The Ikkaku "oily" chicken, to says we eat nice legs chicken in another place for less expensive.

The place for delicious chicken thigh like no other, served in some really good tasting sauce. You get to choose either the hina-dori or the oya-dori, which are both chicken thighs, where hina-dori is the normal soft chicken recommended for ladies and kids, while oya-dori is a chicken thigh with a tough texture similar to beef! The ambience of the place is quite nice too, and it is extremely spacious.

Great place! They served specialised chicken and some other dishes on the side. Great service and English friendly. Comes across slightly fancy. The prices are in the higher range, but affordable regardless and worth your money.

I tried the Hinadori chicken and it was really tender and flavourful! They have an English menu which explains the options and also how to eat the chicken! If you are exploring Yashima, then consider dropping by for your experience of the popular local dish. When I came around 4pm, the queue was short so i was allocated a table in less than 15mins.

Fried chicken! Order the Hina! This place is popular and get packed, get there around opening time if you want to visit on the weekends. Finger licking good!

Good experience! The price is reasonable and the staffs are nice. Not so many people during Sunday’s lunch. P/s: the oyachicken is too chewy for me.

Delicious. Grilled with pepper chicken leg bone-in goes great with crisp, sliced cabbage…and fresh beer on-tap. Had onigiri for carbs…very nice.

No eat in during covid but takeaway was possible. Full flavoured with many spices. A little but on the oily side. Their chicken rice was also delicious.
