The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. Helpful staff who spoke good English.

Stayed here for a couple of nights when I visited Kyoto last month. Having a spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Newly built hotel. Had fun spending the new year with my family. The suite room is fabulous with a reasonable price!!! And the staff can speak good english and was pretty friendly. Gonna go there again soon!

Stayed on the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Everything in the place was of the highest quality. Bathroom and kitchen were especially well designed. Very clean grounds. The only thing I would improve is to add some closet space in the bedroom (the beds are oversized, leaving no space for cabinets), and to make clear that the second bedroom is actually a studio with no door to the living area. Still gave this place 5 stars because for the price, cleanliness and quality.

I held a party with my best friends in the suite room. We fully borrowed the room for 4hours, Such a luxurious and nice room I’ve never seen before. We could cook the meal and also get the delivery like ubereats. We spends a wonderful time at this hotel:)

We had a night here during Kyoto marathon 2023. One of our team did the marathon. It's very convenient and close to finishing point. The facilities are pretty good. All amenities prepared. Large bedroom and functional kitchen with full of silverware and cutlery. Quite impressive at the staff. Very kind and helpful. Will definitely come back if we have a chance in Kyoto.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The rooms are huge with everything you might need and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also in an amazing neighbourhood surrounded by things to see and lovely cafes and restaurants. The murals in the hotel are by a very well known artist from the neighborhood. Please do support this place!

the room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. A bit of walk to the centre but it’s a nice walk. We loved staying there and definitely use them again

I was astonished at the hospitality of this hotel. As the day I stayed at the hotel was extremely hot, I was really impressed that the room temperature controlled perfectly from the moment that I entered the room. I didn't expect that there would be a variety of Japanese high quality electric appliances and Japanese seasoning, so I was able to enjoy mini cooking time. Location was also great and so I was able to access everywhere I planned in kyoto. Score of 1 to 5, I want to give 5 to this hotel.

Great hotel and location that exceeded our expectations for our family vacation to Kyoto. Washing machine, microwave, comfortable bed for family of 4. Everything we could have wanted for our vacation. Thank you to the hotel staff who also helped us with local restaurant reservation. All of the hotel staffs were extremely helpful and nice. Fabulous location ,calm lovely district in Kyoto , spacious , attractive , well equipped rooms . Staff are super nice too . 100% will stay here again as loved having the freedom to cook my own meals but in a nice space . The price was great value too . Stayed here for a week and it was lovely - like having your own apartment , there are convenience stores nearby and a really good supermarket only 7 minutes away .

I normally never write a review however this hotel does deserve one, we stayed here for 9 days with a 2 year old child. There is an atm just 10meters away and a supermarket which is very convenient. The stuff are also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 days and loved everything about this hotel. Great location and there is a convenience store next to the hotel with an ATM. All staff were kind and polite. The hotel room was spacious.

Great staff who can help with restaurant reservations, transport, and luggage couriers. A cozy fit for 4 guys, but still a great stay and we were mostly outside the room anyway.

Great hotel, great location, friendly & helpful staff. The room was large and it had a washing machine, a real bonus on a longer trip. It's also next door to a Lawson convenience store and near the subway. I would highly recommend this hotel.
