Placed
my
order
via
their
app.
It
automatically
changed
from
delivery
to
pick
up
upon
checking
out.
I
was
in
isolation
due
to
having
covid.
I
called
the
store
to
have
it
changed.
They
told
me
I
would
have
to
cancel
and
reorder.
I
hung
up
and
tried
but
there
was
no
cancel
option.
I
called
them
back
and
was
informed
it
wasn’t
their
problem.
We
made
it
clear
we
couldn’t
pick
it
up
and
the
reason
why.
We
reordered
at
another
subway
store
for
the
sake
of
feeding
our
children.
The
first
store
went
ahead
and
made
our
order
even
though
we
told
them
to
cancel
it
and
they
kept
my
money
knowing
there
was
nothing
I
could
do
about
it.
We
literally
paid
$100
for
x4
meatball
subs
lol.
We
ordered
from
these
guys
for
many
years.
Never
again!
