    Dear management and owner,, When my my sister Monica and I worked here years ago both of us went home crying on a regular basis. You don't deserve the business you get and your management and people who work there don't deserve the pay they receive. Not only were my nuggets and frys cold today but I was gossiped about by your manager and employees and they skipped over part of my order but got my husband's order right. You people are a joke. You don't deserve your pay. You are by far the worst place in town. I will never go there again. And my husband agrees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If I could give it rating of 0, I would. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced at any fast food place. The front counter disappeared and left us waiting for 10 minutes without taking our order without any explanation outside of an occasional surly side eye. Do yourself a favor and drive down the road a few blocks to the McDonalds.

    Wendy’s where cold food meets poor service . Just peel your own potatoes and kill your own cow . It will be faster. We ordered online and then got there and wait another 45 minutes to get cold food and an incomplete order. This is the second time in a row that we had a ridiculously bad experience We won’t be back again! It’s sad because it used to be the best fast food in town .

    I waited with my family as we are on the road to get to Montana and the lady told us sorry I can’t help you right now I have 3 doordash orders… so NOBODY took our order she just looked at us the whole time and then said to the other employee oh no I don’t have the receipts for the door dashes. We left without ordering any food and a group of people followed

    I'm unsure of the reason why orders seem to take an incredibly large amount of time, but beyond that it is very inconvenient that they close their lobby at 8. I am a Doordash driver and the longer I have to wait for my order the less money I make.

    Every time we go through the drive thru we encounter extremely long waits. 5 - 10 minute wait between orders taken is incredibly ridiculous. Employees need more training as does the manager. I've worked in the industry and this Sheridan store needs a lot of work. This is fast food not slow food.

    This is one of the best places in Sheridan Wyoming for two reasons. There food is almost always amazing and there customer service usually is spectacular. Sure sometimes the cashier can be rude but after two hundred rude people it happens. I'd suggest this place to almost anyone and there prices on average like eight to ten dollars per combo

    Appreciate that it was busy, but taking over 30 minutes to get my meal is ridiculous. Also the young lady at the till seemed to complain about everything!! Very unprofessional and doubt we'll be back. Good thing we were just passing through, as most of the time going to Wendy's is a good experience

    By far the BEST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to!! I was seeing family (I’m from minnesota) and this location reignited my wendys cravings haha. Send the managers to Minnesota and teach them a few things! Keep up the great work guys

    Just like most restaurants today the service was slow though the person taking the order was professional. And can any restaurant turn on the heat as the area has had snow and below 30 degree temperatures for several days now. I think it was warmer outside at 22 degrees than it was inside. And this at 2PM so it's not like they just opened.

    We have given so many passes. Near every order something is wrong or missing. Now we are missing the pecans in the apple pecan salad. We obviously will be ok without it, but it’s really frustrating to have these problems continually occurring.

    Hello everyone, With all the rants and raves regarding our Sheridan Wendy's, I bring you another rant over the service and quality of Wendy's. I was pleased to see the service time for our order was speedy; however, Wendy's did not put bacon on both of the Bacon double-stack cheeseburgers we had ordered. When bringing up the baconless burgers, Wendy's staff ignored me until I spoke up. I was blamed for the inconvenience of them having to remake the burgers. Our friend who ordered right after us had to experience a longer wait to receive his Baconator burger. In conclusion the food was unappealing. I hope to see Wendy's hire more competent staff in the future.

    The food and service were very good. Unfortunately their digital payment system was down, and the restaurant was cash only. But it was still a pleasure to dine at Wendy’s.

    This is a tough review to write since we weren't actually able to eat dinner. First we waited to order for more than 8 minutes. We were the only people in line. The manager was right there, and told us it'd be just a second til he could take our order. But we waited and waited. When he finally graced us with his presence, I ordered a salad...but he told me the restaurant didn't have lettuce, pretty hard to have a salad with no lettuce. So I ordered a baked potato, he told me it'd be about 30 minutes to get a baked potato. So we just left.

    Stopped here for a quick lunch while on the road. While waiting in line, the computer system went down. I thought we were going to have to find another place to eat...no small task with 5 kids and an RV. But, a manager named Tonya was able to extend her day for a few hours and organize the staff to take cash orders using pen and paper. I'm not sure that a third of the fast food shops out thhere would be able to do that today. Pleasant to see a competant operation today, even when facing challenges.

    This place has gone down hill badly! I have been avoiding Wendy's here because of the long drive through line they always have. Tonight my kids begged for Wendy's so we pulled up and there was only 2 cars in line so I thought ok we will try since they aren't busy. Well, we sat there for 25 min just to order. While sitting there I looked in the windows and one girl was one her phone and 4 people behind the counter standing around talking. When we finally get to the window we sat there for another 10 min waiting while our food was sitting on the counter for about 7 of those minutes. When he finally realized it was still sitting there he blamed someone else for not giving us our food. The thing is they couldnt because he was blocking the whole window. He huffed then gave us our food without a word closed the window and turned his back to us. This is ridiculous! I will not be back till things get better.

    Pretty decent fast food, fries are almost always hot and food is made decently. Drive through is at time clogged, but by virtue of its odd location. Pretty decent albeit

    It is a fast food chain resturant that serves basic fair that you can rely on to be the same which ever location you visit. The only real problem with this particular spot is the staff are very slow and apparently easily overwhelmed. Small lunch rush Sent them into a frenzy.

    Good breakfast. Love the potatoes! Hot and fresh food. The wait in the drive thru for coffee was CRAZY. Waited 10 minutes for one cup. They asked us to pull forward and then I think they forgot about us

    All I gotta say is, there was a bug in my burger. I dissect my burger and always take the tomato and lettuce off and noticed something crunched up and black. Yup. A bug. What the hell is wrong with you, Wendy’s??

    The staff were really prompt and even though I ordered a chocolate frosty...I was grateful the employee told me it would be a 10 minute wait for the chocolate frosty mix to freeze and offered to switch it to strawberry for faster service...which turned out to be delicious and totally worth the switch

    My family live out of town, so when they didn't get the order even close to correct, we had to drive back into town and get them to correct their opps. By the time we got to eat dinner, the French fries were cold. When you screw up an order that bad and are more worried about your bottom line than you are about making a happy customer who writes reviews that can be read by all. The other part is more of a question. Why is it my wife and I had called over 13 times to talk to a supposed manager?

    If I could give negative stars I would. The people working the drive through were very racist and outright said they didn’t want to take our order. We ended up driving off without ordering because we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. So if you’re black I would skip this Wendy’s all together.

    I placed an order on doordash and when my food was delivered, we were missing two items. I called and the manager was very helpful and handled the situation right away. we were then able to go get our items whenever that night. thank you to the manager! i appreciate this more than you know :)

    I had the mozzarella chicken sandwich. It would have been nice if there would have been some marinara sauce on it it looked like they thought about it but really didn't put any on it the chicken was so hard you couldn't eat it and the bun besides falling apart did not taste well it was stale stale

    They have always been great but lately they take forever to come back to take your order after saying please wait well be right back! A few times over 10mins. But normally you wait 5+mins to order then another 10-15 mins to get your order. They need to fix this!

    Not sure what has happened to our Wendy’s but it has seriously gone down hill. This is based on the last two times I have been there, the first time ordered some Chili took 45 minutes to get after I tried to get our money back to go somewhere else. This time we waited again in line and the person at the register is being told to not take orders u til they get caught up ( this happened the last time also). They move very slow, no one seems to know what they are doing, there tend to be one lady who tries to get things going but most just seem to stand there confused. They seem to have no system. After waiting a half hour to order inside we left. Never ordered. It was getting worse as we stood there, the soda machine also broke out front. There was no hope.

    I understand they closed in a half hour and wanted to go home because I wanted to go home as well but I also wanted my chicken sandwich. Yes my fault for not checking the bag before I pulled out but right now I’m saltier than these fkn fries about my chicken sandwich🫠

    Worst service. The place was dirty, no clean tables. We had to repeat our order several times to the vegetable at the register. When we asked for the table to be cleaned he left our food sitting on the back counter. Several people were in the back area chatting, I spoke up and said that I’ll come behind the counter to get our food, one of the girls came up and asked what I wanted. I asked to speak to the manager and she rudely told me she was the manager. I asked to speak to her manager and I was rudely told she was it. When we finally got our food it was cold. I ordered a Chicken BLT, it was chicken with a small piece of lettuce. I highly suggest avoiding that dirty, slow, incompetent and rudely“managed” fast food establishment.

    First waited so long cuz they need it a minute to take my order more like 5 minutes to tell them that I have a mobile order and then the burgers came soggy with a lot of sauce even if I put light on sauce and my bacon burger without BACON!!!! Terrible

    They need to hire more people, they're more concerned bout the 2 cars in drive thru then they are the people that walk in to sit and eat. Seriously got told they can only take one order at a time due to the drive thru. Super Lousy service. Not impressed. Don't recommend if you only got 1 hr for lunch.

    They only forgot the 🥒 from our order so no real complaints here. Especially on a day like today. Super winter storm and the lunch rush was busy busy. So my overall experience was 👍👍😁

    I'm not sure how Wendy's went to being very fast through the drive-thru and is now probably the slowest drive-thru in town I'm actually sitting in line now and it's literally about 4 minutes per car when you pull up to the window they asked if you can wait and eventually they're on the speaker I've never seen anything slower it's literally 15 minutes to get five cars through. Nothing bad to say about the food but they really need to get some people in here that know what they're doing to run the place.

    Very busy today! But everyone was pleasant and working. The soda machine was broken, the peppermint shake machine was broken, they were out of a few items too. That's a management issue.

    This was the worst customer service. We had received coupons so we wanted to take a quick trip to get some food. The ordering process went fine. Once we got to the window and gave the girl our coupon, she gave us a dollar off when it was supposed to be a free medium fry and drink. We ask why it was a dollar off and she simply said “I don’t know”. We then asked how much one medium fry was so we could do the math. She then again said, ”I don’t know”. With the screen with our order pulled up with the price's. I then asked if she could get someone who knew. The next gal was polite and understood what had happened. She made sure we got our money off after waiting ten minutes with our window down with a baby in the back seat in 28 degree weather. We then got our food. Then she forgot our drink. Then we got home and our order was wrong. I’m very disappointed in Wendy’s when it is supposed to fast easy food. When I tried to call to see if they would make this right, their phone was disconnected saying their number was no longer in service… I would simply be embarrassed if I were to work there, and do not recommend going there.
