This cc’s is everything I used to love about coming here as a kid. Whoever is managing this location knows what they’re doing. It’s always clean, the employees are always super nice and keeping things on the buffet stocked, and they have it looking and feeling like what it used to be. I’m not sure about other people’s experiences but My husband and I love this location.

Food is good. But the service not so much. There was a lady next to me trying to ask a question and the workers cant hear because the one she tried talking to had ear buds in their ears along with others. You’re at work. Take the ear buds out so you can hear your guests.

When it was 3.99 you understood it was gross but 3.99 but now he'll naw. I paid 60 dollars for 4 ppl. Hell naw food is not edible. I could have bought 3 of the best large pizzas in town. And had left overs. Do better

It is Cicis I always go home full. I love that you can order pizza the way you want. I wish they had apple or cherry pizza but overall if you want alot of pizza for good price go to cici

Not what it used to be but still good. Very excellent customer service salad bar was good. Only about 5 selections of pizza. They do have a Arcade but you have to get a card blah, we would have preferred quarters that we brought. Also they ran out of ice so that ruined our drinks we always put ice in our drinks. Was still good to go although I only may take my family 1 Time a year.

You want a pizza buffet and that's exactly what you get. Also has an arcade if that's your thing. I'm taking a mark off for the busted TV and their chronic straw shortage. I didn't care about either one personally but I can't give a perfect rating regardless

Went in last night and had such a great experience. Everyone was so polite and kind but Mark really made the whole experience. He was one of the kindest people I have ever met and is great at what he does there! They have great service and lots of different pizzas to try out!

Great experience! Went with 20 kids plus adults and there was plenty of pizza, pasta, and salad the whole time! Manager had excellent customer service too!!

The manager went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Great customer service. The only complain I have is that no one wears name tags so I can't mention anyone by name.

Really nice people! They have many different types of pizza. Even types of pizza i would not have thought of. We especially love the pumpkin cinnamon rolls.

It's an all you can eat buffet that's pretty cheap. The food is definitely worth the price, but it's more for a quick bite for cheap with a large group or kids. Not exactly the ideal place for date night, but still great for a pizza fix.

The restaurant is very clean and looks as if it was remodeled recently. The staff was friendly. The pizzas in the buffet section tasted great and there were many different varieties to choose from. The kitchen kept it stocked and the pizzas were hot. A couple of pieces I had, I had to let them cool down a bit before eating them. I haven't been in there for many years and assumed it was run down. I'm glad I revisited and I will defiantly be returning. Oh, and it's still great on price. I had the all you can eat buffet and a large drink for a little over $12. That's great in this economy.

Eating at CiCi's was a great experience. From the pleasant gentleman at the front counter upon arrival, the tidy atmosphere and the always stocked serving area. Really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Good pizza as you would expect. They have a very small salad bar and really good simple chicken soup. Pasta is available also. I love their Maranara sauce.

The food was really good but I knocked off a star because I came here once in 2007 with my abusive father while clearly bruised and injured and none of the staff called the police. It was another year before my nightmare ended

I used to love this place but it really seams to have gone down hill since I've last been (over 5 years) it was crowded and we stood for about 5 minutes before someone came over to check us in. Then most of the pizza seemed tough like it was over cooked. I waited for fresh pizza and still the same thing. I could barely stomach much and it was really greasy.

Very clean and organized. Labels were on the dressings with the date and time and also signature. They do not looked caked up they have have been used for days, like other locations. They have timers above each pizza indicating when they need to replace with a fresh pizza. The managers and staff here are doing a great job in food safety!

I always enjoy cicis. I wish they would stop raising the buffet price. Food is always worth it though. The sweet tea is nasty.

I just want to say the mgr lady here is top notch and deserves a huge raise. She's always pleasant and very professional. My grandson got sick 2 min after we sat down to eat and she boxed our food up to-go for us. I was so panicked at having to take care of my situation and didn't even notice until my husband told me when we got home. That is so nice and no one has ever done anything like that for us. We like this location and go almost monthly.

Good for a change. Wouldn't go often. Occasionally is good. Friendly staff. Hot pizza ! Atmosphere....WAY TOO NOISY. OCCASIONALLY NOISE IS OK.If you are having a hectic day , not for you. NOISY !!!!!!

We are new to Texas & have eaten at Cicis a bunch of times. I accidently ordered pick up & needed delivery & they help me right away & were super friendly! Cicis is by far our favorite restaurant here yet

Best crustless pizza I've had. The pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls melt in your mouth. Good food. Great customer service today.

I give this place two stars instead of one because it used to be good but today I had an order with Italian sausage on it instead of beef and the manager tried to lie to me about it and say that it was beef. So disappointed

The Crust is rather bland. Had to wait over 3 minutes before the person came to the front register to help us while they were discussing a receipt or something with an employee. just standing over there by the salad bar ignoring us. I do not do not appreciate having to wait .or my grandchildren having to wait. There were no parmesan available no red pepper crushed available or offered at any table .no sugar in the tea and no sugar available.

Building is kinda rundown, bricks are breaking and many tiles are cracked. Food is pretty good, service was excellent.

Once a month a group of friends meet here to eat pizza, talk and enjoy our friendship. Price is good for us on a limited budget.

Very disappointed in the quality and taste of the food today. The marinara sauce was watery, the Alfredo sauce was thick and super salty, the noodles were undercooked, the dough hadn't been properly raised for the cheesy bread sticks, so they were tough and flat. The staff was really friendly, though.

Overall a very nice place to eat but had to take away a star due to the fact that Cici's still haven't brought back the chocolate pizza.

This is the best Cicis I’ve been to. They always have a good selection and my kids really enjoy getting the pick their own food. The prices are really good also.

Always worth the price and great food. No complaints. Left full and happy 😊
