Worst hotel in siliguri. Very dirty and damp walls. Shady place. Located in a locality with residential buildings all around. This doesn't even looks like a hotel. It looks like it is a private building illegally converted into a hotel. Waste of money.

Worst hotel in siliguri. worst manager I have ever seen and interacted with. Never book online, becz manager will always charge u extra amount over online booking amount. My booking amount was 2600 and he was charging me 2800 extra. He was doing the same to all the customers who have booked online. There are many good hotels around it so please don't waste your time.

The prince lodge doesn't deserve any review at all. I will not recommend any one even to them who don't have other choices. Your last option should be footpath not this lodge. I have no word for the care taker and the manager. I don't want to use any slang language here.

Very unhygienic no professionalism at all and unfair dealing asked for ₹500 when I have given then they provide me another room that was also not not in good condition. bad covers were not cleaned.

Dirty bedsheet, rude and unwelcoming staff and manager. Extremely unhygienic fabric and linen. The building has 0 maintenance and the walls are damp and ac is non functional. Please dont go to this hotel, this is waste of money. The blanket was super smelly , i almost vomited

🏁It was a pleasure staying at this hotel 5 minutes from the Darjeeling More. Car goes right to the hotel and the their valet are happy to drive it to their parking for you. Staff is kind and helpful🫂.Ultimate ambiance,🪴. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent.🎶🎵 I did not try the food but the restaurant looked quite nice and if I had to guess, I would say the food would match. Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag. I recommend it without a doubt.❣️🕉️

One of the worst hotel i have ever stay. Everything is worst starting with the manager who are very rude and says that dont book online and charges extra money and gives you room which is very dirty and torn blanket with various spot in bed sheet and pillow and the window with broken lock.

It's a very nice room,neat and clean,I suggest every couples to go their once and avail a service of good Manager and staffs. Location is very peaceful too.

This hotel is hilarious and very bad I strongly recommend not to go there anyone. Only the location is good . They have gave a a room which was totally different then I had booked. Smelling cigarettes smoke in the room. Very bad AC . A third class Air conditioner. And the manager was full of freaking attitude . Kindly don't go there it's a hell not a hotel

The best place to stay....the property location is peaceful and all the staffs are well behaved... Just a small suggestion go for offline bookings rather than booking from oyo The room,food, safety and staffs' behaviour is best....

Beautiful, Large rooms and quite place. Clean bathrooms but bedsheets were a little dirty. Easy to cheak-in and cheak-out. Overall experience - Good.

On July 11, 2022, I had visited Siliguri to celebrate my birthday with my friends and we stayed at Prince Lodge. I met the manager, Mr Deepraj who was humble and welcoming the moment I entered the reception area. He was quick to understand my requirements and even quicker on delivering them. He exactly understood how important my visit to the city and birthday celebration was to me. His way of providing room service, to cab facility along with his soft spoken skills made my stay at Prince Lodge worthwhile. Thanku Deepraj for your presence of mind and on-time delivery of everything. I surely look forward to visiting the lodge next time and explore other rooms and amenities.

I couldn't believe how dirty the room was ....the blanket was stinking so badly plus the bed and pillow cover was not changed at all the room environment looked so pathetic ....the tv wasn't working no drinking water was provided the room wasn't cleaned at all ..how could you all be so careless ...no food were provided by the hotel we have to order it from outside what kind of behaviour of the staff .... literally got dispointed by the hotel not interested to come anymore

Hospitality is good & behaviour is aslo good But the rooms are not that good as it is shown in the picture... The bedsheet & the pillow cover were not clean it had some dirty spots. The washroom was decent enough. All together the room are not in a great shape as it's shown in the picture. Atleast the bedsheet, pillow cover & washroom should be clean. Other then that all was fine
