Better sense of freedom and self expression at a prison gym. Some people work out to strengthen an injury after healing and are sometimes tender. We all make a little noise when pushing through pain. Also, people that take supplements need more water or have electrolytes in the water they drink. How dare you tell people how much and what size water they can have. At this rate you may as well transition into being an indoor jungle gym.😁 if 0 stars was an option I would use it here. But your not a gym because everyone are a bit awkward and labeling people and having a alarm that publicly shames someone for being different is “not discriminating”.🤣😂😵

Wow. Just saw the video of a young black man getting kicked out because of his half gallon water bottle with a screw top lid. I thought the lunk alarm was absurd and then I see that. Unbelievable. I hope this gym shuts down. Not very inclusive. What a joke of a gym. Maybe he should of brought in a pizza to share. Racist general manager.

I love how inclusive PF is! It has something for everyone! If you aren’t big into working out, you can indulge in the tanning beds and massage chairs. I spend all of my free time decompressing at PF, and I am not a hardcore gym rat. You don’t have to be an expert at fitness to fit right in here. It’s a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere and the price is the best part! WELL WORTH THE MEMBERSHIP!

I don’t understand why they do advertisement for 24 hours that’s why I enrolled with PL I am truck drivers ,they close at 7 at Saturday she told me we are already closed at 7.01 pm I couldn’t even take shover

I love everything about planet fitness, the facility itself it's always so clean, plenty of machines so less wait time, and plenty of free weights to get the job done. Very happy with my planet fitness location.

The staff is incredibly helpful and the facility is extremely clean especially for a gym and definitely compared to other gyms I've visited. The Shelbyville location is a must for people who want to better themselves and have a great gym experience.

I visited many Planet Fitnesses throughout America. This was the nicest one I have used. The lady Hana was professional and friendly. The place was the cleanest of all the places. The equipment was all working. Great Job!

All the employees are so friendly and sweet. Everything is super clean. The amenities are wonderful, and at a great price point. Just a great atmosphere overall.

I can’t say enough about this place excellent staff when they say judgement free they mean it ! I took my daughter today as a guest and showed her around we worked out and we spent valuable time together and got a little more in shape she is very shy. Just had baby in July and she felt. So at ease she joined 👏 before we even left . If your not a member I highly recommend planet fitness 100 percent

Friendly staff and a clean facility at a reasonable price. My wife goes with me with my Black Card membership and it’s easy for her to sign in. I would recommend this gym.

The employee’s that work there have been very helpful. My mom has cancer and is in the final stage of liver failure. I’ve been out of state helping her on several occasions and there has been a number of times I’ve been late on my payment with everything going on. The employees and managers were very patient with me, and helped me in any way they could! That means a lot to me!!

Currently traveling the US now, I know what planet fitness to avoid at all costs. It's bad enough that there's many sub-par locations that we pay the same fees for as the really great ones. The thought of running into Ashley in the wild on our way through Shelbyville would set me off. After reading these reviews, we will simply adjust our route to avoid this town entirely. I thought the South was bad, dang....

I primarily use the tanning and hydro beds. I appreciate the cleanliness and availability of both. The staff has always been very helpful. Trinity went above and beyond to explain some things to me. I appreciate her time and the respect she demonstrated. Lovely young lady to have working with the public. Kudos to her!

I have been going to PF for several years now. I really like the experience there. It is always super clean and the equipment is well maintained. It is very spacious and there are so many machines it is rare that you have to wait. The location is perfect (at least for me) since I live on that side of town. The staff is friendly and are always helpful when I have a question or need something. You can't beat the price either. Highly recommend this place!

Lilly is one of the best employees there, super funny and kind. Always has a positive attitude and very welcoming.

The girl behind the counter helped me tremendously and went above and beyond and put the app on my phone for me. I loooooove the water massage bed. I love the entire spa area. How wonderful to know that after you work out you can get your sore muscles massaged as well as get a nice tan. All for $20/month. I was going to join the ymca but they cost much more and i am so glad i picked planet fitness instead. The y has alot of little kids running around as well. I saw no little ones at planet fitness. Nothing against kids....just nice to not have to dodge the little idiots....lol....jk
