I have lived here nearly a year and a half and I haven't been able to use our washer or dryers not once and I have made many complaints and they always say they're working on it and never do. Me and all my neighbors are SICK of having to go across town to wash our clothes. The rent I pay here is definitely higher than they deserve! FIX THE WASHERS AND DRYERS SUSAN

Price is a little high for what you get. Some things come broken with no answer on fixing them. Communication is kind of lacking. BUT we haven’t had any issues other than getting some things fixed. They do have a lot of people so it might just be a process or it’s forgotten. But other than that everyone is super friendly. The places aren’t absolutely horrible. They are clean and nice. And they could definitely benefit from adding a few more things to make it not so boring I guess is the word. Rn we are waiting for them to replace the play set for the kids. But that’s really the only thing besides the small bike trails next to the apartment. And maybe just a little more attention to detail and communication and this place would be 5 star for sure. Definitely would recommend a first floor apartment so you can have your own washer and dryer because the ones provided here don’t really work. When we lived on the second floor we would have to take the laundry downstairs to wash it and upstairs (to the 3rd floor) to dry it. A few things could definitely use some attention. But still not a bad “passing through” place. Or more of a stepping stone to your bigger and better future. After reading the reviews the fixing of things clearly isn’t going to get any better. And after seeing everyone experiencing the same things we have even a year ago just tells me all I need to know. There are plenty of options out there. Be sure to do your research and go with the best option for you.

Decent enough apartments and neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly, dog and pet friendly Lots of grass and it's pretty outside not dirty or littered on. The staff is also quite friendly. But the maintenance team is like, only 1 or 2 people, so nothing gets fixed. Would be really nice apartments if they would just fix all the little things. Moved in, the clothes washer barely works, the dryers don't work at all. Dish washer randomly floods and doesn't work, sink drips, drain in bathtub was ripped up, and two windows were off the track and let in cold or hot air from outside. Been broken since we moved in in December of 2022, told the office people, marked it in my move in check in list, complained multiple times, nothing is ever fixed. Rents a little pricy, but not too bad. Would be amazing apartments if they'd just fix the million little things like undrying dryers and leaky faucets.

The office and maintenance staff are all super friendly and helpful. I put in a maintenance request to fix my AC unit and not even 20 minutes later they were at my door ready to fix the AC!

From the very beginning dealing with Susan. Was a very pleasant experienc It is nice to deal with people Who knows their job and who knows how to deal with the public. I thank Susan and Erin for They're Professionalism Moving in Was a pretty easy and Simple experience, , everything seems to be as it should new. Paint new carpet and minor repairs here And there The only real complaint which technically is minor was the carpet layers. Did a really lousy job of sweeping the floor preparing it for The new tenant. I would also like to thank. The maintenance Cruel for coming very quickly to me To look at a couple of things and they quickly took Care that PERIOD. Thank You all or. Everything you done to make my experience. What? I would call excellent.

I like this place. I feel like however for the price, compared to other apartments. It could use some updates. Some improvements. Not so cheap counter tops. Also parking lot lights. I understand we aren’t going for lights through apartment windows, but if it’s raining or moonless, that parking lot is absolutely pitch black. Would love some lighting additions

Susan is the best. She always takes time out all the business to listen to any concerns or just share a minute of her time. Always is so pleasant. She is a true asset to Martin Estates. Goes above and beyond helping each resident.

The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The complex is dog-friendly and many other residents do have dogs. Becky is an amazing manager that helps make the move-in and signing process really smooth and friendly.
