Thankful for this store. Keep up the good work and thanks for following the coupon advertisement's.

Walked in at 8:31 p.m. to get my two kids and myself some supper. The entire floor was soaked with no Hazard signs in sight. I informed her (the manager) other people were walking in that she should put a sign out as it were dangerous. Unconcerned, she freaks out on me infront of several other customers saying she had a bad day. She was already closing up trying to rush people along literally not even allowing them to eat inside. Unbelievably hateful thing

Best employees I've seen yet clean and sanitized

While we were the only ones in the restaurant when we walked in, there was only 1 young lady behind the counter. She was very attentive and helpful. Several other customers started coming in behind me and started ordering. The other 2 employees were playing around in the back, on their phones. Even after being asked several times by the young ladybtrying to juggle several orders, they kept goofing off. They finally came out but by then there were customers all the way to the door and some had left.

They don't want to honor their Series 8 & 10 for $5.99. It's just a scam.

Where is the meat??We ordered a platter,some of the sandwiches were lacking meat mostly bread..Come on now

I got sick from the sandwich I ate. Contacted them and the 17 year old girl "in charge" couldn't do anything about it. I contacted subway about it, I received a generic response. I will never eat at the subway on Main St in Shelbyville again. Maybe no subway again, ever. Very unsatisfied.

Ellisia is pretty amazing. This girl was so helpful and has excellent guest service. Will definitely be back.

Smells awful,.called in order to pick up for someone else and it wasn't even made until I walked in and there wasn't any customers. So it wasn't busy.

Had a coupon for half price sub. Can't be used in but the cheaper sandwiches. Half off is supposed to be Half off anything. No supreme subs are allowed. Needs to be a better coupon , not for less than half of the menu. Ty. Need a supreme coupon it so seems.

I wish that the owner would allow them to put a good amount of extras like green pepper and onions. Feels like pulling teeth to get more than 3 or 4 pieces of green pepper, onion, cucumbers, etc

Food was not tip worthy. We ordered 5 subs online and when I went to pick up the food they were friendly. When I got home to eat, every order was wrong. The only thing they did right with the food is put stuff inside bread. Food was a mess in the bags that they’re wrapped in as well. Would not go back the way it is now

I hadn't been to Subway in a while and it was better than I remembered. I got the spicy Italian, toasted, and it was quite tasty. The store was clean and two out of three employees were friendly. The other employee took our orders and barely spoke. I had a really hard time hearing her. For example, instead of asking "What kind of cheese do you want?", she just said the word "cheese". She would look down at the food when she spoke so I couldn't hear her. Other than that, out was a good experience.

The food was good, it was an act of Congress to get the woman to pay attention to doing her job. I told her 2 times not to toast my sandwich, she clearly was upset by that. She was not friendly and you can tell she don't like her job. I guess that spicy shirt she had on was meaning attitude. Will not go back.

Delicious sandwich just the way I ordered right in front of me. This part is directed to management or owners. There was no greeting from the first contact, only "what are you having ". At the register end only " do you want chips,drink and cookies with that" and then after absolutely no pleasantries at all, the kid says "its gonna ask you a question". He knew the credit card swipe machine i was using was asking me if I wanted to TIP them. I did tip 20%. Not a thanks at all, just "here ya go". Gave me the sandwich.

Food was fair and manager held up patrons at register talking to a guy about a job for 15 minutes that acted like he didn't want to work.

By far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. “Is that it” after every item listed to be on the sandwich and very rude. Then what I assume to be the manager came out and started talking to the girl making my food, talking over me as I was trying to order. The girl making my order had to keep asking me what I said, and when I would tell her she would turn and start talking again. Sloppily put together, and every employee acted like it was an inconvenience to them to have customers.

There are two Subway locations in Shelbyville and this is by far the better of the two. I wish the parking lot had a different layout but overall it's a great location. Super nice staff and they get your order done in no-time.
