We had booked the room 7 days prior and still were given a bedroom without a TV. When we arrived the hotel, the room was extremely dirty , and it wasn't sanitised . We had to wait for them to clean it. And when we checked-in the washroom was still dirty. We checked out immediately. The condition was so bad we had to check out.

The lobby is not impressive at all. So I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms are big in size including the washroom. Breakfast is not a buffet; it's made to order. But if you are in a hurry you can grab the aaloo paratha with curd. I did not get a chance to have dinner or lunch there, but my colleagues say that it's not bad. Added comments on 13th Dec 2018. Hi OYO group. My review is more than 6 months old when the hotel was managed by some other group. I have stayed in this hotel for several times in the last six months. I was specially fond of the stuffed paratha breakfast in the morning. I am aware that the ownership/ management of the hotel has changed hands recently and I am sure lot of things have been improved. We went for lunch, having 3 personnel we ordered wild cat cooler in welcome drink,bread bucket and paneer makhnai naan pie in starter and Chinese sizzler in main course followed by Brownie dessert in the end. Now going specific the order details, 1.) Wild cat cooler - basically soda with added flavour of pomogranade and pinch of phudina,worth trying value for money 2.)Bread bucket- a bun with spinach,silently over valued though it tastes good. 3.) Paneer makhnani naan pie - if u r a Punjabi lover,this is a must try dish. The Punjabi sabaji served with crispy base, was one of the best dish we tried. 4.) Chinese sizzler - authentic Chinese dish we will find in every restaurant.One thing to be said here quantity was very good can serve up to four people. 5.) Browine - This dessert can serve 6 people and can give a perfect end to ur lunch/dinner. Ask chef to bake the brownie bit more. Overall it was a very good experience, I will strongly recommend to visit. And yeah the ambiance was also good, calm and soothing. Staff is also friendly. I ordered complete order in Jain and it was satisfactory.

Average rooms and very average service. Don't expect much. Good location, good market in proximity of bopal crossing.

Nice and warm place to stay. Rooms are clean and hygienic; spacious as well. Also, comfort level is up to the mark.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not trained and cooperative. We have booked a room rooms for 3 days but had to leave the place within a day because of worst room conditions… - Unhygienic dirty room and washroom - used bed sheets - Torned towels - uncleaned bathroom - water logging in bathroom - dirty WC - dirty washbasin - paint peeled off from walls Despite of such pathetic room and service we were not given refund although we left the place within a day… Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star
