Was here one day for jury duty, pretty fast in and out. Mask required but provided. Security checks. Card only beverage and snack stand. WiFi is embarrassing but beggars can't be choosers. Mobile data is much quicker.

New spot for jurors to check in. Clean and professionally set up. Kudos to the staff for getting it to work!!

This place was very nice inside. The top floor was a jury duty waiting room. Very friendly and efficient staff throughout the entire building. The food vendor and Starbucks were mobile payment only, no cash accepted. The restroom was clean and nice.

This was a clean very well equipment place.i was there for jury duty. The seats were comfortable and they had plenty of table, charging areas and great wifi to use while I waited to be called for a jury assignment.

What a great space, connects to the underground convention center as well as the new Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Located in the heart of downtown, the Global Center for Health Innovation is certainly worth checking out!

Was here for jury duty waiting. The chairs are comfortable and seating choices include several comfy chairs and desk-tables. The architecture is very pleasant.

Very nice space. Our conference had too many people at certain lectures but they brought more chairs and adjusted the audio volume as well. Some rooms are cold and some warmer but all can’t be perfect. Water coolers available and plenty of restrooms. Workers are extremely personable and willing to help.

Great experience for jury meeting space. Seems like this is most of the reason for people visiting, which is definitely not healthcare related and a waste of such a nice building.

My first time visiting The Global Center and the staff was very helpful and friendly the building is absolutely beautiful with convenient eateries I love how amazingly clean the outside of the building is maintained as well as the interior of the building and it is designed to accommodate disabled people

The staff at this Starbucks rocks. I give it only four stars because the hours are so limited and inconsistent on the weekends. The hours seem to be driven by conventions. Please have regular Starbucks hours, you are in between two large hotels that don't have espresso bars.

It's a very nice place to be for peace and quiet I enjoyed the time I spent there.
