The burgers were overcooked and not particularly good. Service took forever - more than 15 minutes for a beer to arrive at the table. The prices might not seem very high to foreign tourists, but this place is very overpriced for what you are getting. For the same price, you can get much better meals around Ueno.

I recently visited TGI Friday and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The food was absolutely delicious and I was grateful for the staff who helped me choose the best dish for my taste. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. Another highlight was that all the staff members were able to speak English which made communication and ordering much easier. The restaurant had plenty of seating and a comfortable atmosphere. However, I did find that the prices were a bit on the expensive side. Overall, I would highly recommend TGI Friday for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience.

Same service as any other TGI FRIDAYS. Quick service and good food+drinks. A little pricey but servings are large and worth it.

There is only one TGI Fridays left in Osaka. When I’m in Tokyo, I come here for the Three-For-All: fried mozzarella, buffalo wings, loaded potatoes. Not easy to find all those three in one place. Has a small smoking room near the toilets. Sit in a visible spot near the bar if you want prompt service.

I just want to share my experience today in this restaurant here at Friday’s ueno october 4 2022 12:30 pm lunch time the food is good but the staff here is a rude like the lady waiter in the bar is very rude we ask for the table we reserved she answers us a very rude way and feel that we are not welcome here in T.G.I. Friday’s ueno branch that’s because we are foreigner? I feel very disappointed because we ate here always but this time we experience very bad service and we will not coming back again in this branch I hope your staffs here’s can teach good manner and right conduct.

The place is clean. Tables are separated. I wish they had strapped chairs for small kids. Other than that it’s good

The portion here is definitely American size which is good! However, I feel the quality of the food in this outlet may not be as good as others (Eg. shibuya). The buffalo wings were a bit dry and not all wings had the buffalo sauce on it. The chicken tenders and fries were tasty! And lastly the quesadilla was average - the guacamole and salsa were quite tasteless. Overall, I still love TGIF, but they might need to do so some quality checks to ensure all outlets have the same consistent quality of food.

Was not like America... The ribs did not have any bbq sause the quackamole was average that needed lots of lime Would skip this place if u think it's going to be the same

The food is out of this world and using high-quality ingredients. Service was very quick and efficient as well as many of the staff being bilingual. The prices are a little high but the portions given are enough to fill you up. They tend to have cocktail performances on busy nights and day times it's more relaxed. If you visit when they're full they always give you a discount coupon which is very generous.

Disappointing buffalo wings. Barely any sauce and the chicken smelled bad. The service was good tho. Kind staff.

Staff is friendly and speaks perfect english at the bar. menu is a bit of fusion japan and american. but, it is typical and reliable Fridays menu and food - similar to what you'd expect in USA

I often go to TGI FRIDAYS in Harajuku so I popped in here with my friends for a weekend lunch. Very busy so we came back later. When we got in after 15 minutes wait, so many tables were piled with dirty plates and dishes and at least four items we wanted to order were sold out. The Japanese waitress used the F word probably three or four times as well. Kind of joking about the lack of food on the menu, but it was pretty disconcerting especially since we had an 11-year-old with us. I guess they were short staffed, but there really isn't any excuse for swearing

The place is really good for Pasta and fried chicken! Desserts are also tasty! I felt the menu is little overpriced!

Staff was very polite and spoke English. Food was just as good as back home in the US so if you are home sick and want some comfort food this is the place to go.

Was pretty impressed. Servings were big and food was good. Once again Japan doing other countries better then they do themselfs.

The restaurant looks nice and the staff was friendly but to be honest, the taste of my burger was quite bad. It tasted like they forgot to put spices in the meat. The meat was dry… I have to say, this is the worst burger I’ve ever had in Japan so far, especially at the same price level.

Waiters forgot our food, doesn't apologize, kicks the doors open, just very unprofessional. Food was also not as good as it used to be, but then again maybe that's because it was forgotten and already cold

The server we had was great and very friendly! The food came out extremely slowly, and the pasta was horrible. The noodles were half cooked, and the sauce had no taste.

Terrible service. There are only 3 customers. But the staff doesn't check on us. I waited 10 minutes before the waiter came to ask my order. I waited 20 minutes for my order to arrive. The staff wasn't attentive and they don't smile. I always go to this restaurant but I'm always disappointed at the service.

Always great to go to TGI. I can efinitely recommend the rips. They are so well cooked, that the meat is almost falling off of the bones. I also surprised my girlfriend with a little birthday service, offered by TGI Friday's. You can get that service within your birthday month and get a short song (😅), a big Sundae and a printed picture. For a little surprise and nice memory, definitely worth it.

Vegans can have a hard time here. Large serving size.

I like the tacos here. I like guacamole also but they didn't serve it that time 🥺 You can plus ¥150 and you can free refill your drink.

The has to be the best this been to the food is so much better and fresher, if you need a break from the thousands if Japanese food restaurants then this will not disappoint

I usually prefer to throw surprise birthdays for my friends there. Even if you don’t make any reservation, they can still manage it right away.
