We ordered several meals. And we literally begged the waitress to bring our food like every 10 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes our meals arrived literally stone-cold. We returned it and paid for the teas and left. I would give them the benefit of the doubt if the food was at least hot. But no, very very cold. And I can't even say they forgot, because we kept reminding them. It was done very long time ago but they just chose to ignore and not bring the food. It wasn't busy either!! Awful experience and I'd never go back.

I loved the food .. we went during Ramadan 15 minutes before iftar and even though they were fully booked , they took great care to find us a place to sit and finished our order in super human speed ..it was a great experience .
