Went Sunday night right before 9pm. My son wanted 2 tacos. We got one regular soft and one doritos locos taco. When he opened the taco the first thing I thought was this has got to be a joke. This is the worst slopped together food I have ever encountered in my life. They should be ashamed. The fact that they looked at this and thought it was alright to throw in my bag is astonishing. I dont eat taco bell but my son loves it. Needless to say he is now on my bandwagon after attempting to swallow one bite. Never again. The taco had very little of 2 different types of cheese and no meat. Just meat juices at the bottom. Not to mention the shell was just a regular taco shell. No lettuce not anything else.

My husband and I ordered two of each steak and chicken soft taco supremes on JFK Sherwood. We was charged extra to swap out the ground beef for each order. When we got home we noticed it was barely a tablespoon of steak and chicken. We called the store and was told if we wanted extra we should of paid for it. We didn't have a problem with paying for extra we didn't want extra. They was rude and hung up on us so we called back and was hung up on again. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell but not anymore.

Why can’t this Taco Bell get a take out order correct? My husband ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes. These should have been about $6.00 with NO drink. But he paid over $11.00! He gets them home and they are chicken! What? I hate chicken tacos! I didn’t even see where crunchy tacos came with a chicken option. Waste of time and money!

Ordering online "DOES NOT" save time. I ordered online, paid and had to wait through the long slow drive-thru. And you would think they would have my food ready to hand to me...haha...NOPE! Still had to wait even longer when I got to the window. Terrible Terrible Terrible! No freaking Bueno!

The employee over the intercom cut me off mid-order and started requesting the drink that I wanted worth my combo despite me still giving her details about my combo. I had to go in, and after explaining the issue, a young lady fixed my food. Unfortunately, the Mexican pizza tasted as if the shells had been deep fried in old grease. 😕

It's fast food. The quality is fast food (highly processed, I am wondering it's real food). On the last visit I made, the food was not well made. Maybe there was a new hire in the kitchen. They do manage to make it flavorful. This particular store must have a good manager because the staff hired is friendly usually, even though there is a high turnover in employees (normal for the business). I usually order through the drive thru.

Drive through window lady was very rude. I was very polite to her and she wasn't professional at all. Great place but very bad service. 👎

Servers most polite, genuine and helpful despite myself being confused. My Black Bean Chalupa most fresh. I will return during my stay in AR from MO. Thanks so much.
