Is this place brand new? It’s so clean, super trendy, the service was fast, and the food tasty!!

Ordered a 20 family pack which had 20 tenders (some smaller) fries and toast, this is more than enough for 4 people. Restaurant was clean, staff friendly and food was ready quickly.

First time trying Zaxby’s. Would not recommend. Spent almost $14 on a 5 piece boneless wing meal and an order of fried pickles. Wings were cold. The bread wasn’t toasted. I barely got any fries but they are warm. The worst was the fried pickles. They are so burnt and crispy you can’t even taste the pickle inside. Taste like they have been cooked over and over again. Taste like a big ball of grease! Lesson learned will not be a returning customer!

Great service, and the restaurant was clean and had a good vibe. Was not impressed with the food. Got the 3 sliders, it was chicken... Nothing great about the flavor or different than buying chicken breast tenders from the store, and actually I've had better store bought chicken tenders. The bread was dry and took away from the sammich. (I know bread is usually dry, but this was like dry dry). The fries... Well they were crinkle cut fries, needed more salt. We had heard awesome things about the chicken her so we have it a shot, was not impressed. Two 👎👎

Something definitely different, Zaxby's is very good at what they do. The only problem is that I have been creating salads at home, better and cheaper, like Zaxby's for years. The next star would come with a "knock your socks off" fried chicken experience. Zaxby's bird is good, but so's everyone else's. Just saying...

We had the loaded chicken fries and fried cheese balls. I'm uncertain about how the fries were but the cheese balls weren't seasoned well. The temp was right but there wasn't alot of flavor coming from the breading. Drive thru was fast and the woman at the register was polite.

Food was ok but the serving side was stingy for the price. Drive-thru servers obviously didn’t care to be there either. Won’t stop again.

We were traveling after Christmas and stopped here for a quick supper. We did not realize that the dining room closed at 8pm. However, the employees greeted us when we walked in and said it was no problem for us to eat in. They served us promptly with a smile and when we left they all wished us a good night and safe travels. The warm hospitality was much appreciated after being on the snowy roads all day. Thank you!!

So far my experience with this eatery has been positive. I find that the food is fresher at lunch times rather than in the evenings, although that's true of most fast food places. This store is always clean and has polite service. I also believe that their pricing is very favorable compared to similar fast food stores and along with their delicious food, makes for a go-to value eatery on my short list.

First time visiting this restaurant (or ANY Zaxby's for that matter!). Ordered the 20 piece chicken finger platter with fries, and we ordered 4 drinks and various sauces. About $43 total. Visited Aug 12, 2023 around 12pm. The chicken fingers were pretty good. Juicy and crispy with good seasoning. They were medium to small size overall, so don't expect big old chicken fingers. The fries were pointless. Probably wouldn't get them again. Crinkle cut fries, barely seasoned, and not crispy even a little bit. They don't give you very many either for a 4 person meal. They give you toast with butter. Was fine, nothing crazy good or anything. Drinks, perfectly fine. They have the best ice in the world. Sauces... So. Many. Sauces. They charge 50 cents each after what's included with the meal. The sauces they have are all really good. In terms of staff, they were nice and they were helpful. The restaurant was immaculately clean. It was nice to see how clean it was compared to other fast casual joints. It was also decorated pretty cool and didn't feel like "fast" food. Loved that. Overall, pretty great, but a few things to consider. The fries were pretty bad, but the chicken was excellent. I'll give it a 5, despite the fries, because who goes to Zaxby's for fries anyhow. $10 per person (or close) wasn't bad at all.

This place has great food, but leaving out food items off of orders when the food costs 8/9 dollars a meal isn’t ok. By the time I got home and realized it and went back to town to grab my missing item. My food was ice cold. Do not recommend them if you don’t live close or nearby. Order number DT188

All of our food was cold. Didn’t get what we ordered. Over all just highly dissatisfied. The chicken was over cooked. We threw away most of our meal. $30 in the trash!! We will NOT be back! Do better Zaby’s !

Went thru drive thru, had to wait a minute for some fresh fries, but it was absolutely worth it! I had their signature chicken sandwich and it was great. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the wait (which wasn't that long) Next time I pass thru I'll go inside so I can rate the atmosphere, but from the parking lot it looked nice and the lot was well paved unlike other places I have visited.
