When there is no communication that means impossibility to get hotel services. Nobody speaks English at the concierge and not even at the front desk. A five stars hotel unable to serve you a coffee and a glass of water. a room service unable to get your order because of missing English speaking employers. Key problems every day, you have to make a 10 minutes Line to ask help to the reception and after that nobody can help you anyway. Also my room was located at 21st floor but facing some work down the street... noise from there all day and night. Unacceptable. Highly not recommend. After my complaints about this I get a dish with an apple and a banana.

This is not what I expect from Hilton. They didn't give us the type of room we reserved until we demanded it and even then they put us into a room that they had taken out of service because someone had been smoking in it. Our key cards kept having trouble, and had to be replaced several times. It would work at the room door but not the elevator, and then in the elevator, but wouldn't open our door. No one was in the 24 hour gym in the late evening and the key card wouldn't work to lock the lockers. The breakfast in the main breakfast area and in the executive lounge were both not very good. They couldn't even get an omelet right and the waffles were inedible. In a lower level hotel, I could understand, but this isn't acceptable in a Hilton.

Excellent! Staff at the Front desk, was very friendly and helpful, check in was speedy and smooth. The room is spacious, flawlessly clean, with all necessary amenities. The bathroom is big and well partitioned. Toiletries supply is adequate. The buffet breakfast is super sumptuous! so many many many.... choices!! Love it, and highly recommend 💪

Best hotel I ever stayed in China. Staffs are one of the most professional and friendliest that I ever saw in China. Rooms are clean and modernly designed. Well equipped with everything you ever needed. The hotel is also centrally located and only few minutes taxi to the boarder of Hong Kong. There are also few malls very nearby to the hotel. *if you are watching the video, sorry for tagging the wrong hotel🤣

Great stay in Hilton Shenzhen. The breakfast is great, the room is spacious with a great view. During our stay in the hotel my boyfriend had a big health problem (39,8° fever) and he had to go to the hospital. We want to say thank you to Jacob, the concierge, who accompanied us to the hospital, without him we can not imagine our "adventure" at the hospital. Everything written in chinese, no body speak English, the procedure is really complicated. Once again thank you very much for your precious help.

I travel to China quite frequently for work. This hotel is 1st class. Right in the heart of the financial district. It is very clean and accommodations are great. The restaurant serves 1st class quality throughout. The lounge on the main floor is present for an afternoon Tea..

We had an event at Hilton, price for finger food by far too expensive and the food quality does not allow the price (tasteless chicken breast salad, club sandwich with limpy potato edges). Offering a gin tonic with Hendrics and during the evening replace with some cheap buzz to safe money. Absolutely not ok for a 5* hotel. Can’t suggest that hotel

ridiculously poor service in the restaurant. I ordered a club sandwich and asked the waitress twice when it will be served. After almost an hour, the information came that this meal is no longer available today. Concentrated inability and incompetence. Haha and they want to rule the world, no thank you!

I'm a frequent Hilton guest and am usually satisfied with the room and service. Here, I found the rooms to be old and the housekeeping to be subpar, especially the bathroom. There's still a chance it could be a nice option with some deep cleaning and repairs. My two cents.

Very mixed review. This place deserves a 2.5 star with everything. Check in was good. Breakfast second floor girl named Jinny or something like that was amazing and super helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel smelled disgusting everywhere. The bathroom was good. The room was so old and felt decrepit. Even the curtains felt disgusting and was ripped. Room also tiny. I felt disgusting going to sleep. Bed and pillows were good though but I was curled up with how disgusting the room felt. Room service was a disaster. The towels were great - best I’ve used in Shenzhen. For the price per night this is a very bad value. The executive lounge SUCKED. Overall this is a 2.5/5 rating. I wouldn’t go back to sleep. But I would go back to eat breakfast.
