It was a beautiful experience. The hotel is located inside the uttarayan society, built by the Ambuja Neotia group. The staff is very cordial and helpful at the same time. The food was of excellent quality. We had to catch a train on a early morning, they even packed a nutritious breakfast for us.

An extremely good property with all facilities Swimming Pool Gym Bar 🍻 Spa Restaurant. Situated besides a Tea Garden is an add on advantage. Parking is available in abundance. City Centre Mall is also at walking distance. Food is tasty n yummy. Not much expensive though.

Very poor experience. I checked in for one night during transit to Kolkata The room has acute musty smell. No hand towels in the bathroom No glass panel in the shower area. Back light in the air-conditioned settings panel not working. The keys are worn-out and repeat pressing was required,making it very difficult to change settings. Room key got deactivated with in 15 minutes of issue. Rats and mosquitoes in restaurant. The property is Large and beautiful. The place needs improvement.

The most corrupted hotel management in Siliguri. An air of double-dealing and deceit hangs over their negotiations. Would definitely discourage anybody who is planning for a wedding at this property. Your guests will return hungry and disappointed. If you do have to use this sad property for a reason then please do not use their catering service. They act like they use Montana’s chef but in fact they use a very poor catering service on the main event. Also they charge extra plates at the end as they use big plates for starters as well. Please do not use the decorator as well since they keep 50% of the decoration from the previous wedding and the remaining they do not follow what you have asked them. Instead they re-use what materials they have used in the past.

Visited this club as part of the inauguration of a program. Excellent location, removed from the madness of the city yet easily reachable. Their sprawling garden is tenderly maintained and can host large gatherings. Great food and hospitality. Highly recommend.

The photo below describes how I was welcomed to Montana vista, a card telling me in my room as per my request the bed linens have not been changed and a piece of human hair!! I was flying in from another city, tired and arrived around 11am, there was no one at the hotel gate, I was traveling alone with a lot of luggage and kept asking if anyone was there inside, no response, a couple of people came, took a peek and went away, I managed to finally get in with all my stuff and went to the reception, their checkin time is 12, so I dropped off my luggage at reception and told I would be back in 4 hours which should have given them plenty of time to get my room ready, when I got back, there was a reception staff whose name started with “ U”. He and another staff just kept staring at me carrying all my stuff without offering any kind of assistance or guidance, I was too shocked and baffled at their behavior, so I didn’t bother asking them for help..I got to my room and as I mentioned earlier and uploaded the photo, there was a card telling me my bed linens had not been changed with a human hair, I couldn’t believe some one would be so irresponsible to even do that to a guest who just checked in, why would I want to ever sleep in someone else’s mess? And worse, the landline to the reception was not functional the whole time , I would never recommend this place especially for solo travelers, you will be better off at Marriott where they treat you with the utmost respect and spoil you or any other hotel!! The housekeeping staff especially the women however were very kind and apologetic, so I didn’t make a huge deal of it at the moment and they changed the linens but I would appeal to the management, “Your hotel has a lot of potential, please don’t ruin it with incompetent and unskilled men especially at the reception, Please hire staff that possess adequate training and competence in hospitality else soon you will lose a good amount of clientele. I had chosen your place because of the recommendation of a good friend but sadly, it looks like your service quality has declined from what it seemed to be or what I heard of before!!

Rooms are clean ,food was ok but the hospitality was zero . The housekeeping guys were nice .

Service in Montana Restaurant is pathetic. Mutton Rogan Josh was horrible. It took more than 2 hrs to serve rice, yellow dal, mutton Rogan Josh. Very bad experience.

We (our company's CEO,AGM and I) stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. On April 8, 2023, our company (Shineroad foods India Pvt Ltd) seminar was held in this hotel. We have never seen such bad room service in any hotel before. If you call the reception, no service is available. Even at 9.30 pm I had to go to the reception to fetch water. We will never hold any event in this hotel again.

Nice hotel with great ambiance, comfort and food. City centre is nearby so lot of options for shopping in vicinity. Connectivity is great. Being situated in gated society, ample space for long morning/ evening walk.

Well the place is very peaceful and it's very good for staying some days but it's outside form the main town but good.

It's a great hotel nearly 10 km from the Bagdogra Airport. Place is very clean and well maintained. Food is very good. Breakfast is lovely and best had early if you don't like crowds . Staff is very cooperative. Carry your own electric iron as they have them in limited supply.

Attended a wedding here, stayed for 2 days. Staffs are well groomed, professional. Place is big enough to host multiple small events or 2 weddings in a go.

We just visit only property due to some work personally but place is very nice excellent atmosphere

It’s a nice & sprawling hotel , a few kilometers away from the airport . It provides nice clean rooms . It also has good auditoriums for meetings & a beautiful swimming pool . The staff are friendly .

Great location. Have visited number of times to attend weddings. Food is fine too. Haven't seen the room, so can't say about that.

Had gone to this lovely hotel in Siliguri, after shopping in City Centre. We ordered Long Island iced tea which was not bad but the peanuts were HORRIBLE. Stale, smelly & inedible. Grilled fish was delicious but looks like the Chef was not mindful where peeling of beans were concerned. Management must give a piece of advice. Breakfast was great- loved the chola batura but again the watermelon juice was not up to the mark.

Is located in the middle of Uttorayan township which is behind City Center mall. Location wise it's little outskirts. Rooms are good and clean and basic amenities are being provided. I stayed at Rs.3500 per night as corporate rate in single occupancy. Hard bed is provided which was good for me. Pool and landscaping is excellent in this hotel. It also has tennis and volleyball court. Food is also good and hygienic.

Opted for a brunch last Sunday , it hardly had any variety nor any one was there to assist us. There was some insects dazling on top of dessert items. The place is good and quite peaceful but I would not suggest buffet in this place. Would suggest to increase the food variety and standard and if required even increase the price no issues.
