My son broke his glasses and they promised to finish it asap. The customer service on phone is more than perfect and the employee in the shop of mall of Egypt which I received the glasses from was so professional .

Not trustworthy place, unprofessional staff, they refused to tell me the brand name of my optical lenses I did with them awhile ago, so I would not do it elsewhere, very childish act, please pick your employees carefully, stay aware.

I am so proud of this brand, and how far they've came. I've been following the brand ever since its launch, and here's my summary: The brand started as a small kiosk selling eyewear products. After a successful year, they expanded to cover almost all eyewear essentials & accessories. They manufacture their own products in China & Italy, which leads us to understand that they have a good background in fashion. They are now holding three branches in Sheikh Zayed where two of which are located in Mall of Arabia, which is a success on its own. Product durability is incredibly great as i myself compared it to other famous brands like Police, Okhtein, etc.. The packaging is exceptionally great with a high quality & again durable cases and lenses. Highly recommended! Bravo!
