View is great. The hotel is better than our expectations. Dinner is beef Shabu or Suki, if you cannot eat beef you need to tell the hotel ahead. We have big baggages and leave at 2 nd floor, the is no elevater. The hotel does a good job on provideving microwave, drinking walter and electronic warm blanket which really help. Dinner and breakfast are really delicious!!!! You can walk 1 minute to Aquarium. Bad thing is bathing walter takes an age to come out.

Wonderful hide-away hotel with a breathtaking view. Pros: The view from the hotel is just breathtaking. the staff is great and the breakfasts were fabulous. And even changing from one day to the other. The rooms were great, too. we wish the hotel many more guests and income to continue developing the building and the surroundings. Could be better: It was a pity that there are no options for dinner in the hotel or nearby. We came back late one night and the friendly receptionist had to save us with nuts and chips. Also, some of the facilities look at bit dated. The style is not consistent (why the Indian decorations?) and the outside greenery could use some gardening.

Finding the hotel could be a challenge for those driving as there is no clear signages. Rooms are on 2nd level and there is no elevator. View in surrounding park is breathtaking.

Still cannot accept to had been asked to pay 840¥ on a rude manner for a 35 minutes extended check-out! This is the first time ever after 20years of travel, this is completely unacceptable and shows clearly a lack of hospitality and a not acceptance of listening the voice of customers. Please adapt to the foreign clientele needs and not the other way around, that forces you obeying rules of another century. You are not anymore a ryokan of the EDO period. The hotel entrance is hard to find, poorly indicated (good luck) and I do not recommend it.

The hotel was ok but the view is awesome. If you book this place you have to choose the sea view, do not choose the mountain view, it made a different.

Very stylish small hotel. Little tricky to find but don't give up! Lovely big rooms and great views.
