was out there on her break. I mentioned it to someone inside & they cared less. Having worked 20+ years in customer service, the quality of service I receive is subpar. I'd go more often if all the employees were like the only 2 friendly & always helpful employees they have. Maybe I should just ask them what their schedule is so I know when to come in 🤔

I used to come here every morning and it was always perfect. However, staff must have changed because the last few times they've cut me off mid order and have gotten my entire order wrong. Don't waste your time and money, go to starbucks down the street instead.

They're coffee's seem to taste flat and water down and I think they skimp on their ingredients

Lines are very frequently too long, service is always piss poor (wrong items EVERY time I use the drive through), and they're usually missing many menu items. C'mon Dunkin, get it together!

The lady who got my order was extremely nice! Great customer service. My food and coffee was perfect also!! Very happy :)

I gave 5 stars because of the cashier at the window. She was really nice. My ham and cheese sandwich was delicious I wish that it was a little hotter. My blueberry pomegranate drink was delicious but my apple fitter I don't know whether it was an apple fitter or an apple filled yeast biscuit with filling. I always get their apple fritters but I don't know what happened today. 😂😂😂🤦🏾‍♀️.

Best place in town to get coffees and good breakfast selections. Very quick service even when their always busy.. Better prices than other coffee shops. Went there every morning for the past 2 years for my morning pick me up and they never once had a complaint from me. Always quick and sufficiently good.
