This
was
the
worst
customer
service.
We
had
received
coupons
so
we
wanted
to
take
a
quick
trip
to
get
some
food.
The
ordering
process
went
fine.
Once
we
got
to
the
window
and
gave
the
girl
our
coupon,
she
gave
us
a
dollar
off
when
it
was
supposed
to
be
a
free
medium
fry
and
drink.
We
ask
why
it
was
a
dollar
off
and
she
simply
said
“I
don’t
know”.
We
then
asked
how
much
one
medium
fry
was
so
we
could
do
the
math.
She
then
again
said,
”I
don’t
know”.
With
the
screen
with
our
order
pulled
up
with
the
price's.
I
then
asked
if
she
could
get
someone
who
knew.
The
next
gal
was
polite
and
understood
what
had
happened.
She
made
sure
we
got
our
money
off
after
waiting
ten
minutes
with
our
window
down
with
a
baby
in
the
back
seat
in
28
degree
weather.
We
then
got
our
food.
Then
she
forgot
our
drink.
Then
we
got
home
and
our
order
was
wrong.
I’m
very
disappointed
in
Wendy’s
when
it
is
supposed
to
fast
easy
food.
When
I
tried
to
call
to
see
if
they
would
make
this
right,
their
phone
was
disconnected
saying
their
number
was
no
longer
in
service…
I
would
simply
be
embarrassed
if
I
were
to
work
there,
and
do
not
recommend
going
there.
