Bella is phenomenal and highly recommended. She was working the drive-thru a couple weekends ago and made me some amazing drinks. When I say this chick does her thing, the only way to find out it to try. Now, I have a date with Bella every Saturday! ❤️

Friendly staff and very helpful. They were out of the Matcha latte that I usually get. Granted, so were 2 other locations in the Louisville, KY area that I stopped at on the way. However, I was informed if I didn't like my alternate choice, they would replace with something else that suits my taste. I was fine with my alternate choice, but I appreciate the extra effort and excellent service. Thanks!

Lady at drive thru was very nice. Waited on me while I checked my coffee n when I asked for extra sugar just in case she gave me a stirrer without asking.

20230911 No KY Starbucks Been There Mugs. Barista was polite. One of the baristas made a drink, called the name, and said, " I hope you'll love it" 😁🥰 The employees seemed happy working here. When he made and delivered my drink, he was smiling. What a great team! I have been to so many Starbuck in about 20 states and this is by far the best with great vibes. 🥰

Quick drive through experience. Got the promotion of the second fall drink at half price. They didn't have any bagels when we went by sadly. Other than that. Nice experience.

It would of been higher if I got my drinks how I order them. This isn't the first time it happen. Unless I go inside an watch them make it it don't get made right. Food wise is always spot on.

I got two drinks here, and they were both amazing! And it took less than 5 minutes to have them both made during rush hour. Definitely worth the 15$. Definitely recommend the iced peppermint mocha and the iced Chai tea latte! 🥰

A nice Starbucks in a convenient location. Typical Starbucks menu & layout. Easy drive thru or walk in with in/out seating. Not busy Sunday afternoon so ordering was fast and ready in 5 minutes.
