    Nice new layout and in the past the staff have been great. But today I went to buy lunch for the group and none of the staff were wearing masks. I went elsewhere.

    Very good fast food outlet. Easy affordable prices. Good accessibility for all visitors from different parts of the city. Easy accessibility for the wheelchair entrants. Excellent ambience and superb visibility from the outlet. Very good trendy crowd. Good for occasional visits.

    2 girls are really rude and don't listen to the order correctly. Overcharged and not explaining. Felt rushed to finish my order.

    I think this subway is a little lower price than some other subway stores, so that’s a positive. However they are quite stingy on the salad fillings, need to put more veggies inside.

    I noticed sparse amounts of cheese are added to my sub when I visit this restaurant. So i ordered a six inch subway melt with extra cheese, total cost $9.20..

    Placed my order via their app. It automatically changed from delivery to pick up upon checking out. I was in isolation due to having covid. I called the store to have it changed. They told me I would have to cancel and reorder. I hung up and tried but there was no cancel option. I called them back and was informed it wasn’t their problem. We made it clear we couldn’t pick it up and the reason why. We reordered at another subway store for the sake of feeding our children. The first store went ahead and made our order even though we told them to cancel it and they kept my money knowing there was nothing I could do about it. We literally paid $100 for x4 meatball subs lol. We ordered from these guys for many years. Never again!

    Bro? They don’t heat the meat separately and toast the bread separately, just all together and then the salad… bruh, looks like they left those ingredients out for a week. Sun was alright

    Good service I got a classic chicken sub and my wife got the meatball sub both were exactly what you expect when you go to a subway food was hot and tasty only down fall was the lettuce was not very green but that's forgivable. Cookies had just come from the oven and honestly when they are fresh out of the oven they are my absolute favourite. Over all would go again good work subway team.

    Somehow managed to swap the meats on 2 sandwiches my partner ordered and had completely different sauces in them and when I called the restaurant they told me to just contact Menulog for a refund instead of just giving me a replacement.

    Not a mask in sight from the staff. Male staff were friendly but the woman that served me was downright rude. Zero customer service skills
