I ordered dosa frm regal during this lockdown. Thnks regal for the food it was really tasty. The ambience is calm and quiet . Its clean and offers a wide variety of food

It Good..... the food is awesome at reasonable prices..... I recommend you to visit this place it very good to dine.... it also very popular..... but it only my experience I can't say what other experience this place.... so if you like to experience by yourself please visit once.....

Nice place. Helathy food. Tasty food. Waiting time is a bit long. Service could have been faster. But I understand there are so many customers..

I have eaten here plenty of times the food is good sometimes and subpar sometimes depending on what you order especially. It is not very consistent. I ordered a paneer masala dosa and what I received shocked me. The paneer was not cooked with the masala potatoes they were separately and not even cooked well. (See photos). If you want a good meal here try not to experiment too much with food as in order the regular masala dosa or butter dosa instead of paneer.

Very dissapointed..I've been many a times Ive visitedt restaurant and it's my first time that the dosa was cold but I was ok but again other order was chicken chow and the the chicken was dead frozen so informed the server to heat it up, but can read his attitude..worst service

The worst experience in service. Bad costomer services . To The owner if you can see this . The waiters are costing you your costomers. I'm never coming back and I'm also going to tell my friends my family and my family friends So the chain continues . So please go look after your buisness.

Absolute gem of a restaurant . Situated right in the middle of Police Bazaar in Shillong , this restaurant is all the things you would expect for. Very comfortable ambience , great staff , thinly crowded and awesome food We ordered chicken momo and cold coffee to start with followed by fried rice and prawn fried noodles. The food was amazing and was served in less than 15 mins. Everything is budget friendly here . Worth a visit and definitely the best place to have a family dinner/lunch

Went for lunch after years but was thoroughly disappointed. Everything.....service, food and quality has changed for the worse . Not the same as my school days in Shillong when Regal was a favourite.

Must try the Dahi Vada , RS 89 only :)

Very good food. Timely service. Would definitely recommend to others. We tried fried rice and chilly paneer and French fries. Everything was good. The hot gulab jamun was great too! It’s located in the middle of the market area in police bazaar. 🤟🏽🤟🏽

Regal Restaurant is the first place that comes to my mind whenever I think about Dosa and an aromatic cup of tea. These two have been my favourites for a very long time. I love it for many reasons: Not too pricy; a wonderful ambience; good service; multi-cuisine; it has also expanded it's menu by introducing bakery items. A must 'go to'.

Decent and clean outlet. The food out there is okay but has room for improvement. Friendly staff. Good location.

We ordered sweet corn soup, butter paneer, malai kofta, butter naan, aloo Paratha and milk tea. Everything was really very good but paneer was so hard and milk tea was not upto the mark. But overall it's worth of the money. U should visit...

The atmosphere was good. The service was also quick and good. But the good reviews about the food there which I had heard, it did not match my expectations. It was a one time visit. Will have to try other items from their menu to be able to properly judge.

The food was okay, but service was quick. I love quick service and guest centric attendants. The attendants are observant and would be at your service, at all times. The starter arrived in time, after which the main course arrived. The small gap of time between the meals gave me guest satisfaction. 🥂

When we came in it was packed and so we went directly to order thee Paper crepes which were great with the chutneys.Thet taste was authentic and service was prompt.

I've been coming here regularly for years now, I have to say, the food is really good here, Dosas, Biryani and be it anything. Although there's a slight change in the taste recently but still good enough. Would definitely recommend to anyone and it's always packed most of the time. But worth the wait. Good service, although after the extension, there's only one server in the new compartment so it takes some time to get your order. But if you sit in the old main room, service is good enough.

The place was good but they started using too many disposable cutlery and treating the restaurant like a fast food with small portions for a large price.

Reasonably priced and Dahi Vada was delicious. I won't recommend all the dishes. It's quite busy place and you might have to wait for a seat.
