I
was
welcomed
to
Montana
vista,
a
card
telling
me
in
my
room
as
per
my
request
the
bed
linens
have
not
been
changed
and
a
piece
of
human
hair!!
I
was
flying
in
from
another
city,
tired
and
arrived
around
11am,
there
was
no
one
at
the
hotel
gate,
I
was
traveling
alone
with
a
lot
of
luggage
and
kept
asking
if
anyone
was
there
inside,
no
response,
a
couple
of
people
came,
took
a
peek
and
went
away,
I
managed
to
finally
get
in
with
all
my
stuff
and
went
to
the
reception,
their
checkin
time
is
12,
so
I
dropped
off
my
luggage
at
reception
and
told
I
would
be
back
in
4
hours
which
should
have
given
them
plenty
of
time
to
get
my
room
ready,
when
I
got
back,
there
was
a
reception
staff
whose
name
started
with
“
U”.
He
and
another
staff
just
kept
staring
at
me
carrying
all
my
stuff
without
offering
any
kind
of
assistance
or
guidance,
I
was
too
shocked
and
baffled
at
their
behavior,
so
I
didn’t
bother
asking
them
for
help..I
got
to
my
room
and
as
I
mentioned
earlier
and
uploaded
the
photo,
there
was
a
card
telling
me
my
bed
linens
had
not
been
changed
with
a
human
hair,
I
couldn’t
believe
some
one
would
be
so
irresponsible
to
even
do
that
to
a
guest
who
just
checked
in,
why
would
I
want
to
ever
sleep
in
someone
else’s
mess?
And
worse,
the
landline
to
the
reception
was
not
functional
the
whole
time
,
I
would
never
recommend
this
place
especially
for
solo
travelers,
you
will
be
better
off
at
Marriott
where
they
treat
you
with
the
utmost
respect
and
spoil
you
or
any
other
hotel!!
The
housekeeping
staff
especially
the
women
however
were
very
kind
and
apologetic,
so
I
didn’t
make
a
huge
deal
of
it
at
the
moment
and
they
changed
the
linens
but
I
would
appeal
to
the
management,
“Your
hotel
has
a
lot
of
potential,
please
don’t
ruin
it
with
incompetent
and
unskilled
men
especially
at
the
reception,
Please
hire
staff
that
possess
adequate
training
and
competence
in
hospitality
else
soon
you
will
lose
a
good
amount
of
clientele.
I
had
chosen
your
place
because
of
the
recommendation
of
a
good
friend
but
sadly,
it
looks
like
your
service
quality
has
declined
from
what
it
seemed
to
be
or
what
I
heard
of
before!!
