Most staff are very rude. Even though they have good merchandise, the staff make the place horrible

For a massive shop like this, it's quite disappointing that all checkouts is manned by just one cashier! The wait time in an H & M which wasn't busy at all is quite frustrating.

Their sale is inverted, where clothes is more expensive than it used to be. Look closely at LE from499 to 599

Stuff are rude as usual, acts as they are from a different human category. Ordered some items online, received a msg that they are ready for collection from Mall of Egypt store, when I went there they said that it is not available....!!!! They even refused to give me the same items from the store saying that you have ordered it online. Horrible experience

yesterday I faced totally disrespectful behavior of checkout men. he was talking loud and through a packs of gift vouchers in my bag with a grin - take more, you want more? Take take ( his way to talk to English speaking clients) I returned that papers back and speechless left the shop. I hope that manager will read this review and have a world with a stuff sometimes. But ill try to avoid H&M Egypt by any chance. Its a shame for the mall

Big collection. Good quality. Medium to high prices. Accessories though are expensive.
