Walked buy got tempted by the smell. Got half a chicken and chips and gravy. Young kid behind counter had no idea but was friendly enough. Chicken is very nice not too salty like a coloured roosters is. Chips ok. Gravy also nice and not a salt bomb. Nice desserts though Service can be hit and miss

Great customer service, average food.good value for money

Food was good, but staff were clearly still learning, so a little slow service, which was fine. Only issue we was got take away and they left out a quarter chicken from the order and didn't give any serviettes or cutlery.

Great place for a feed. Service is quick and friendly. The prices are reasonable. I got quarter chicken with chips and two salad and it was less than $10. Great value as you get quite a bit and everything was delicious.

Wanted a hamburger and chips and was NOT disappointed. Went back the next day fir another one... don't change what you do. Also great service too!! Update 6yrs later..... still a bloody good burger!!!!

Food is usually pretty good but tonight I paid for and ordered two roast pumpkins. I received one. I rang them to have them put me on hold and not return. I used to buy from them once a fortnight but disappointed with customer service tonight.

Year's ago it was no bad but recently the lame is full of fat burnt and not even wrapped properly

Probably the only Souvlaki place in Shepparton that uses old school proper lamb, not shaved meat loaf. Great feed.

Bought flake and chips paid extra , I didn't want hake. The flake the worst ever, looked liked compressed fish and manufactured. Never will I eat that again..

Big store, plenty of items to chose from, mine wasn't on the menu so I asked and they were happy to do it (Chicken snitz, chips and gravy) but I did see a chicken parmy on a piece of paper and would have gone for that. Staff were very friendly and help full. Parking can be a pain as its on a main road, they do have a carpark just before the store but is small.

Rewriting my view from 4 stars to 2 Chicken is still delicious Chips were cold and gross Gravy was nice but cold. This was the 2nd time that I have been disappointed hence the change in my review. Staff were friendly.

Tbh was not that great. Ive been to a few charcoal chicken places in my lifetime and this one was mediocre at best. Its true they offer a wide variety of food and its situated nicely with good staff but the food it self was not that enjoyable. I found the chips rubbery and bland, not much flavouring and the chicken tasted confusing? I cant explain it well but its worth a try before forming an opinion.

Charcoal Chicken has a unique and amazing flavour! We had dinner from here. There was a small queue but we weren't kept waiting as the service was quick and efficient.

Service by Matilda at Goulburn Valley Charcoal Chicken was 5 stars. Bought loads in there and she didn’t miss a thing. She worked quick and efficient. Husband said her hamburger was the best.
